Chapter 8: The Right to Be Happy

After a week in Australia, Gilda returned to New York with some of her photographs taken. The best photos will be posted in his mini studio.

Right now Gilda is getting ready to give Frank a surprise. He deliberately told his lover if he would go home in two days. Gilda wears a dress on her knees with a flower motif. She chose a yellow dress. Frank loves it when Gilda wears a yellow dress. Gave a little makeup on her face and took Frank's handbag as her birthday present.

"Mom.. I go first." said Gilda saying goodbye to her mother who was entertaining her guests.

"Frank.." said a woman into Frank's room.

"God.why didn't you tell me you wanted to come here." said Frank rising from his seat of greatness.

"I sent the message and you didn't read it. I'll take you in the afternoon" Kyle said, handing Frank a box of food.

"Thank you" Frank said.

"Frank, our baby misses you" Kyle hugged Frank.

"Kyle. It's in the office, don't be like this" Frank said. I don't know, he's a little dislike if Kyle hugs him like this.

"Are you still having doubts about this baby?" ask Kyle. Frank shakes. In his heart he said something else. Frank still doubts the clarity of the baby Kyle was born with. But he did not remember that night they did it without safety.

"You've changed since you were with Gilda. Are you starting to love him" Kyle said staring at Frank's face. The man just kept quiet.

"Frank. Look at my eyes.."

"Frank.." call Kyle to break Frank's daydream.

"What do you mean?"

"it's been Frank's year, and you promised to end it. Even more time you've been with that woman these past few months" Kyle said in tears.

"I'm going to go to your parents and tell them our real relationship" Kyle said. He's tired of everything. They have to be in a relationship secretly. He even kept his distance from Frank. Enough time has been given. It's been a year.

"No... Kyle, listen to me. Don't do that. My whole family will be angry. I don't want them to hurt you" said Frank holding Kyle's hand.

"Then what about me, Frank? Will I continue like this. Not Frank. I also deserve to be happy" Kyle said.

"You're a coward Frank...." Kyle hit Frank's chest. The man just kept quiet, letting Kyle vent his disappointment.

"I'm sorry Kyle." murmured Frank hugged Kyle.

"I told you to end this relationship, but you don't want Frank. You made me like this."

Upon arrival in front of Frank's company, Gilda got out of her car wearing her sunglasses. He then walked into the office lobby and into the CEO's special elevator. No one was angry or looking suspiciously at him. Employees there are no strangers to the figure of Gilda.

After arriving on the 24th floor, Gilda exited the elevator. He accidentally meets Frank's secretary.

"Miss Gilda," said the man in surprise.

"Oh hi Justin." said Gilda, feeling something strange with Justin.

"Frank's in his room, right" asked Gilda to step into Frank's office.

"Miss, wait a minute. Mr. Frank has an important guest. They're in the meeting room right now" Justin said. Gilda stopped her steps.
