YUMNA AZZURA'S
285. A Long Journey

Haidar takes Yumna away from the park. Just like what Haidar had said, he wanted to take Yumna away all day enjoying their time together until nightfall.

The car now stops at a simple restaurant, making Yumna a little confused because they did not go home.

"Why did we come here?" ask Yumna confused.

"Breakfast, please. I want to take you all day outside, we won't be home before tonight" said Haidar with a smile.

"Where are we going?" ask Yumna again.

"Where, the important thing is to enjoy our time outside just the two of us. You don't have any appointments with Mama Lily, do you?" ask Haidar again. Yumna shook her head, indeed today she had no promise with anyone.

"Yes, then we have breakfast first. Do not just eat a little because the journey will be a little far," said Haidar again.

"Where the hell? I became curious," said Yumna again, only then did she know if Haidar turned out to make her curious as well.

"There you. Come on" said Haidar.

The car he parked well and then got out and walked to the other side and opened the door for his wife to get out of the car. Yumna just according to it, do not let much to ask because it could be that Haidar did not like and finally canceled their departure today.

The two people entered a simple restaurant located not far from the park where they had been exercising, it was a little afternoon to be called breakfast. Haidar and Yumna ordered different foods.

"Don't just one plate, the journey will be a little far, Yumna. You have to eat a lot so as not to starve on the road" said Haidar when Yumna only ordered rice mixed with chicken and vegetable side dishes only.

"Ih, you are. Make me curious. How many hours does it travel until you say I have to eat a lot?" yumna asked, getting curious.

"It must be more than two hours drive until we get there" said Haidar again.

"But I won't be able to eat much, a plate will be enough" Yumna said. Haidar smiled and finally did not ask Yumna to add her food again.

Yumna was curious about the trip today. I don't know where Haidar will take him away. However, it looks like the trip will indeed be a little long considering that Haidar has just bought snacks at the minimarket and all other preparations.

"I'm curious, Haidar. Also look at our clothes, the wearing of sports clothes" said Yumna, pointing at the clothes attached to her body.

"There's a back. I'm ready for clothes, really," said Haidar again pointing with his head towards the back.

"Huh? Seriously? You're that artist?" yumna asked in disbelief, she only knew Haidar took her away to work out, not with the others.

"Yes that. I've been from yesterday anyway, it feels like I want to take you away, but haven't said it because I'm afraid you refuse" said Haidar while rubbing the back of his neck that does not itch at all while smiling shyly.

"If you go to a pleasant place why do I refuse. I'll also be bored at home anyway, Haidar." Yumna pursed her lips, in fact she was eager to go on holiday, only that she was afraid that Haidar was tired of having worked so hard in his usual days. Bored because on holiday only spend their time at home or at their parents' home.

"I also want to go, but I'm afraid you're tired of going outside" Yumna said.

Haidar chuckled, as did Yumna who realized that the two had the same desire. In fact, six months of marriage and living under the same roof have not made them quite acquainted with each other.

"It turns out we haven't been too close yet it seems like yes. I still don't understand what you want" said Haidar. Yumna agreed.

"Yes, I don't know what you want either. Sorry," said Yumna. The two are now silent, enjoying a long journey. The vehicle is not too crowded at this time, making Haidar can spur the speed of his car a little faster.

The car stops at a red light along with several other vehicles, Haidar and Yumna wait for a while until the light turns green again.

"Would you change your clothes?" ask Haidar to Yumna. Yumna pinched her clothes, there was no strange smell and no need to change her clothes.

"Gak ah, no smell anyway, too" said Yumna with a smile.

Haidar nodded his head. "It looks like I need to change clothes" said Haidar while smelling his slightly scented scent from sweating earlier.

"I'll help you get it." Yumna removed her seat belt and turned to the back, picking up the bag that was on the back of the car. The clothes he picked up he handed Haidar, immediately the man changed his shirt quickly before the traffic light completely turned green. Yumna in the back there opened her jacket and just put on the white tanktop she was wearing from home and returned to her seat in the front.

"No pa-pa, just in the car. Later if I wear the jacket again," said Yumna again.

Their journey continued again, until almost noon and Yumna to sleep because of boredom.

The car had now reached its intended place, a little hot today made Haidar prepare the sunglasses he had prepared from home for the two of them, as well, looking to the side where his wife is now fast asleep.

