Eps. 73 Being Jealous

Meanwhile Cassia was still not asleep and was waiting for her battery to fully charge while turning around and rolling on the bed. An hour later, the phone's battery was fully charged.

He immediately plucked his phone from the charger and called Niky back.

“tut...” Cassia pulled out Niky's phone number she memorized and waited for her call to be dialed.

Elsewhere, Niky was in the car driving his white maserati out of a hotel.

“kring... cring..kring.The sound of Niky's phone ringing after he deactivated silent mode again.

“Who else is on the phone.. Does anyone take me to the hotel again ? I'm lazy and not in the mood at the moment. ” her inner self after hearing her phone ring.

The man reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone from there.

“click..” Niky pressed the accept button.

In another place Cassia seemed to smile broadly at the sound of her phone that had been connected.

“Finally after repeatedly calling... lifted as well.” his inner self with a cheerful face.

“Halo... big sister Niky..” said the girl while pounding waiting for an answer from Niky.

“Cassia....what's up..” he replied while slowing down the speed of his car.

“Kak... I repeatedly called and you just picked up. Was brother angry with me because of this afternoon... ? I can explain everything.The man was not my lover he was a Dream Fantasy designer. That's it, no more.” obviously the girl at length explained the misunderstanding that occurred between them.

Niky took a deep breath and exhaled slowly as he was relieved to hear the explanation from the girl. And she smiled a little because of that.

“So... I mistakenly thought the man was her lover..and the fact that he did not yet have a lover..” his inner self is getting happier after concluding it himself.

Cassia repeated her words again because there was no response from the man on her phone.

“Kak... big brother Niky is still there and heard my voice... ?” ask the girl.

“Ehm... Cassia.you walk with anybody I don't matter. You haven't slept at this hour.?” her reply was already softened and no longer angry at the girl while hiding her jealousy.

“Why brother Niky seems flat to respond to me... not the same as last afternoon who looked angry at me..” his inner heart heard Niky's answer that was not in accordance with his expectations.

“Cassia already yes.. sorry I'm still on the road. Later we just connect again..” replied Niky then ended the call because he did not want to lose concentration while driving.

“Kak... wait...” said Cassia who is still not finished talking but Niky has hung up.

“Yah. It is dangerous also the phone while driving.” said the girl then actually our phone and lay in bed.

Cassia actually found it strange why Niky was still on the streets at night like this.

The next day Niky left for work as usual. He bags Naruto's shirt before sitting in his chair. The man leaned his shoulders to his seat while remembering the words of one of his customers.

“What is true I fell in love with the girl. but I.. must not fall in love until my mission is complete.” her inner back is reminded of Cassia.

“ah no. There is no time for love affairs in my life at this time. Now it is better that I refocus on my work.” her inner being sits upright then stares at the laptop screen and turns it on.

“click...” Niky moved his mouse and checked the reports that went into his email.

It is getting late and approaching the break. Niky, tired after checking many financial statements, stopped his work and stared at the watch in his left hand.

“It was lunchtime apparently..” muttered then turned off his laptop and stood up from his seat.

“broom..” As always... Niky drove his car to the seafood restaurant.

How much he got into the restaurant after parking his car. He sat down waiting for his order to come after ordering it on the restaurant's waiter.

“Oh yes...what Cassia is in Dream Fantasy now.. I will take her to lunch here.” murmured while taking the phone out of her shirt pocket and contacting the girl.

He had not had time to contact Cassia, suddenly there was someone from behind who patted her on the shoulder.

“Ya...” Niky looked back to see who was patting his shoulder.

“Cindy..?” niky said as he looked at the woman who was his customer standing behind him.

Cindy smiled and sat down next to Niky. Because they are often customers, they both seem familiar.

“You eat here...Do you work around here... ?” asked the woman while shifting her seat closer.

“Ya... You know myself I like culinary tours even though the place I have to go to is not close to where I work.” he replied in response to the woman. The two of them then had a conversation that made Niky forget to call Cassia.

Elsewhere, Cassia is in Dream Fantasy with Bram discussing a new color design that is still in development.

Several times the girl looked at the watch in her right hand and patiently waited for lunch break.

“Now it's 12.00... It's time to get out of here and go to the seafood restaurant, it's possible that Big Brother Niky is there.” his inner self who looks happy after seeing his watch.

“Bram... we rest a little later we connect again.” he said then leave the man just like that and walk quickly out of Dream Fantasy heading to the seafood restaurant.

I don't know why this time he didn't want to call the guy and his feeling was strong saying that Niky was there right now.

“tap...tap..tap...” sound footsteps Cassia entered the restaurant.

Upon arrival there the girl did not directly order the food menu, but instead looked around to find Niky's whereabouts.

“Ah... there he is Sister Niky..” he said softly after finding again it was sitting near the sink. He deliberately did not call out yes and immediately approached her with the intention of giving her a surprise. But instead of making a surprise, the girl was surprised.

“Sister Niky..” call him after being right behind the man. He sees Niky with a woman and they look familiar.

Niky turned his head back because he heard a familiar voice for him and was very memorized.

“Cassia..” he said in shock and did not expect the girl was already there even though he had not called her. Niky immediately pulled his hand from the hand of Cindy who had just held it so that the girl did not misunderstand him.

Instantly Cassia's body trembled at the unwanted sight before her eyes.

“No... why is he with another woman... did he deliberately reply to my actions yesterday ?” his mind could not speak as it held back his trembling lips.

Without a word coming out of her lips, the girl turned around and ran out of the seafood restaurant with teary eyes.
