Yumna stared at the door of the room that was still closed. It's almost midnight and Haidar hasn't come home yet either.
Yumna smiled slightly. Didn't Haidar say he would stay at Agnes' house, of course say stay overnight he certainly won't come home! How foolish was Yumna to wait for the man when it was clear with the word stay!
But his heart did not believe easily. Is it true that Haidar went to Agnes' house, or maybe after Agnes' house he went to Vio's place?
Ah ... Why am I thinking like that? Just let him stay with whom it's none of my business! Yumna. He then turned himself over to cover his body to the neck.
Yumna tried to close her eyes. But soon he opened it again. Like there's less when he's not around. Maybe because they are accustomed to every night sleep there is someone who accompanies.
Ish. Don't think anymore. Don't think anymore!
...*...
"Yumna, where's Haidar?" ask Mommy when they have breakfast together.
"Haidar last night went to Agnes' house, Mi." replied Yumna quietly.
"Hiss the boy ...." Mami was furious. "It's not all right, it ran away! That's outrageous!" the upset.
"Here you go, Mi. is not good to be angry in front of the food. Have breakfast first. Let Haidar's business be discussed later if his son has returned home," said papi Arya calm his wife.
"Yumna, what exactly makes you want a divorce, anyway? Is Haidar not good enough with you? He's rude to you?" ask Mami curious.
Yumna was ready to hear Mom's question. Maybe he'll give an excuse like Haidar said last night, there's no match between them.
"No, Mi. Haidar is never rude, but ... but ..." Yumna.
"But what?" ask mami.
"Mii. Don't talk about it. We're having breakfast. Don't just talk about it with Yumna anyway. It's both their business. We should ask when there's Haidar too!" said the papi that made Yumna sigh in relief. Arya most dislikes breakfast and hears a less pleasant discussion and makes her appetite disappear.
Mitha grieves bitterly at her husband even though it is true that it should not make Yumna feel uncomfortable but she wants an answer when Yumna is alone. He wanted to hear why his daughter-in-law wanted to divorce her son.
...***...
The sun is already hot out there. The bias of the light rushes in through the glass window whose curtains are slightly blistered. Haidar covered his face with his hands, his eyes glaring.
"Yumna. Please close the curtains, glare!" racau Haider. But until a while, the one in the ink did not move as well. Unlike usual he will grumble and then get up and even open the curtain wide, to force a Haidar Ezra Rahadia to wake up from his sleep.
"Yumna!" patting the place next to him cold. There's no one. Haidar turned his hand and opened his eyes.
The room looks different. Haidar gets up and sits on the bed. He rubbed his face rough. How he forgot he was at Agnes' house.
His head feels throbbing. Dizziness. It must have been the alcohol he drank last night. He could not remember how much he spent. He sure only drinks a little and chooses drinks with low alcohol content. But still he could not be as good as Ben with a good alcohol tolerance. He sucks with drinks.
"Awake? Here's breakfast!" Agnes moved her hand pointing at the chair in front of her.
Haidar approached and sat down where Agnes pointed. Her face and a little hair were still wet after washing her face earlier.
"See, eat!" Agnes thrusting noodle soup plus eggs in front of Haidar. "Gue doesn't cook. Males."
Haidar twisting lazy eyeball. Habit that Ben doesn't exist, you know.
"Don't eat instant noodles often, if Bang Ben knows for sure will be angry!" Haidar. He lifted his noodles with a fork then blew them.
"Hehe ... Yes, I want to do it, I will eat as usual, rather than the vegetables are wasted because they are not eaten, yes mending cook noodles or eggs" said Agnes.
Haidar started eating his food. But then he remembered something. He swallowed it quickly.
"When I was drunk, did I say anything?" asked Haidar, afraid that he would say a lot of no-no to Agnes.
"Yes something. What's that?" ask Haidar again. Agnes shrugged both of her shoulders.
"Don't know! I stayed at the bar for dinner last night, when I returned elo. So I take you to the guest room!" said Agnes. Haidar looked at Agnes, seemingly safe. He went back to eat.
Agnes glanced at Haidar for a moment.
"Tumben really did you come here, just find Ben doang? Not looking for me? Don't you think I'm the same?" ask Agnes.
"Udah there is a kangenin elo. Don't be so angry!" said Haidar ketus. Agnes pursed her lips.
"We're cousins, Ben also doesn't matter if I miss my beloved cousin's sister!" agnes said with a tone made spoiled but full of ridicule.
"What a shame, elo always messing around!"
"Elo who always mengeselin. Elo came here for whatever. Even drunk again! My drink stock is reduced because of elo!" pissed Agnes.
"Not to kepo! It's not elo's business!" said Haidar then finish the food immediately.
Agnes smiled thinly invisible. Her to-the-copies were already answered last night.
After finishing breakfast Haidar went home to take a shower and prepared for the office.
He opened the door of his room, Yumna was no longer there she must have left alone. Haidar sat on the edge of the bed and glanced towards Yumna's pillow. He stroked her slowly. It felt lonely as well as not hearing the shrillness of his voice from last night.
He stood up and walked to the bathroom.
"Mas Haider. Breakfast first!" shouted Bi Nah as Haidar got down the stairs was preparing to go to the office
"No need, Bi. Where's mommy? Yumna's?" ask Haidar. Suddenly he woke up. Foolish, of course Yumna has already left!
"Anu, mom's gone. Don't know where. If Mbak Yumna has gone to work from earlier." replied Bi Nah.
"Oh. Yes it is." Haidar then passed from there.
Haidar has arrived at his office. Tina the secretary heaved a sigh of relief when her boss had already arrived. He thought the boss would be gone again because the clock was almost ten o'clock by now.
The door opens after being knocked from the outside. Tina came in and handed over the files to Haidar.
"Sorry, Sir. This is a file to sign."
Haidar greeted him, he moved his hand. Tina already understood the gesture. Although Haidar is a less pleasant boss figure but if the work problem he is meticulous as well. All the pliers are in his hand he read before in the hand alley.
Tina returned to her desk, but soon she returned to Haidar's office after receiving a phone call from her boss.
"Can you work?" Ask Haidar. He threw the file at Tina.
"Is something wrong sir?" Tina was confused.
"You were the time when language lessons often missed, huh? That, his semicolon is not right. Change the new paper!" snapped Haidar. Tina who felt something strange about her boss opened her file again.
"Which one is Ya–, sir?" asked because of confusion.
"You search for it yourself! I'm not your language teacher!" snapped it. Tina immediately snatched all the files she had given Haidar, and returned to her desk.
"Geez, you boss complex! Just a semicolon in the problem!" tina Cibir. He's trying to figure out where the distress point is. Read all his files back until his eyes ache.
"Innalillahi!" Tina patted her forehead.after all in her reading. Not usually Haidar like that when he just forgot not to put a comma between the date and the month that was there. Just that one was his fault but Haidar was wrathful like he was doing such a great thing alone. He believes that if Haidar becomes president in this country, maybe no one will want to serve as a minister because his boss is a killer like him.