"Yumna, it's here. We're down, yuk." Take Haidar while shaking Yumna's shoulder, the woman opened her eyes and looked around and found that the car had stopped along with the other cars. He did not expect the place in front of him.

"Beach?" asked Yumna in disbelief when she saw the sea and the stretch of sand outside her car, the branches of trees were waving due to the wind that hit the place. Some people were also there, running around chasing each other between the waves that came and went. All of that was so clearly visible that it made Yumna still stare in disbelief.

"Do you like it? Sorry yes, it makes you tired on this long journey," said Haidar. Yumna shook her head.

"Where are you, I'm happy anyway," said Yumna who published a smile on Haidar's lips. Yumna immediately put on her jacket earlier, there was no intention to change her clothes because she was quite comfortable with what she was wearing this time.

"Your HP was in the bag earlier" Haidar said.

"Eh, you brought my phone too?" yumna asked in surprise. Haidar nodded his head and got down from inside the car to pick up the bag at the back. Haidar reopens his car and hands Yumna his phone. The two men got out of the car and walked towards the beach, not too far away because their car park was also on the side of the road and not far from the beach, just fifty meters away and on foot have reached the beach with soft and warm sand due to exposure to the sun.

Yumna really enjoyed the air on this beach, the soft wind caressed her white skin, her hair flying carried by the gentle breeze of the beach this afternoon. The hot air from the scorching sun he ignored, even he took off his shoes to feel the warm sand of the beach under his feet.

The waves ahead made Yumna fixated, the sound of water splashing was very beautiful in her ears. Yumna remembers the last time to the beach was her honeymoon time with Haidar that time in Lombok. It was supposed to be a beautiful moment in their marriage. But unfortunately, the honeymoon was just a guise so that Haidar could be with his lover.

"Do we need a hotel reservation near here as well?" tanya Haidar broke the daydream of Yumna.

"It's not necessary, what do you make a hotel reservation if you don't stay? Tomorrow at work, we have to go home later in the afternoon, Haidar," said Yumna. Haidar nodded his head. True what Yumna said, too much work and they could not leave it.

"We should have come here yesterday, so we can do it" said Haidar with regret. Yumna chuckled and agreed. It's a pity to be here just for a little while.

"Yes, next time we have to go and stay over, Haidar" Yumna said.

Haidar approached Yumna and clasped his wife's hand, as Yumna turned her gaze away from the waves on the beach. "Walk a minute, looking for lunch?" tanya Haidar is also a solicitation. The two of them walked in the heat of the afternoon while enjoying the atmosphere of the beach this afternoon, not caring about the scorching sun that burned the skin. Some people stared strangely at Yumna and Haidar who were still wearing sports clothes, but the two people did not care about the other people's views, they just want to enjoy their time together with a different atmosphere. Both shoes they carry in their hands, leaving their footprints clearly visible and trailing behind.

"Thank you for bringing me here. It's been a long time not to go to the beach and see the sea" Yumna said again with a smile.

"You want to play wet on the edge? Swim in?" asked Haidar, Yumna shook her head, she was too afraid to swim. The shadow of his past is too scary to the point that until now he was afraid to conquer the good water in his home pool, especially in this large pool of water.

"I don't want to swim" said Yumna, holding onto Haidar's hand, conscious that his wife's hand was getting harder and harder, making Haidar look at Yumna.

"Oh yeah, I forgot. You're traumatized by water, aren't you?" Haidar recalls the story of Yumna when they were married for the first time. Yumna nodded her head without turning her gaze from ahead. "Why?" ask Haidar curiously. He didn't hear the story first.

"There was someone who drowned and I didn't know if he was safe or not, after that I didn't want to swim anymore" Yumna said briefly.

"Who? Your boyfriend?" asked Haidar, seeing Yumna's sad face while telling stories made her even more curious and also very curious. If it was his girlfriend, there was a sense of dislike in Haidar's heart.

"No. It was a long time ago, long before I knew what love was," Yumna said. Haidar smiled in relief, looking at Yumna lovingly.

"May I ask you something?" ask Haidar.

"What?"

"Me, how many people do you love?" ask Haidar to know.

Yumna stopped her footsteps, a little wet from being hit by the end of the waves that came alternately hitting her white feet.

"You don't have to ask that question, Haidar," Yumna said, declining to answer her husband's question. Shame to answer.
