Eps. 28 In The Morning

The next few days Naomi returned to the office where Niky worked. He was waiting for her not far from the office. But he never saw Niky's white maserati come out of there even though he had been waiting for two hours and all the staff at the company had gone home.

“Already... I'll just go home. Maybe tomorrow I will come again.” said Naomi who looked disappointed because again failed to find Niky and decided to spur her red car to the house.

Elsewhere, Niky is riding his white maserati taking a different route than the usual route on the way home so Naomi does not find herself.

In the middle of the road he stopped while passing a street where there is a Wonderland project built.

“Amusement park Wonderland..” muttered Niky while reading a large board at the entrance to that playground.

He walked for a while to see the condition of the playground that was temporarily stopped because of something.

Looks some rides that have been built some look damaged because not treated also seen some semi-finished buildings that look unkempt as well.

“Sadly this big project had to stop in the middle of the road like this..” murmured while sitting on one of the rides that were there and still staring around.

Niky stood up again and walked to the end of the limit to check his condition. He looked at the dark sky and decided to get out of the vehicle because there was no lighting.

“broom..” Niky immediately spurs his white Maserati into the house after getting into it and some time later he arrives at his house.

“Kakak... !” fiona and Devan shouted at the sound of a car coming into her house and immediately ran out.

“Hay... Brother has something for you both.” he said when his two younger siblings came to welcome his return and gave three bags containing gifts for Fiona, Devan and his mother.

“Indeed the most delicious is to stay at home alone with family despite a simple life rather than living in a luxurious place with someone who is not expected...” he muttered while laughing wide at the simple house then went inside with relief without anyone bothering him again every night came.

The night changed with the morning. Niky wakes up refreshed after nothing has bothered him all night.

“Still at 05:00 am apparently.” said Niky when he woke up and saw the wall clock in his room that still showed it was too early for him to wake up.

“It feels like I've woken up from this nightmare.I better get ready now.” he said then get up and head to the bathroom.

Not long after that he came out of the bathroom still wearing a towel and went into his room to change clothes.

“Hmm... What a delicious aroma this is.” Niky muttered as he smelled the nose-piercing smell of cooking and invited him to walk towards the kitchen.

It turned out that in the kitchen there was his mother who had woken up earlier than him and was cooking.

“Niky... still this morning when ready to go to work ?” her mother asked when she heard someone's voice come into the kitchen and it was Niky.

“Mother... this hour is ripe ?” niky asked his mother to see what she meant.

“Today I woke up early to cook you, because you left the morning after all.” said mother while turning off the stove and serving fried chicken that has been finished in the cooking to the dining table.

“Now eat... with a makeshift menu..” said mom picked up a plate of rice and fried chicken on Niky.

“Thank you mom... for me this is a fancy meal.” replied Niky smiling as he received the plate given by his mother then sat down in front of the dining table and started eating her.

Shortly after finishing eating, Niky said goodbye to his mother and immediately left for work.

An hour later Niky arrived at his place of work. He was the first staff to arrive there.

“srak..”

Seen in the car Niky reread the report about the Wonderland project he took home to study.

“Hmm... This project will be running again if some big investors do not withdraw their capital and look for some other investors to invest a lot of capital in this project...” muttered Niky after reading the Wonderland project report he held.

The man seemed to be thinking of finding ideas and solutions to the problems of the project.

An hour later Niky recouped the report he was holding and exited the car after seeing Jessi park his car in the parking lot.

“Hey Niky..you have come from earlier apparently.” said Jessi got out of the car and approached Niky who also just got out of the car.

“Let's walk together to the room. I'll open it soon.” Jessi said taking Niky along while taking the keys out of her pocket.

“Ya... come..” replied Niky courting beside Jessi while bringing back the Wonderland project data report with her.

“click..” Jessi turned the key and the door opened. Only the two of them entered the room and there looked lonely.

Niky walked towards his seat and immediately sat down. Because working hours have not yet begun, the man sat relaxing at his desk and took advantage of the wifi facility in his office just to find light information about tourist attractions that he can visit with family when there is time.

Jessi who had long had feelings for Niky took advantage of the opportunity at that time.

The woman looked at the fresh-looking Niky in the morning with a shining handsome face making her want to approach the man.

“Niky..” call Jessi when she is already standing in front of Niky's desk with a sweet and seductive pose to attract her attention.

“Ya Jessi...” answered Niky flat and turned to stare at the woman. Suddenly for no reason, Jessi approaches Niky and gets closer to her and she rubs Niky's cheek.

Niky was immediately aghast at the attitude Jessi had shown him just now.

“Jessi what's up..” he said held the woman's hand and kept it away from her cheek. But the woman pulled her hand and now sat at Niky's table.

Jessi pulls Niky's tie with a smile.

“Niky. You're keeping me interested. Do you have a lover?” ask Jessi to the point.

Niky pulls his tie and shifts his seat backwards away from the woman.

“Jessi... I don't have a boyfriend and at the moment I don't want to be in a relationship with any woman.” said Niky who knows where Jessy is going and doesn't want to give her hope.

“Oh what a pity Niky.. You wasted someone who intends to be in a relationship with you.” Jessi said getting off the table and whispering softly in Niky's ear.

It seems that the woman did not give up on Niky's rejection subtly and embraced Niky's neck.

“Jessi... What did you do to me ?” niky asked uncomfortable and immediately stood up from his seat and walked out of the room to avoid things he did not want. But it turns out that the woman is still chasing Niky out.

Fortunately, Joey entered the room and made Jessi stop chasing after Niky and so misbehaved and returned to her seat.
