Eps. 35 New Promises

Sisca looked surprised by what she saw. The man in front of her was indeed Niky who looked completely different in a casual dress.

“Oh... miss Sisca... This is really your dog ?” tanyanya Niky then stood up and showed the dog poodle in his grasp.

“guk... guk..” The dog barked when Siska touched his head as if refusing to go with him.

“Pearl... why didn't you comply with ?” sisca said as she stroked and took the dog out of Niky's hand.

While in the arms of Sisca suddenly the poodle jumped down and went back to hiding behind Niky's feet.

“Oh pearl... Looks like you like cute guys..” said Sisca again took her poodle dog that is still hiding behind Niky's feet. But the dog still doesn't want to come with Sisca back.

“Let me help...” said Niky then took the poodle that he was following. Niky then sat back in the chair where he had sat before. Because Pearl was still with Niky, Sisca had to sit next to him.

Unbeknownst to Niky who is still engrossed in playing with Pearl, Sisca notices Niky from the side.

“I just saw him in a casual dress like this. And wow...he looks amazing once.” Inner Sisca who is still staring at Niky from the side and make him look closely.

“Nona Sisca... what are you doing here ?” tanya Niky started the conversation after a long silence while wiping the woman's poodle dog that was still in her lap.

“Ah yes... I just walk around with Pearl.. rather than get bored at home.” replied Sisca who was a little flutter when Niky turned to her. He moved closer to Niky.

“Why did she go out for a walk with a dog, not with her husband or child.” Inner Niky looked at the woman for not knowing her status.

“You yourself... ?” ask Sisca again to the man who saw her also in the garden alone.

“I just stopped by here for a while before returning home.” replied Niky as is while shifting his seat away from the woman because it was uncomfortable when the woman sat very close to him.

“Oh so...” replied Sisca while nodding her head. He then shifted his seat closer to Niky again.

“Ehm.. sorry Niky the other day I didn't get to see you because of a sudden meeting. And I saw you were not there when I came out.” he said, recalling the promise to meet them and feeling guilty for the man with a faint smile.

“Yes it's okay miss Sisca...” Niky replied briefly and thought to ask back the proposal that had been submitted to the woman before.

“Then how did you get investors for the new project Wonderland ?” ask the woman. Meanwhile Niky just smiled wryly while shaking his head at him.

“So... will Miss Sisca accept my proposal submission and become an investor in Wonderland's new project?” niky asked excitedly with sparkling eyes.

Sisca seemed to smile a little before answering back Niky's question. The woman moved her hand and placed her hand on Niky's thigh.

“Niky. It's outside of work hours. What if tomorrow we just meet and go back to discussing it..” Sisca replied while feeling anxious and pinching Niky's thigh.

Niky seemed to frown at what the woman was doing to him.

“Why suddenly this woman has her behavior changed like this..?” ask the inner Niky who just stared at the actions of Sisca and let it go without thinking negatively to her.

“Oh yes may.. I hope Miss Sisca keeps her promise tomorrow and I wait for good news from you.” said Niky smiled widely because he felt getting a great opportunity from the woman.

“Yah.. about that tomorrow I will tell you the exact location. Please give me your phone number.” said Sisca while smiling at Niky.

Without a second thought Niki immediately told Sisca his mobile number. After saving the number told by Niky the woman tried to call Niky's number.

“kring..kring..” mobile phone in Niky's shirt pocket rings. He took it immediately too.

“What is Miss Sisca's number ?” niky asked the woman while showing an incoming call on her phone.

Without seeing the call shown by Niky, Sisca again flashed a smile from her red lips while nodding. He then ended the call from his phone.

“guk.... guk..” Pearl suddenly barked again and escaped from Niky's lap and jumped into Sisca's lap.

“duk...” The dog again jumped down to the ground and is now at the foot of Sisca as well as pushing the leg of Sisca to get the woman away from there.

“Oh Pearl.. You took me home ?” sisca said to her poodle and stood up.

“Guk... Guk...” the dog is like a light because Sisca is still not walking.

“Sorry Niky. Pearl took a bath and drank milk.” replied the woman who finally walked after Pearl kept pulling the rope tied around her neck.

“Both miss Sisca... see you tomorrow.” reply Niky with a smile then see the departure of the woman who came running after her brown poodle dog ran away.

“glek... glek..” Niky gulped down the mineral water he brought up to run out because he felt hot.

As the day wore on, some people came out of the park to the parking lot and boarded their vehicles.

“I think I should also go home because the day is getting hotter.” mumbled Niky standing from his seat and then walking towards his parked white maserati. No he put back the sunglasses and hat he had taken off.

“broom..” Niky sits sweetly in his car and slides down the street to his house to meet his family with a smile on his lips.

The next day Niky got up early and got ready for work. He immediately set off after eating the breakfast prepared by his mother early for him.

“Mother I leave first..” said Niky say goodbye to his mother after boarding his white maserati. Meanwhile his mother Niky waved at him until the white maserati disappeared from his sight.

In the middle of the road, Niky heard the tone of the incoming message from his phone but he did not open the message because he was still focused on driving.

Moments later he arrived at work and then he picked up his phone and opened the incoming message on his phone.

“What.... in hotel... ?” said Niky who felt very Iranian after reading the incoming text message which turned out to be a message from Sisca.

Since he read the message while walking in the crowd, he only read it at a glance and reinserted the phone he was holding into his shirt pocket.
