Chapter 47: Of course Objections
After lunch, Frank and Felix discuss their company's cooperation. This is a great cooperation project with one of the companies from India. This time on transportation. Therefore Felix invites Frank to invest, considering that Carrington Company is a large company and also engaged in transportation in addition to other businesses.
Scarlett typed the key points of Frank and Felix's talk. The two men looked serious when talking about their new project. Felix occasionally looked at Scarlett and it made Frank dislike her. Frank glanced at his watch.
"We're ending the meeting here" Frank said. Felix saw the clock. It turned out that they had already spent an hour discussing their project. As per the previous agreement, they had to end it.
"We'll talk back next week" said Frank standing up, tidying up his suit.

"Of course objection" Frank chimed in as Scarlett was about to answer. Felix looked in annoyance at Frank.
"He's my secretary, and it's still working hours. He came with me anyway, which means he came home with me, too" Frank said.
"Yes, my boss is right Mr. Felix," Scarlett said formally. Scarlett of course chose to go home with Frank compared to Felix the person she most avoided.
"Why did I insist on approaching her as she blatantly avoided me. I love this game more and more" Felix murmured at the passing of Frank and Scarlett.
In front of the restaurant, Frank's car is ready. The driver arrived on time. Frank is happy that his driver is always in charge of his job. Maybe this month, he will give an extra salary for his driver.
"Go back to the office, sir" Frank told his driver, who was in his forties.
Half an hour passed, Frank and Scarlett arrived in front of the company building. The two are separated after being in the company lobby because Scarlett is riding a special elevator for employees.
Just now Scarlett wanted to report the results of Frank's meeting with Felix, the table phone in front of her reads.
"Hello" said Scarlett.
"Tell Alden to get to my office, right away" Frank said, then disconnected.

Since Frank brought Scarlett to a meeting with Felix, a few days later Frank brought Scarlett with him as he was meeting with his client outside. As now Frank brings Scarlett to attend a lunch invitation from one of the senators.
"Good afternoon Mr. Carrington" said Anthony, one of the senators from California shaking Frank's hand.
"This is Michelle my daughter. He just finished his S2 from Oxford," said Anthony introducing his daughter.
"I'm Michelle, nice to meet you Mr. Carrington," said Michelle kindly shaking Frank's hand.
"Frank. Call Frank, "pick Frank. Michelle then nodded. He was very happy to meet directly with the granddaughter and successor of the large Carrington family company.
