Eps. 27 Losing Niky

In her seat, Niky took a deep breath and read data files about the Wonderland project.

The man was seen seriously reading the stack of files on his desk to invite the question marks of some other staff in the room as they all looked relaxed after completing their report deadline.

Jessi from a distance watched Niky who was busy alone while the others were relaxed and relaxed in the room.

“Angel... You are usually the most generous staff among the rest of the staff.” chirps Joey who drooled when he saw the girl eating chocolate and other cookies that looked tempting.

Angel immediately understood the meaning of Joey's words.

Angel immediately stood up with the cake and walked over to Niky who still looked serious with a pile of documents on the table.

“Niky... Put the document you hold first.” said Angel took the document from Niky's hand and put it on a shirt.

“Angel...” said he tried to take back the documents put by Angel to the table but the girl held his hand and put a cake in Niky's hand with a smile.

“You cheated Niky, that should be my part.” Joey said suddenly as he stared at Niky who was glued to Angel's cake.

“Oh... You want this. Take it if you want.” Niky handed the cake to Joey. But with an attitude movement Angel took back the cake and immediately bribed Niky.

“Hem.....” said Niky while chewing the cake that had entered his mouth.

“Cie..” said some of the other staff in the room when they saw what Angel did to Niky just now.

“It looks like someone wants to say something here.” the cheer of one of the staff stared at Angel who became misbehaved and looked embarrassed.

Hearing the noisy room, Jessi spoke up.

“Angel quickly return to your seat !” said Jessi who immediately made the room back as quiet as before and made Angel immediately return to her seat before the lady killer did something to her.

Another staff member who was still whispering and laughing looked at Jessi and thought she was jealous of Angel.

“Ayo... everything is back to work.” Jessi said again after seeing some staff who were still laughing. When you're back to calm as before it's Jessi's turn to ask Niky.

“Niky, what is that document you brought out of the accounting director's room ? Why so much ?” jessi asked as her gaze fell on the pile of documents on Niky's desk.

Niky retrieves the document from his desk and opens it again.

“Oh this is your point... This data file about Wonderland.” replied Niky briefly while staring at Jessi.

Not only Jessi who looks surprised to hear the words of Niky. But other staff were also surprised to learn that the direct accounting director appointed the man to work on a report on one of the company's major projects, even though it was just a runaway project.

“If so... we will all wait for your transaction later Niky when you successfully complete your first task.” Jessie said chiming Niky.

“Wah... ya right... we are all waiting for a tract from you Niky.” said the staff in the room and make their workplace again crowded as before. While Niky just smiled nodding his head at them all and looked back at the report that was still piling up on his desk.

“A fast day passed..” murmured as he exited his study and entered his white maserati.

“Starting today I am free without any interference from that crazy woman again.” said her smiling knot feeling happy because today she is going home reunited with her mother and two younger siblings.

Meanwhile somewhere else. Naomi, who drives from her house, drives a red car to the house she rented for Niky.

Not long after that the woman arrived at the front of the house and immediately went in there.

“Ah..he hasn't returned yet apparently. Well I will wait for him first.” muttered Naomi who saw the house in a quiet state and sat in a chair waiting for Niky's arrival.

Two hours had the woman waited and it turned out that what was waiting for him did not come too. He immediately pulled out his phone and called Niky's phone number.

“tut... tut... tut... the number you contacted is outside the service area.”.

“What... XL turns off her phone?” he said he did not believe and repeated his call many times but still his phone was not connected.

“Ah where is he, is he coming home? But why didn't he tell me ?” he muttered that he was upset with Niky because he suddenly could not be contacted.

He stood up and stared around the strange looking room where there were some things there that were not in place.

Naomi walked into Niky's room and was shocked to see the room was empty.

“Kosong... where exactly is he ?” his mind again then walked towards the cupboard in the corner of the room and opened it where he was where it turned out that none of the clothes had in it.

Naomi immediately without anything she walked back to the table in the room and saw a piece of paper lying on it. With curiosity he also read a letter that was actually written by Niky and intended for him.

“What... XL.... You leave here without telling me and just disappear ??” his visibly shocked mutter realized the man had abandoned him even though he had sacrificed a lot of money for him.

“No... It must have been Daniel !!” the hysterical-looking woman shouted and tore up the letter Niky had written.

“Maybe I can still meet with XL today. I will look for him to the office where he works.” murmured that he was not willing to lose Niky from his life. He also immediately came out of the house.

Outside the house Naomi looks surprised when she sees a black car that just passed outside the house.

“broom..” Naomi immediately spurred her other car and chased the familiar black car. He increased his speed and overtook the black car then made it stop.

“So you followed me and reported all my activities to Daniel ?!” naomi said angrily and pulled out the black driver.

“Sorry Madam... I only carry out the orders of Mr. Daniel only.”, the man explained to Naomi.

“Go... remember if until I see you tailing me again, you will know the consequences of !” naomi releases Daniel's men.

Without saying much more, the man who was a member of Daniel immediately drove his black car back to leave Naomi.

“Sial... !!” it looks like Naomi who is upset and has re-entered her car and drove her red car to the house.
