Sergio the Demon King

Daru returned to Sarren Hill with his tormented feelings. When he entered the store, once again, Daru made a temperature detector that sounded without a figure passing through the door, making Rena again alert and looking for a figure behind stealth magic.

Daru once again did not pacify him and walked towards the upper second floor, and sat down on the sofa. Heavily, he exhaled long, trying to calm down.

Hahh, what should I do, he thought.

Daru accidentally saw the dimensional ring on his finger, he was reminded of the one thing he got from Julius' tomb when he buried Xavier.

"It would be useful if you were stuck in the same truth ...," murmured Daru trying to mimic Julius' words back then.

Daru then takes Julius' gold plate out of his dimension ring, looks at him, and wonders how the gold plate might have helped him discover the truth about events 100 years ago.

After looking carefully, Daru found a crack as thin as a strand of hair that ran from the side of the gold plate to the opposite side.

Broken off? thought Daru.

Daru also tried to break the gold plate following the fine line that was there.

Suddenly, Daru's vision changed, which was originally a neatly arranged bright room, now became a quite gripping darkness. Daru looked around and found himself in the middle of towering trees, even moonlight would have difficulty reaching the ground because it was blocked by shady trees.

"Where am I?" murmured Daru with astonishment.

He took out his smartphone and opened the glooge maps application to find out his exact position. However, what was displayed on his smartphone screen made his brows furrow.

[Cannot connect to the server, make sure your internet connection is fine.]

"What's going on?" murmured Daru with a bit of panic.

How can he not panic? One of its advantages as an otherworldly being, namely a smartphone, cannot be used.

Daru tried to think very hard, thinking about the possibilities that were happening to him at this moment.

Julius, truth, Dark Plain, monsters, Demon King, Elves, shit! I can't find what happened to me! the Heart in the Heart.

In the midst of her confusion, she suddenly remembers Frey being alone with Chris, making it harder to think.

Daru sat down on the ground and tried to meditate to be calmer. However, it made it even harder to think again. When he closed his eyes and entered into his subconscious, he saw that his circle was empty.  He immediately tried to sense the existence of mana around his body. However, the bad news that he got, there was not the slightest bit of mana circulating there.

"I where?" murmured Daru with an incredible panicked expression.

*If there's no where, a*do I go back to Earth? Why is there no internet? Damnit damnit! he screamed in his heart.

Panicking, he stood up and raised his right leg, about to walk. He immediately felt an immense pain when he set out his first move.

"Gurgaghh!" he shouted quite loudly.

Daru immediately pulled his right leg when he realized the most pain was coming from his right leg.

"What's going on!?" daru shouted once again with a breath of gasping after the pain disappeared as soon as he managed to pull his leg.

He tried to move his legs once more, when his feet hit the ground, he again felt the pain. Due to his reflexes, Daru immediately pulled his foot quickly, fast enough to make him take a few steps back.

As he moved backwards, he did not feel the slightest pain, making him sure that the pain was from some sort of zone that Daru could not enter.

I would feel the pain when I set foot in the zone that was ahead of me. No, what's in there? thought Daru.

Without a second thought, Daru walked in the opposite direction of the place he called the zone.

The further Daru walked, the greater his confusion. There were only his footsteps that stepped on something hard, like a wooden branch but did not break once stepped on. Because Daru's vision is limited, making him unable to see what he had stepped on. Panicked, he forgot the flashlight that had been in his dimension ring.

After walking far enough, Daru arrived at a roomy place, airy enough that moonlight could touch the ground. Daru's eyes widened in shock at what was in front of him.

This ..., how many died here? thought Daru after seeing the scene in front of him.

What Daru saw was a pile of bones scattered, judging from the shape, Daru was sure that the bones did not come from a single creature.

Daru was further confused by where he was standing at the moment and the reason why Julius' gold plate had moved him here.

Daru looked around and only found a pile of bones. Suddenly an old man's voice shook his eardrum.

"Ah, where is my courtesy. I'm sorry I just said it, welcome to the Dark Plain." Along with Daru hearing those words, an old man appeared not far from where Daru was standing.

Daru was surprised because of the sudden appearance of the figure, when he took a closer look, the old man's face was no stranger to him. The man was the same man as the old man who met Daru at the Waterfall City inn and the old man who looked at him while eating at the Blue Star Moon City Restaurant.

"This place is the Dark Plain? Then, who are you?" ask Daru to the man.

"People call me the Demon King, but I prefer to be called by my real name, Sergio," replied the man.

Hearing the word "Devil King," made Daru become wary. Daru immediately took out a laser gun from his dimension ring and pointed it towards Sergio.

"ah! Laser gun! I haven't seen him for a long time, maybe 100 years" Sergio said with a big smile.

Daru furrowed his brows because Sergio's words meant he had seen Daru's laser gun.

"You know about the laser gun?" ask Daru.

"Yes, I was the one who designed the shape" Sergio replied calmly.

Julius said that the Demon King is just like me, meaning he is also from another world, Daru thought.

"You're from Niberu?" ask Daru.

"Yes, you're from Earth, right?" Sergio then walked over to Daru.

Daru grew more alert, he clasped his gun tighter and said, "Where do you know that from?"

"Because I am the one who called you to this world ..., Daru," Sergio replied with a very wide smile.
