Eps. 69 Design Proposals From Niky

A few days later Niky seemed busy in front of his monitor. The man spilled all the ideas he had in his brain on the design desk he was currently working on.

“I have to finish the design today too because I want to show it to the director of accounting.” muttered Niky who switched to working on his latest concept design.

The man though not a graduate of design but a little bit he can design science that he studied while abroad. Niky drew a design for the rides that he planned to propose to rival Dream Fantasy.

“Huft...” Every now and then the man stopped drawing designs and moved to stare at his laptop.

“click... click...”.

Niky moves his mouse and scours the internet looking for information on various rides that are currently crowded overseas and gathering up-to-date information.

He read related articles about popular rides abroad as well and downloaded many pictures related to it.

“Hmm..” Niky frowned again after reading the article and seeing the design he had drawn.

“What if combined... Wouldn't the result be more fantastic... ?” his mind while thrusting the pen into his chin while thinking.

“Ya is right..” mumbled Niky lyrically then replace there that was in his picture with a new design that is a combination of his idea and also the concept he got from the internet.

a few hours later exactly an hour before the break, Niky completed his design.

“Finally... I finished also designing.” said Niky then print the results of his design and close his workbench.

Niky styled the finished design he printed onto a stopmap. He then picks up the phone handles on his desk and they're extension numbers of the accounting director.

In the accounting director's room, Sherli was auditing some of the incoming reports before he submitted them to the president.

The woman also examined reports sent by other agencies regarding the Wonderland project.

“It's been some time Niky didn't call and tell me about the Wonderland project. What does the man do now ?” the woman's inner self who became reminded of Niky after checking the Wonderland project report.

“Kring... kring..” voice of the phone ringing on the desk of the accounting director. The woman looked surprised to hear the shrill ringing of the phone in the middle of her bustle.

“Ah..... startled me only..” muttered the woman then immediately picked up the phone handle.

“Siang Bu Sherli.. sorry to interrupt Mom's time for a moment, there is something important that I want to say about the Wonderland.” project said Niky while sitting firmly in his chair

“It just so happened that I was waiting for a report from you.” Sherli replied turning his chair to the phone and putting some files that he had to sign.

“Begini Bu Sherli... Dream Fantasy in the future will add one vehicle and I have a design to surpass the new Dream Fantasy rides that will be launched.”, said Niky explained.

The woman tried to smile broadly at Niky's explanation.

“Try you show me the design.”

“Good... I will bring the design and show mom right now.” Niky replied then ended the call.

Niky stood up from his seat and picked up some of the printed designs and walked out of the room and into the accounting director's room.

“tok... tok..” Niky knocking on the door had arrived in front of the accounting director's room.

“Ya come in Niky..”

“This design bu can be seen first.” said Niky while handing over the design he brought.

“Sit down first..” Sherli replied while accepting the design.

Niky sat in the chair in front of the woman's desk. While Sherli looks at the design given by Niky to her and looks serious looking at the design one by one.

“Niky... I like your design but it's not me who decides it. I'll send your designs to the president of this company. Hopefully he likes your design and wants to realize it.” said Sherli after finishing looking at the design provided by Niky and put it on the table.

“Oh yes Niky... how can you know the Dream Fantasy concept that is still in the genre?” asked Sherli who felt astonished from where the man got such secret information.

“About that.I went several times to Dream Fantasy to do an investigation and asked the Dream Fantasy correspondent at random.” Niky replied briefly and did not explain the details to the woman.

“Alright Niky... If there's nothing more to talk about you give it away.” said Sherli took back the design from Niky and put it in the stop map.

Niky stood up from his seat and left the room back to his study.

“I'm really amazed at you Niky. Your work satisfies even you to the point of being able to get secret information from Dream Fantasy.” Inner Sherli stared at Niky's back who came out of his house with pride.

“Ah... yes... I must immediately show this design to the president director.” he said again when he saw Niky's design on his desk.

“click..” Sherli opened the director's presidential schedule which she asked from the director's presidential secretary some time ago, to see her schedule today.

“It looks like now the president's father is free. I better find him in person than tell him over the phone.” he murmured.

Sherli stood up and brought the design from Niky and walked out of his room and headed to the president's office.

“tok... tok..” Sherli knocked on the door of the director's presidential room after arriving there.

“Ya... login..” replied the President director who happened to be in the room at the time.

Sherli immediately entered and met the president director because it was very difficult to meet the number one busy person.

“Serli... what important thing do you want to report to me ?” ask the President Director after seeing the woman enter his room and let him sit down.

The woman sat down and offered the design that Niky gave the man.

“The president's father of this director is the design for the Wonderland project and this design was created after Dream Fantasy will launch a new vehicle.” Sherli explained.

The president director accepted the design Sherli gave him. His face instantly turned enthusiastic by hearing the woman mention Dream Fantasy. The man looked at the design earlier and moments after it seemed the two of them were discussing.

Meanwhile, in other places, Dream Fantasy is being built new rides after the design and concept of Cassia received.

Back to Niky who was out of the office when the clock came home. He glided down the street and in the middle of the street he remembered his main house which belonged to his father. For some reason, he suddenly felt longing for the house that is now in ruins and also had a long time not to visit the tomb of his father.

“I guess if I drive fast I can still go to dad's grave and go back home before night.” Niky muttered looking at his watch.

The man then sped up his car to his place of origin to visit his father's grave.
