YUMNA AZZURA'S

YUMNA AZZURA'S
55. Remembrance of the Past

Hot and hot days make the throat feel dry. Yumna walked past the diners, looking for an empty chair, choosing a table over a soft stretch of sand, with a large umbrella over it. Throwing his shoes right under the table, and squeezing the soft sand with his toes.

Yumna smilingly looked at her feet full of sand, then threw her gaze to the shore. He raised his hand on the table then propped up his chin. Tapping his cheek using his index finger. Smiling again looking at some people who were playing by the beach, some children ran there. Many also swim. Not to forget about some Caucasians who bask in the hot sun.

Yumna envied them. It was like he was running around chasing the waves, or just marking his feet on the sand that had just been left by the waves, but the memory stuck clearly how to make him a coward!

The beach won't drown! Trying to suggest himself, but the shadow was still faithfully present to disturb him.

Rubbing his face rough, exhaling his heavy breath.

"How is he? Is he safe?" mumble Yumna quietly. Remember something that has been bothering him all this time.

The shadow of a swimming boy came closer to him, then pulled him from the bottom of the sea to bring him to the surface. And after he was saved by the others, the boy disappeared in the ocean!

"Excuse me, Miss! The order!" a woman kept orange juice, complete with lemon slices and a small umbrella as a decoration. And also another meal that Yumna ordered before she sat there.

"Thank you!"

The servant returned to his place, while Yumna enjoyed the food and drink that was in front of her.

Yumna narrowed her eyes when she accidentally saw Haidar and Vio was also there blocked by several tables and restaurant visitors.

"Hadeuhhh.. know he's here I won't be here!" cibir Yumna then took a sip of his juice. "Restaurants are so many, why should they be in the same place! Haaah is already. Food too!" Yumna stared at the food in front of her and then ate it.

Haidar's treatment of Vio makes Yumna feel hot, disgusted, and wants to vomit to see him.

"Game!" then stand up and move the seat back to them. Regardless of the two people, Yumna ate voraciously because she was very hungry.

The food was up, Yumna was silent just enjoying the sea view from there. He called the waiter to bring all his dirty dishes and order another, one fresh young coconut.

"Seek a little ice!" Yumna. The man's servant nodded while saying to wait for him for a while.

Yumna looked back. Not looking at Haidar. He's been a fool with that guy! What Yumna was thinking about now was the boy who had helped her first. The sea made him reminisce about fear and guilt in his past!

"Did he survive? Or didn't?" back remembering. He feels evil if the boy is not saved. Guilt and curiosity for more than twelve years of his life.

Yumna remembered clearly at that moment. School time on a trip to Bali. He was pushed by his classmates when he just got off the plane to make his legs sprained. Yumna remembered clearly, very, very, very clearly she was pushed until she fell on the stairs of the plane. But the girl wouldn't admit it.

Huhh... Who would have thought that Yumna did not escape being a victim of bullying at her school. Yeah, it's not strange to love monkeys, and somehow the girls are so reckless to push him. Iri because Yumna became the favorite among students in her class. Not just in class, even in some other class.

In the late afternoon, all the children boarded the ferry, as well as Yumna. She was actually lazy to go there because her legs were still sore, but Tia whined asking him to come along because Tia also had no other friends besides herself.

Yumna and Tia were enjoying the view from the boat, they were chatting together while joking with each other. They did not realize that three men were approaching them and pushed Yumna down into the deep sea.

Tia surprised. He yelled out to Yumna, and asked for help. The three girls glanced at each other and fled. It was not their intention to push Yumna into the middle of the sea, only to try to destroy it. But they are wrong because their actions have caused someone harm!

Yumna was far behind from the ferry that carried her earlier, she tried to swim despite feeling pain in her ankle. The longer the pain, and finally he was not strong anymore to swim.

He slowly began to sink, his hands and feet were no longer strong to move. Sea water slowly entered his nose until it was salty in his throat. Fear immediately enveloped him. Afraid that he will not survive. Afraid that he would make his family sad, afraid that he would see his mother, Syifa, and others crying.

His mind told him to keep moving but in fact Yumna could not, she was too afraid that even he forgot how to breathe and wink. Afraid if he blinked, and that was when he would be in another realm!

It's getting deeper, and deeper. The darker it gets, the stare in Yumna's eyes. His face was flat, expressionless but in the look of his eyes was a very frightened look. His body is hard to move.

A hand pulled her up, finally making Yumna's gaze glow again. All he saw was the boy's chest. His hands are as small as his. The rest he did not remember again until suddenly he could see a bright light and also felt his lungs reflex breathing.

Yumna wakes up in a hospital. His sprained leg was already in bandage. The infusion needle had also been stuck in his arm. Mama Lily and Papa Bima were there too. Someone must have told them about the accident that happened to Yumna, and they immediately set off on a private jet.

And when Yumna asked about the boy Lily and Bima just looked at each other. Don't they know?

Yumna woke up when someone kept a can of orange juice on his desk saying excuse me with his heavy voice.

"Mas, I'm the message is coconut fruit, not canned drinks!" yumna said she took the canned drink and thrust it at the man standing next to her.

"That's my drink!" the man took the object making Yumna gawk.

"Why are you here alone?! Can join, right?" he said, but without waiting for an answer from Yumna, he was already sitting where Yumna was sitting.

"Eh, it's not papa."

"You're dreaming of being alone. A hum?"

"Hehe, gek daydreaming anyway, Sen. It's just the old days." said Yumna.

"Don't daydream, but inget the past? It's not the same, is it?!" Seno chuckled, making Yumna laugh. Seno opened her canned drink and offered it to Yumna.

"Gak ah, I pesen the coconut fruit, but the mas has not come too!" reject it.

"I accidentally saw you here, so stop by for a while while resting your legs" Seno said.

"You must have missed something, huh?" guess Seno. Yumna just grimaced.

"Past time don't keep sinking! It should be the future!" seno. A man came to bring fresh young coconuts to Yumna.

"Please. Sorry for the long wait!"

"Thank you!" Yumna. Then the waiter went back inside.

"Yes, I know! I also did not dissolve the same problem really, just still curious about the child. He survived what didn't he?" look towards Seno.

"Hopefully so!" said it. They were still enjoying the breeze that afternoon.

"If one day you meet a boy who used to help you. What do you want, huh?" asked Seno suddenly.

Yumna thought for a moment. "What do you want? Maybe if he was handsome, I would be willing to marry him to express my gratitude. Hehee. that's it if he wants to!" origin said.

"Basic!" Seno shook her head while laughing. Yumna has never changed.

"If it turns out that person is ugly?" ask Seno.

"Yes if ugly is also not papa, the important thing is that he is loyal!"

"If it turns out that boy is me?" look towards Yumna. Yumna covered her laughing mouth loudly.

"Can't be! You can't swim!" then take a sip of the young coconut water that refreshes his throat.

Seno smiled scratching behind her non-itchy ears.
