Carlen was silent, after hearing the words of his grandfather. Even in the car the man did not say much, he pondered every word the grandfather said to him.

Then he snatched the car keys and left the office to go to the cafe, where currently Felix and Maya are talking about the benefits of their cooperation.

The man's words so deeply pierced Maya's heart. She might have been accepted if she said that, but the unfounded accusations, especially in such a public place, made Maya not only embarrassed, but as if she dropped her pride as a wife.
