Eps. 107 Recruitment of Employees

A few weeks later at the company Niky looks crowded. Many people gathered there to take part in the selection of hiring employees at Cassia Group.

Flash back One week before.

In the afternoon after work Niky returned home where Cassia was waiting for him.

“kriek..” sound Niky open door.

“Kakak already home ?” asked Cassia who was sitting there and then like this and welcomed his arrival.

“Ya dear...” reply Niky then sit down with Cassia on the sofa.

Niky put his briefcase next to him then leaned his head against the chair. The man looked like he was thinking of something.

“So is there anything you think of ?” cassia looked to the side.

“Sweetie when are you ready to operate the company... ?” ask Niky.

“What brother will operate it in this week ?” reply the girl.

“I hope next week the company is already in operation. But first we have to hire employees. What if you help me recruit employees ?” she was very hopeful for Cassia.

Cassia kept quiet and recalled her schedule for this one week.

“Looks like I'm empty from next wednesday, sis..” replies Cassia after searching for her empty schedule.

“Alright dear... please help me.” said Niky while holding Cassia's hand and kissing her.

“Alright big brother.. I will help you.” reply Cassia with a big smile on Niky.

“If so then I have to advertise it in the newspaper..” said Niky added then embrace Cassia from the side.

Back to the present.

The number of applicants who came was more than expected.

One by one applicants were called in to take the test, while the other applicants waited outside.

“Please orderly...” said one of the security officers who guard and organize the ranks of applicants.

The applicants were initially a little noisy because scrambling for seats finally calmed back down.

Inside the office, Cassia was conducting an interview test on one applicant in a living room.

“Well sister Andien.This interview test is over. We will call the sister number later if it passes the next test train.” Cassia said ending the test session.

“Good ma'am...thank you..” replied the test taker and then exited the living room.

“Participant test number 230 please login... !” call Cassia to call the next test taker.

A man walked into the test room and Cassia immediately asked a few questions for about fifteen minutes.

“It looks like break first until later at 13:00. I want to rest for a while.” murmured after one test taker came out of the test room.

Cassia exited the test room and called the security guard around the test room.

“Pak... please tell the test takers who are outside to check for a moment and will start again an hour ahead.” said Cassia approached the security officer.

“Well miss Cassia..” replied the security officer immediately out of the building and informed the test takers who were still waiting outside.

“Then let's have lunch first..” said one of the test applicants on the other limit market invites to fill their stomach first.

“Alright come... I know some places to eat near here that recommended.” reply then immediately go with his friend earlier and the other test takers also took a break according to the specified hour.

While it was elsewhere, Niky who was currently in the office immediately finished her work quickly.

“It's 11:00 and my work is still a lot. Today many reports come to me.” mumbled Niky while checking one by one the report earlier.

Up to thirty minutes later when the report was half checked, many other reports came in.

“If this continues I can not get out of the office while Cassia must be waiting for me there.” Inner Niky when glancing at the clock in his hand.

Fifteen minutes later, Niky decided to stop checking incoming reports and would resume them later after the noon break.

“I'm leaving now..” said Niky took the blazer he delivered on the seat and put it on immediately.

Niky walked quickly to the parking lot and into his white maserati.

“broom..” Niky drives at high speed to get to his company soon.

Forty-five minutes later he arrived at his company's office and rushed in to look for Cassia.

“Cassia where are you... ?” niky called him.

“Kakak already came yes.. I was in pantry.” reply then stand up and will come out of the room.

“Honey stay there I will catch up with you soon.” reply Niky then hang up and walk towards the pantry.

Niky got into the pantry and sat down next to Cassia.

“Darling thank you for helping me. After this you rest let me continue.” said Niky while peeping Cassia's forehead.

“Then what about Sister's work there..?” ask Cassia who leaned her head against Niky's shoulder to get rid of her fatigue.

“I'll ask permission later to the office. I know you must be tired of doing tests on the participants that much alone.” he said again.

“This eat first..” Niky gave Cassia a bag of food she bought on the street.

Cassia and Niky then ate together before starting the interview again.
