Chapter 28 The Second Plan

"Because I love you Michel, you're the first woman in my life to touch my heart, and I don't want to lose you,"

Michel's heart was racing again, there was a sense of happiness when he knew Calvin's feelings, if to be honest, he had also fallen in love with Calvin. But at the same time, a wall appears in his heart when he realizes Calvin is the son of Darold.

The two feelings in the heart that are now turbulent, between love and hate, both seem to want to spill their emotions at the same time. Michel tried hard to hold the two, until his tears shed unbearably, a sense of tightness increasingly felt in his chest.

Michel looked down until his tears were invisible to Calvin. For a moment the two were silent, dissolving in the turmoil of their respective hearts.

Feeling Michel did not respond to his words, Calvin again opened his voice.

"Michel?" he said gently as he approached Michel.

"Don't come any closer, please!" michel's voice rang out. His heart rippled as he heard Calvin's voice speak his name softly.

"Michel what's wrong with you?" calvin asked back who was starting to worry about Michel.

"Sorry Calvin, forget me, we can't be together" Michel wiped his tears and raised his face.

"What do you mean we can't be with Michel? don't you love me, huh?"

Michel fell silent, unable to answer Calvin's question.

"Someday you will know. I'm sorry, I'm leaving now, goodbye, Calvin," Michel said, leaving Calvin alone at the cafe.

This time Calvin could no longer resist Michel's departure. He looked down deeply, his hands clenched firmly until he showed his veins. Trying hard he held back his tears, but 1 drop escaped to his cheek.

"What do you mean Michel, what are you really hiding?" inner Calvin.

"You see that girl, Will? is my memory the same as yours about the girl?" ask Darold who is currently in the car while staring at Michel who is now out of the Cafe leaving Calvin.

"True sir, he is Michel, the new employee in our company," replied William.

"What do you think they're talking about? why does the girl look sad, and Calvin looks sad too?" ask Darold curiously.

"It looks like your son has just expressed his feelings but was rejected," William replied while recalling his second expression.

"What's? I warned her not to have a relationship until Rachelia was found. But, come to think of it, what does Calvin like about a geeky girl like her?" darold's monologue then told William to return to his car.

Night at the Darold Archer Mansion

Darold is waiting for Calvin's return. It was still 8pm, but he was curious about what happened to his son this afternoon.

Shortly after, the sound of Calvin's motor roar rang out and stopped.

Calvin entered the house with shaky steps, he seemed to have no spirit even just to walk.

"Calvin, Daddy wants to talk to you" cried Darold.

"What's wrong with you? did you just get a broken heart?" darold's question immediately made Calvin raise his face to look at Darold as if he were asking why Daddy could know.

"Have you found Rachelia Edward yet?"

Calvin shook his head slowly, "not yet Dad," he replied later. "But even if I find him, I won't take him to Daddy, because I know Daddy will kill him," said Calvin.

"Don't I warn you that you can't be in a relationship with any woman if Rachelia hasn't been found yet?"

"Calvin knows Dad, but Calvin's just a human being, isn't falling in love human?"

"Even if you're in love, at least hold on until Rachelia is found. What do you like about that girl named Michel anyway,"

Calvin stared at Darold, "How did Daddy know? is Daddy spying on us?" search Calvin.

"No, Daddy happened to see your meeting this afternoon, and you previously told Daddy that girl's name, and Daddy just found out that she was a new employee at the company,"

"What's? Michel works at the company?"

"Yes, did he not tell you, he was even in the IT division, unfortunately his performance did not stand out too much?"

"What's Daddy's Maxdu?"

"You know, in the office there's a lot less respect for him, because he's geeky and slow at work."

Calvin was silent for a moment, as if he did not know what to say, on the one hand he did not like Darold talking about Michel like that, but on the other hand, on the other hand, he did not like to talk about Michel, he felt that the Michel he knew was unlike anything Darold said, like two different people in different places.

"Dad, if so I want to go to the room first," said Calvin then then got a nod from Darold.

Calvin walked quickly to his room, and immediately lay down when he reached his room.

"What was it for this reason that you rejected me Michel?" calvin's monologue then gushed the wind over him feeling annoyed.

Now Calvin thinks that perhaps Michel is feeling inferior about being in a relationship with the son of the CEO of his company. Michel clearly knows that Calvin is the son of Darold Archer because he was surprised when Calvin mentioned his last name, Archer.

On the other hand, a girl was venting her feelings on the boxing bag at her house, it was long enough that she was like that until her sweat sweat soaked all over her face to her body.

"Of all the men, why Calvin? why should it be the son of my parents' killer?" mister Michel then hit the punch again. His white face was now turning red from the heat and tired.

"I have to start carrying out my second plan, just look at what will happen tomorrow Mr. Darold," Michel grinned, this time he wanted to complete his mission so that he could get out of this city immediately, he no longer wanted to linger, for it would only torment his heart.
