"Wake, Honey. It's 5." Sabina said while giving subtle strokes on her husband's feet and Gibran was still unmoved as well.

Sabina repeated several times until finally the husband stretched his body while opening his eyes slowly.

"Thank God, it's 5 o'clock let's get up." Sabina said with a smile and now Gibran also returned his wife's smile.

"I wait below," Sabina spoke softly again and was taken in by Gibran in response.

Gibran drank a glass of water that he had prepared and sat his body for a while before he went into the bathroom.

It was past half seven in the morning but Gibran had not yet appeared in the dining room making Sabina worry about her husband. Not like Gibran usually like this. He was very punctual.

"Bok, what time did Gibran come home last night?" Sabina asked Inah who was helping her prepare breakfast.

"If I'm not mistaken, the doctor will be home at 1." Answer Mbok Inah while stopping his work for a moment to remember Gibran's arrival last night.

"Oh fast," murmured Sabina. He believed Gibran was back to sleep after his worship and Sabina decided to return to the room to check on Gibran.

Sabina placed a plate of fried rice and a glass of orange juice for Gibran on the dining table before returning to her room. 

Slowly Sabina opened the door and just as she expected, Gibran again laid his body on the bed with his eyes closed. Sabina could hear Gibran's regular breathing indicating her husband was still diving into the dreamland.

"Darling, wakeup. You'll be late." Sabina said as she gave a smooth swipe and immediately Gibran's body reacted.

"Nghhhh" Gibran said as he stretched his body.

"What time is it ? Ask Gibran in a hoarse voice.

"It's almost 7 in the morning. Come on, wake up, you'll have bad luck." Sabina said as she opened the window curtain and instantly her room looked brighter than before.

Gibran stretched his body while groaning before he sat himself down.

"You cape ?" Sabina asked as she saw Gibran lackluster this morning.

"Little bit" replied Gibran. He pulled Sabina's arm so that she sat in his lap.

"Eh, but I don't cape if you want it now." Gibran said as he looked into Sabina's eyes full of intent.

"That's not what I mean," Sabina tried to deny but she was late because Gibran's fingers had unbuttoned Sabina's pajamas one by one.

After removing all the cloths covering his wife's body, Gibran laid Sabina's body in the middle of the bed and she was busy stripping her own clothes with an unshakable eye of his wife.

Immediately Gibran poked along his neck and crept down towards his wife's chest with his lower body that had stiffened perfectly.

Sabina moaned full of des*h enjoying every touch that Gibran gave. And the two groaned together as Gibran perfectly fused their bodies together.

"Aahhh yaaa," said the two together. Gibran longed and Sabina enjoyed every blow of her husband with her eyes closed.

Before long a mutual moaning sound was heard filling the room.

Sabina was preparing the provisions when Gibran appeared behind her and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"So it was amazing" whispered Gibran and his words made Sabina's cheeks blaze for a moment.

The adorable Sabina makes Gibran want to take her back to bed but the job demands that she leave.

"We continue the next round later tonight" whispered Gibran and Sabina pinched her husband's waist twitch, causing Gibran to laugh.

Although it was hard to leave Sabina, Gibran went to work at his wife's hospital. But before leaving he gives a hot kiss tempestuous as a sign of separation.

Because waiting for Gibran's late arrival, make the number of patients look quite a lot. Gibran immediately entered his room and began to serve one by one his patients.

Busy with his work makes Gibran forget about the condition of Amanda who is still in the hospital to get treatment.

A phone call from the hospital had Gibran go there because there were some administrative files to be completed and it made him aware that Amanda was now part of his responsibilities.

In the afternoon, Gibran decided to go to the hospital before returning home. Gibran sees Amanda's doctor first before he sees Amanda in his room.

During his time in the hospital all he thought about was Sabina. Last night he did not have time to tell a story and in the morning he did not have time to tell the truth because he and Sabina instead spent time with morning exercise together in bed. When his head feels dizzy, he feels like a husband who is cheating because he is hiding something from his wife.

After Gibran cleared all the administrative requirements he took the time to see Amanda's condition because the doctor who treated Amanda said that he had to inject tranquilizers after a panic attack that hit Amanda last night.

"You're coming ?" Amanda asked when she saw Gibran enter her ward and Gibran just walked over without answering Amanda's question.

Gibran stood at the end of the bed and stared at Amanda flat making Amanda misbehavior. He knew Gibran was no longer adoring him as he once was.

"I won't be long, Sabina's waiting for me to come home."

"Sabina's been waiting for me to come home," that's what Amanda always heard when Gibran was with her made Amanda's heart wry for a moment.

"I didn't ask you to come here" Amanda said.

"I came just to complete the administrative requirements" Gibran replied.

"Let me go..."

"Don't act stupid Amanda, don't bother a lot of people because of you. Follow everything the doctor tells you to get out of this hospital and get your treatment." Cut Gibran.

"I told you I don't want to treat me, not you. Don't you you always give information about diseases like this through your social media pages ?" Amanda said in frustration.

"I will treat you until your son is born and then get out of my life, Manda."

"Is it because of Sabina ? Does he tie you up like this so you always have to get back to him ? Is it because Sabina forbids you to be close to women especially me ? Is it because of Sabina....."

"Enough !!" Cut Gibran full of emotion.

"Sabina has nothing to do with this. Just so you know Sabina never forbade me to do anything. He wasn't even mad when he found out I was helping you ! Sabina knows everything and she believes in me. You should be the one who's embarrassed, Manda. Because I always think badly of him. So who here is really that rotten heart ?" Gibran said by shrinking the voice but he pressed every word so that Amanda could understand also what he said.

Amanda shed her tears when she heard it all.

"Did Sabina also know you were going to treat me ?" Ask Amanda lirih.

"Yes, of course. I will tell you all so that there will be no misunderstanding between us. There's nothing I cover from him." Answer Gibran.

"Gibrans... Could this be a little secret between the two of us ?" Ask Amanda.

Gibran furrowed his brows not understanding.

"I don't mind if you tell me about my treatment. But I beg of you not to tell Sabina about the illness that I have. I am ashamed and despised for this disease." Said Amanda sobbing.

"As your patient I beg you to keep my illness secret, this is my disgrace. A secret from anyone, especially from Sabina. And I know as a doctor you have to take your vows to keep your patient's condition a secret let alone this I'm asking directly. After I went through treatment and gave birth I promised I'd be gone from your lives forever."

Amanda really meant it.

"Andre knows because he has the potential to transmit" Gibran said.

"I don't care, I just asked you to keep it a secret from Sabina."
