CHAPTER 35 New Facts

Michel was still standing in his place with his head down, not since when his face began to get wet with more and more intense tears coming out of his eyes. Both bodies shook, though they made no sound, but Michel knew that his father was sobbing this time. Michel's outstretched hand rubbed his father's back to give him a little peace.

Long enough both of them shed a sense of longing, now Edward slowly took off his embrace and stared fixedly at Rachel. "You've grown up so well, son, I'm so grateful for that." Edward said and was answered nodding by Michel with a smile on his face.

Edward and Michel are now sitting together on a sofa talking about a lot of things.

"Where did you find out that Rachel and Mr. Thomas were being chased by the Black Wolf mafia? ask Michel later.

Edward smiled, "dad had CCTV access in Thomas's study, so I started to notice you coming when you saw Thomas this morning, and at that time I told my men to monitor you remotely" Edward said.

"Oh well deserved, thank you for helping Rachel earlier," said Michel lowered his head.

"God, this boy is very polite, of course it is the duty of a father to protect his son" Edward said with a small laugh. Michel laughed with him.

"Oh yeah, what do you know about Darold, son?" ask Edward.

"From the data stored in the father's data center, Rachel connected Rachel's phone with the DA Group's data center at that time to download the file" Michel explained.
