"Thank God today's exam is over as well, may our grades be good huh Put?"
"Yes Rai amen".
The clock is showing the number 17.30.
"Azan magrib Put. Pray first yuk at the campus musholla, only after our prayers go home." I invite the Princess to pray, I know even though the Princess is not diligent in worship but as a friend we must remind each other. Even if the Princess refuses, I won't force her. What matters is that we remind.
"OK ma'am ustadzah let's pray," the Princess joked to me. I just smiled in response. Better not to answer anymore, because the business will not run out. Magrib could have missed the time.
We finished our prayers and went home to each other. Arriving home I saw no sign of guests.
"Assalamu'alaikum." With my tired
walk into the house.
"Wa'alaikum salam mbk" It turns out that answered my sister's greeting.
"Ummi same abi where dik?" I was looking for their whereabouts.
"There was in the room just finished praying earlier."Sofi replied while pressing the TV remote.
"Well, there were no guests?" Sofi shrinks the TV volume.
"She, your father-in-law is hehe." Sofi replied while grinning.
"Yes, I'm not going in first, tired of dik".
For a moment I laid my body on the bed, it felt so tired today. Suddenly I remembered Brother Firman. I checked my HP, no notifications from the number. He changed the number, but his cousin said it was his number. Azan Isya reverberated, I rushed to take ablution' and performed Isha's prayer. After the prayer Ummy and Abi called me to his room.
"Here we sit!" Ummi told me to sit in the middle of them.
"Where was the test, okay?"they start to talk.
"Alhamdulillah smoothly, pray Rai can get good grades yes ummi, Abi." My love for them.
"Thank you ummi, abi".
Finally they talked about the core of why they called me.
"Raisya was the Firman family already here. Mother, brother, and uncle." My heart is still listening to them.
"They're here to set your wedding date, so you're getting married on April 4th" Abi paused.
"We agreed, son, they said that Firman doesn't mind if you're still going to college. You guys got engaged long enough. So you should get married."
I listened to Abi's words, digesting every single point. Then it means Brother Firman knows about this decision. So I don't need to ask for any more explanation, because it's clear he's agreed with this decision.
"Raisya will live bi, God willing this is the way of Allah. If it's time then we can't put it off." I agreed with their decision. After a long talk I went out of my parents' room and went to my room to rest
From now on I'm determined not to contact Brother Firman, if not he who contacted me first. For the preparation of our wedding, let the parents arrange it.
I fell asleep in a beautiful dream, but at exactly 2 am I woke up. With eyes heavy enough for me to open, I went to take wudu' and met my Lord, where He is the best place for me to complain and ask. I tell you all my complaints. I know He is the owner of life, the owner of eternal love.
" *Well, God is a sinful man, there is nothing to be proud of. For You are the owner of this heart, the one who turns back the heart. Lead the servant in Your Way, give the servant the strength of heart in accepting all your destinies. Servant give up the life of servant to You, amin*."
Peace and tranquility if you have poured out your heart to Him.
They have set our wedding date. My parents were very excited to plan my wedding. Search for MUA and decorations, rent sound systems, order invitations and catering. The other thing was taken over by my grandmother.
