Chapter 3: The Unexpected Coincidence

The meeting ended when the sun stood directly overhead. After the monarchs of the affiliated kingdoms within the empire reported on the development of its territory, the afternoon talks were concluded with a notice from Counselor Reene of a secret letter sent by a mysterious, unnamed figure.
