The Nurse's Choice of Man

The Nurse's Choice of Man
Disillusioned

The dim atmosphere of a room with minimal lighting shows the movement of a girl who woke up from her sleep. Amara covered her gaped mouth while yawning using her palm, then looked at her phone screen to ascertain what time it was.

Apparently the time showed at one in the morning, and somehow Amara's throat felt very dry. The girl snorted softly because she realized that last night she had forgotten to bring water to prepare when she was thirsty. If this is how else, he had to go to the kitchen to treat his thirst.

Flipping the blanket covering the lower part of his body, Amara's hand movements suddenly stopped as he felt something strange. The girl immediately shifted her gaze towards the left and sure enough, she did not find Naura by her side.

"Loh, Sister Naura doesn't exist. Where the hell is he?"

As a result of the mind that raged erratically, Amara then rose to look for the existence of the girl. In his mind, there was nothing but worry. In case Naura is in pain and needs her help.

"Mister Naura?" call her softly while knocking on the bathroom door. Naura could be urinating inside. However, until a moment of waiting, he did not get the authorization. Sure enough, when he opened the door, apparently there was no one there.

Increasingly worried, Amara rushed out of the room. Even his thirst had been deliberately ignored. When he did not find Naura downstairs, he rushed up to the second floor with the intention of telling Dimas this.

Incidentally, Amara who saw Dimas' room in a wide open state, then without a second thought he went straight inside. However, his steps were immediately blocked when he witnessed something unexpected happening before his eyes. Dimas who was in a supine position on the lip of the bed looked resigned when overpowered by Naura's body.

Amara is bright. The girl clenched her hands and called out to Dimas with her eyes staring at him.

"Mas Dimas!"

Surprised, Dimas and Naura who were looking at each other immediately turned their heads together. Dimas suddenly rounded the eyeballs, then pushed Naura's body which also looked equally surprised.

"Mar, this is not what you see." Dimas tried to explain while getting up from the bed.

"What! Would you say that my eyes are very nearsighted? Aye! Or I'm just misunderstanding because you two are just playing around in the middle of the night blind! Minors can also guess times, Mas, if you see your position like that what his intention is!"

"Enough, Amara!" dimas's snapping did not accept the sudden made Amara clench her lips.

Silence shrouded the room when for a moment the two were silent with eyes on each other. Amara's clear netra showed flashes of anger that she had never shown.

"I know you are lovers in love. But, can you just appreciate me as your wife a little bit, Mas?" Amara spoke in a soft tone and a trembling voice. Of course because he refrained from crying with all his might. "I just don't want you to dirty this house with filthy deeds. Is it wrong for me as a Muslim who is also your legal wife to remind you of that?"

"Mar, once again I reiterate, you're just misunderstanding!"

"Owh, so it is." Amara bit her lips, then nodded with a disappointed attitude. "good. Then I'm sorry." Without another word, Amara then passed away from there. He can only swallow a sense of disappointment even though the mind is struggling. He can only hold a sob even though he actually wants to cry as much as he wants. And he can only withstand anger even though he actually wants to vent.

Again the phrase 'I am no one'' again buzzed in the ears and shouted an alarm to resuscitate him. Although he actually wanted to go all the way, but the fact that he remained there, went back up to the bed and complained to a thick blanket in the dark.

The door opened when Amara managed to control her feelings. A soft hand was felt touching his blanket-covered arm, before then a soft voice sounded saying his name.

"Mara ...."

Apparently it was Naura who was now crouching beside the bed. The girl deliberately approached him to give an explanation.

"Mar, I'm really sorry about you. This whole thing is my fault. I came to see Dimas because he called me. I don't have the power to resist her desire because–"

"Mom!" cut Amara full of emphasis.

Whether Naura knew it or not she was currently clenching her hands and tightening her jaws full of anger. The girl came not only to make him calm, but instead made him ride the apoplexy.

"I'm tired, Ma'am. I'm sleepy. Plis, I don't want to talk about this anymore. I hope Madam Naura doesn't misunderstand and mean something else I mean."

"Yes, Mar I understand. Again I'm sorry."

Amara just flinch, with no intention of responding or chiming in. I don't know what to believe, which obviously now he feels very disappointed. Dimas had assured her that he would not do anything bad with Naura, but what was it?

Seeing Amara's silence that seemed reluctant to respond to her apology, Naura got up and walked around the bed. He then went up and broke down, then slept as usual, as if nothing had happened before.
