Emilia and Daru

"Hey, Daru, is there any place you want to go?" asked Emilia who was walking beside Daru who was no longer using stealth magic. The two of them were walking on the streets of Waterfall City with joy, Emilia was happy because she was dating Daru, while Daru was happy because he could let go of his boredom even though he had not realized about "Dating with a dark lover."

"Take me to a good place. Oh, although it's good, don't go to Heaven's House, please," Daru replied with a flat expression.

"Hihi, why am I taking you to the House of Heaven? Just to make a girl burn jealous?" repas Emilia refers to herself.

Daru thought that the "Girl" called Emilia was referring to Frey, saying, "Maybe be jealous."

"Ce-jealous ta-sign darling, right?" asked Emilia with a flushed face.

"Yes, me too" replied Daru who was sure their conversation was referring to Frey.

Emilia suddenly stopped her steps and lowered her head in embarrassment. She was so happy because the man she loved said that she felt the same way.

Daru, who noticed that Emilia had stopped and turned to face Emilia, said, "What's wrong, Emilia? Tired?"

"That's okay. Come with me, I will show you the best places in Waterfall City," Emilia replied with her best smile.

Daru nodded vigorously before following Emilia's footsteps towards the center of the city.

The two of them surrounded Waterfall City with a feeling of pleasure, although the reason behind their enjoyment was different.

They tried many things in Waterfall City, bought food sold at roadside stalls, visited unique places in the city, and explored every corner of the city.

"There are two more places that I think are pretty good in this city" Emilia said after they both had more than 6 hours of fun.

"Where?" ask Daru.

"Bell tower and palace garden. In the bell tower, we can see the whole city, it would be nice if the sun was almost sunset. For the palace garden ..., I doubt we can both enter if there is no interest," said Emilia.

"We can both enter the palace with my identity, how?" said Daru made an offer.

Emilia's eyes twinkled and said, "Really? Then, come on."

Without waiting for Daru's reply, Emilia pulled Daru's hand and ran towards the palace.

After running for a few minutes, the two of them arrived in front of the palace gate. The gatekeeper directly pointed their spears after Daru and Emilia were quite close to the gate.

"Who are you two? What is your goal in approaching the palace!?" shouted the guard.

Emilia was frightened and stood behind Daru while embracing his hand. While Daru raised his eyebrows because he realized the faces of the guards were different from the guards who intercepted him first.

Casually, Daru said, "Call Trevor."

The guards who heard Daru's words exchanged glances before one of them ran towards where Trevor, the palace guard's head, was.

Not long after, a man who was no stranger to Daru ran towards the gate. The man was Trevor who frantically ran over in fear that the guards would offend Daru.

"Mr Daru" Trevor said, bowing his body.

"I'm sorry for my subordinates, they've only been guarding the gate for the first time and don't know Mr. Daru's identity yet" he added before turning around and looking at his subordinates and shouting, "I apologize!"

The guards immediately bowed towards Daru and shouted apologies simultaneously.

"Ahaha, it's okay, they are just doing their job" Daru said.

The guards who had previously bowed their bodies began to breathe a sigh of relief after hearing Daru's words, they were relieved that no punishment had befallen them.

"Mr Daru, His Majesty King Gustave is currently meeting with several higher-ups, I am afraid that Mr. Daru will have to wait a while to meet with His Majesty" Trevor said.

"Of course, Mr. Daru. I'll take it" Trevor said.

Trevor, Daru, and Emilia entered the palace gate and headed for the palace garden which was quite far from the gate.

"We've arrived, please call the waiter if you need anything, Mr. Daru," Trevor said after the three of them walked quite a distance.

"Thank you" Daru said with a smile.

Trevor soon leaves the two of them, fearing that their privacy is compromised by his presence.

"We arrived, why did you shut up from there?" daru asked Emilia who was still embracing Daru's hand from behind his body.

"I'm too amazed and comfortable with you, hihi," Emilia replied before letting go of Daru's hand.

Daru swept his gaze in all directions and could only find colorful flowers everywhere.

"Beautiful park" murmured Daru.

I will bring Frey here in the future, Daru thought.

Daru sat on a stone made as a seat, followed by Emilia who sat beside him.

"My words are right, right? This place is beautiful. This is my second time here." Emilia turned her back and supported her with both hands behind her back.

"Yes, this is beautiful" Daru replied.

They both enjoyed the view in the park and occasionally exchanged pleasant remarks.

"Daru, what do you want in this life?" asked Emilia casually.

"Maybe this kind of calmness is what I want most. How's yours?" Daru threw the same question at Emilia.

"Hmm, I want to enjoy my old day with the man I love. Well, that is the wish of all women" Emilia replied with a sweet smile.

"The man you love, right," said Daru as he raised his head upward.

Frey was like that too, I guess, Daru thought.

"Daru," said Emilia softly with a reddened face.

Feeling called, Daru said, "Yes?"

"Ah, no, hehe," Emilia said with a small laugh.

"The sun will soon set, let's go to the tower" said Emilia.

"I'm behind you" Daru said before the two of them stood up and began to head towards the bell tower that was in the center of the city.

Meanwhile, at Sarren Hill.

Frey was sitting on his bedroom bed on the lower one floor.

"The two are actually dating. She was more beautiful, her body was also more attractive. I lost," murmured Frey with puffy eyes from crying nonstop since Daru left Sarren Hill.

"Let's just, I hope you go home and say that things aren't what I think they are." Frey again sobbed sobbing for a while before she completely calmed herself down and got up from her seat.

"Tonight, I'm going to sleep in my parents' house" Frey said, wiping his eyes.
