CHAPTER 31 Bringing Thomas

That afternoon, Thomas was getting ready to go home. Not to forget he was wearing a suit and carrying his bag out of his study.

"I don't think, after 18 years of being lost, Rachelia came back. He truly inherited the traits of a brave and intelligent father. Finally my task was slowly completed," said Thomas, smiling as he walked towards his car in the parking lot.

Just about to open the door, Thomas was immediately seized by a man dressed in black and taken into a black car.

"Hello Thom, long time no see," said William smiled to Thomas who is now sitting in the back seat with 2 men who are on the left and right sides.

"William's? I don't think we have any more business, so why are you taking me like this?" ask Thomas with a sharp tone.

"Consider Thom, today I'm almost frustrated by a problem that's causing a new problem, you know what it is?" william.

"I don't know and I don't care" Thom sneered.

"Hahaha, apparently you're getting bolder Thom, I think after Edward's death, you're going to be a helpless rabbit, apparently my guess is wrong" William quipped.

"Don't talk to William, just tell me what you want and your boss this time?" murmur Thomas.

"Let's wait until we get to our destination, then you'll know what purpose I'm taking you this time," obviously William then gave the code to his men to tie hands and close Thomas's mouth and eyes.

About 45 minutes they traveled, now they arrived at a quiet place, where there was only a simple house that had no residents, and now they had no inhabitants, around the house there was only wild grass that was already very high.

Thomas, whose eyes were closed, was led in by William's men, they sat Thomas in a wooden chair and tied his hands and feet to the chair.

"Geez, what else is going to happen to me this time?" thomas began to feel anxious mixed with fear. He clearly knew that the person who brought him this was a person who could do anything they wanted.

The sound of footsteps made Thomas even more anxious, even though Thomas' eyes were still closed, he could tell that someone was approaching him at the moment.

Roughly, Thomas's blindfold and mouth were opened, and now Thomas could see who was in front of him at this moment. Although the lighting in the room was not very good, Thomas clearly knew very well the face of the man before him at this moment. Thom just kept staring at Darold without responding.

"I want to make sure, is it true that the woman who came to you this morning was Rachelia Edward?" ask Darold full of probes.

"I don't understand what you mean, Darold," replied Thomas trying to relax.

"Don't pretend to be stupid, Thom, you obviously know what I mean" Darold growled.

Thomas smiled, "even if she was Rachelia, I wouldn't tell you,"

Darold's emotions were now provoked, with the glare of his sharp eyes, he drew closer to Thomas, as soon as a punch landed on Thomas's face, Thomas's face slammed backwards, and Thomas's, fresh blood flowed from the corners of his lips and nose.

"I've been looking for Edward's son for a long time, as long as I ask him carefully, tell me, then you'll be safe out of this place" Darold threatened.

"Because I know you're looking for it, then I won't tell you, Darold" Thomas said with a sharp look as if he wasn't afraid of Darold at all this time. However, this was already his determination to protect the princess from Edward.

Darold smiled slanted, he then went and called his men who had been preparing outside the room with blunt weapons.

"Come in, and teach the man a lesson until he opens his voice" Darold ordered.

A total of 10 men with blunt weapons now entered the room, followed by William behind him.

"Hand him!" darold's orders, but immediately the lights in the room went out.

"Oh ****!"

Shortly after the lights went out, some phosphorous powder that was burning in the dark hit the bodies of Darold's men, and there was an instant of a raw sound. William and Darold, who wanted to turn on their phones, suddenly felt their hands being kicked until their phones were out of their hands. William and Darold were confused by what was happening at this time, not wanting to stay still, William immediately looked for a light switch in the room, but because of the very dark conditions, makes William have trouble finding the switch.

"William hurry," cried Darold so that William could move quickly to find the light switch of the room.
