Scarlett met her father who was sitting in the back garden. The man rested his back on the back of the lounge chair. His gaze was fixed on the blue sky with the afternoon sunlight hitting his face. His father was lonely, his wife was going to accompany Elyzia to Paris.

"Dad.." call Scarlett.he wants to mend his relationship with his father. Wilson flinched from his daydream.

"Scarlett." he said smiling. Scarlett sat in front of her father. Both of his eyes looked at his father's face. The wrinkles on his face meant that he was no longer young. The man's smile clarified the wrinkles on his face.

Scarlett who was in Gilda mode glazed over and immediately hugged Wilson. Gilda missed her father. Wilson returned his daughter's embrace. It seemed like the man had not hugged his daughter for a long time. Wilson shed his tears. He did not expect his daughter to embrace him. As if this was just a dream. It was like getting his life back.

"I'm sorry Scarlett dad" Scarlett said in tears. He can't hold back his tears anymore.

"Scarlett is not a good boy" he continued.

"No dear, daddy has to apologize. Daddy's the one who made you like this. Because of daddy's selfishness that creates distance between us" said Wilson kissed his daughter's head.

"Daddy will make amends for all of daddy's mistakes" said Wilson, feeling guilty. Scarlett looked up, saw her father cry and made her even sadder. Scarlett wiped away her father's tears.

"But here I'm the more guilty dad. I always hurt daddy's feelings, I was too childish," Scarlett lowered her head. Wilson hugged his daughter back with tears of joy.

"Let's fix it back," Wilson rubbed his daughter's back. Scarlett then nodded.

A few minutes later, after their crying and sad session was over. The father and son were silent for a moment.

"Ak__" the two suddenly spoke together.

Wilson pulled both corners of his lips, embracing his daughter. "Daddy has been looking forward to this for a long time. Daddy's getting back daddy's old little daughter. Daddy was never like this after your mother's departure" Wilson said sincerely, his eyes showing happiness.

"Mom must be happy to see her dad" Scarlett stared at her, as if her mother was looking at them from up there.

"Of course baby. Your mother must be happy that her little daughter is all grown up now" Wilson replied.

"Daddy love Mia?" ask Scarlett suddenly. He looked at his father waiting for his father to answer.

Wilson nodded, Scarlett averted her gaze. Silence moment. Wilson stared at his daughter who could not yet accept Mia's presence in his life.

"Daddy won't force you to accept it baby. But really, daddy's happy with Mia."

"I bless daddy and Mia. But I haven't been able to accept them completely dad, I'm sorry," Scarlett looked at Wilson. Scarrlett lowers her ego to bless her father's relationship with Mia. As long as his father is happy. Scarlett doesn't want her father to be lonely. Not that he accepted Mia completely.

"It's okay. That's your choice. Daddy didn't force it. What daddy wants now is daddy's little daughter back," Wilson replies. Scarlett then nodded.

"Oh yeah. Did you say what son?" ask Wilson. Scarlett almost forgot about it.

"The next day I'm going to start working at Caringgton's company as a secretary" Scarlett said.

"Are you serious, dear? that's a big company. Daddy was happy to hear that. Daddy will support your every choice as long as it doesn't hurt you" Wilson said. He promised not to impose his will on his daughter.

"Thank you dad" said Scarlett hugging her father's twin. Scarlett changed the storyline in the novel. Repairing his relationship with his father.
