The day passed and I fell more and more in love with Qeisha. I can't get far from him. Missing him is like an opium that makes me dependent. My days are always full of joy now, even in the office almost rarely I put on a sour face let alone the expression of a jutek like before. I am also more friendly and familiar with my employees. And without me realizing it, since my attitude changed the performance of employees is also much improved. It turns out that the attitude of the boss has a big influence on his subordinates. All thanks to Qeisha, she changed my once rigid, cold, colorless and dark world. Now there is only a smile and joy. Thank you Qeisha for a more beautiful life, and for longing for this ever beautiful one.
This morning we flew from Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport (HLP) to Minangkabau International Airport (BIM). Thank God the flight runs smoothly without delay and without significant obstacles. The weather was good and we were comfortable with the trip. I actually refuse to step on this town. Not that I don't recognize my village, everyone asks me without hesitation to answer I bleed Minang. Merely, the past I passed through in this city was very dark and gloomy. My childhood was very heavy and even when I was an adult, I still got less good treatment from my papa family.
I hesitated to leave the airport. Qeisha probably understood the inner turmoil I was feeling. He clasped my hand tightly and threw that sweet smile (again). And all of it melts. My heart calmed down and I smiled.
"You can fight the negative thoughts that come.. Remember the purpose here to continue the dream of your late brother." said Qeisha trying to convince me.
I nodded slowly. And he clasped my hand even stronger and guided me to walk out of the airport building.
"Which picked us up hasn't come yet?" I asked Niko who was standing next to me.
"He said it..." Niko was looking for the person I meant.
"That's the guy..." Niko waved at a man who was standing some distance away from us.
The man approached us and greeted us one by one.
"I'm sorry sir waited so long." he said guiltily.
"Ah not really.. We also just landed." replied Niko while patting the young man's shoulder gently.
"Oh yes sir.. Wait a minute sir I take the car first in the parking lot.." the man excuse me and run small towards the parking area.
The man looked younger than me and Niko. He's the private driver of Niko's cousin who works in the city as a doctor. Niko deliberately asked her cousin for help to make our business easier here.
I looked at my encouragement with great affection. She was the most beautiful woman after my mother.
"Why look at me like that?" Qeisha was aware of my sight.
"I love you." I replied gently.
"me too... " Qeisha smiled and took off my hand and grabbed the phone from inside her bag.
The man came back in a silver Innova and allowed us to board. Niko sat in the front while me and Qeisha sat in the back seat.
We're out of the airport area.
"Direct to Payakumbuh or we stop by the city first sir?" ask the man.
"Not bang.. We go to Payakumbuh" I replied.
"Call my name sir.My name is Yudi sir." he replied politely.
"Oh okay Yudi. "my answer is short.
"He's a polite and friendly young man" I said.
Yudi drove the car quietly and leisurely. Niko seemed to close her eyes and fall asleep. Qeisha also seemed to be tired and chose to close her eyes. While my eyes were freshly fit and I looked straight ahead. This street is more crowded than it was the last time I came here a few years ago, when my mom and dad were alive.
"Have you been here, Sumbar sir?" suddenly Yudi asked me.
"Earlier... I'm the original Sumbar.." I replied slowly.
"Oh sorry sir.. The reason is that the speech of the father is not carried away by the West Sumatra people.. Same with me sir.. Indonesian is stiff.." Yudi smiled shyly.
"Ooh you moved to Jakarta from childhood.." Yudi nodded his head.
"That's how it is. hehehe..."
"Where's the fuck, sir?" ask again.
"Oh I am from Bukit Tinggi.. You?" I asked back.
"The same dong sir.. I am also Bukit Tinggi sir.. In Tilatang Kamang if I.." he was more eager to invite me to tell stories.
"Seriously you? I am also from Tilkam loh.." I was a little surprised.
"Wah. sakampuang you are mah sir." he said more excited. (wah. sekampung we sir).
"Hahaha. yeah.. How old are you?" ask again.
"I'm 27 sir." she replied.
"We are only 3 years different... It used to be my parents' house behind SMPN 1, you?" this time I was more excited.
"That road, sir?" tanyanya.
"Yes." I answered briefly.
"What father's name? I also live nearby, sir.." he got more excited and without us knowing Niko and Qeisha woke up. Maybe our voices were too loud to disturb their sleep.
"Sorry to wake you up." I stroked Qeisha's cheek gently.
"What story?" Qeisha looked curious.
"You're a village?" Niko seemed to have heard our conversation earlier.
"I think so, sir." replied Yudi.
"Yudi, we stop in front yeah.I'm hungry." I ordered Yudi.
"Yes I am also ah" chirped Qeisha.
Yudi stopped his car in front of a restaurant. Me, Niko and Qeisha went down and walked into the restaurant.
"Where jews? How come it's not coming down?" ask Qeisha.
I looked back and realized that Yudi was not with us.
"Ko.. call Yudi and invite him to eat with us.." I ordered Niko and I continued to walk to choose a table for us to eat.
"It was delicious, the cuisine was delicious." said Qeisha.
"The name is also Padang cuisine." I replied proudly.
