Big Day

Pace Island, April 1500.

The ship is still sailing quietly, approximately one hour more they will arrive at Pace Island.

Elie had already given Sofia a glass of water containing sleeping pills, so she fell asleep all the way to Pace Island.

Marquess Jasper worries that her daughter will be exhausted on the way, not to mention the tense feeling that will stress her so much that she agrees to Elie's plan to put Sofia to sleep.

"I understand." Elie returns to the cabin where Sofia is asleep.

Marquess Jasper walked around leisurely on his ship still sailing, several crewmen greeting him. They bowed their backs with respect.

He stopped walking at the end of the ship, then took a chair and sat down while sucking on a cigar that he had not opened for a long time.

Grey smoke billowing in the air, the thick smell of tobacco smelling filled the bow.

Jasper sucks his cigar again.

"Am I the best dad, Ross?"

Marquess Jasper looked at the clear sky. The sun was already beginning to be seen and its warm rays were beginning to envelop the world.

Sofia blinked her heavy eyes, She again heard the frenzy outside the Cabin.

"Are we still a long way from Pace?"

"We're here, miss.." Elie opens the Cabin window curtain.

Elie ran out of the cabin, she headed for the kitchen quickly and came back with water and a basin in her hand.

Hades laughed out loud at Sofia who was smiling brightly.

Sofia walked back to her bed. Hades helped him quickly.

"Hey put it down!" Sofia kicked her leg, but Hades held her back and carried her to the bed.

"Rest.."

"Oh!"

"No need, sweet heart.." Hades again kissed his forehead.

"Stop."

"He's out, Jasper's calling him.."

Sofia just realized it.

Hades uses a black after-taxido with a bow tie around his neck.

"You look handsome." Sofia clapped her hands while laughing.

"Thank you." Hades turned his face. A red patch was seen in both ears.

Sofia could not help but laugh.

Sofia and everyone had left the Ship, Now they were walking on the beautiful, glittering white sand.

The atmosphere was very peaceful, it was not easy to find all this anywhere.

But Sofia remembered the first time He arrived at this place. A very evil person had been waiting for him behind the trees with a firearm in his hand.

She remembers Richi's mistreatment of her and everyone, but strangely they all grieve when She is injured and almost dead.

Sofia was surprised, but she quickly smiled.

"I'm Gusto, Miss.."

"Nanny Mr. Richi.." Gusto smiled warmly.

"Well..."

"I'm sorry, Sir.."

"May I be Sofia Esmeralda.." Sofia bowed her back respectfully.

Marquess Jasper walked in with Sofia's hand, She couldn't take her eyes off the Princess. Sofia's hands were cold in her warm grasp.

"Is Dad happy?" Sofia looked at her father's old face. He had fine strokes on his forehead and eyes.

"Of course." Marquess Jasper smiled. She blinked her eyes a few times, not wanting to be seen crying in front of Sofia.

A white horse-drawn carriage was waiting in front of the fence.

Marquess Jasper helps Sofia ride.

The horse-drawn carriage walks leisurely through the flower gardens, past the beautiful lake and waterfalls visible from a distance.

"Could it?" Sofia looked out the window.

"What's wrong?"

"Rose Garden.." Sofia widened her eyes.

"No way.." Then he shook his head.

"He couldn't have let everyone in there."

"Well.."

"Rose Garden.." Jasper smile.

"He'll do it if Rossie asks for it.." Jasper chuckles.

Sofia just gawked at her father's explanation.

From a distance, there were people waiting for Sofia.

Suddenly Sofia felt tense, She clenched her hands together.

'Pull Sofi's breath..'

'You can do it.' He murmured in his heart.

"Calm down, honey, you're gonna be okay.." Jasper clasped his hand.

Sofia tried to smile and continued to strengthen herself.

The horse-drawn carriage stopped in front of the red carpet.

Marquess Jasper went down first, then went back to help Sofia.

Sofia tried to smile as calmly as possible.

On the altar was Hades who smiled at him, as well as Queen Ranee who sat in the front row. And of course, her future husband stood there quietly after being black without a tie.

"Oh my God, he's so stunning.." Sofia could not take her eyes off of Richi.

"I make sure it will be long-lived to enjoy its beauty." Sofia Murmured.

"Mind your eyes, dear.."

"You're embarrassing me." Marquess Jasper whispered in Sofia's ear.

"God Daddy.."

"You paying attention to me?" Sofia snatched away the annoyance.

Elie could not help but laugh.

They both walked on the red carpet with thousands of roses in the background. A blue sea view spread out on both sides, and a clear blue sky became the roof. It was as if this marriage had been sanctioned by the universe and its contents.

Sofia walked slowly, Marquess Jasper adjusted her steps, She did not want her daughter to stumble because her dress was too long.

On top, Richi had long been waiting for him with a heart that was constantly pounding incoherently. Sweats were seen on his forehead, Hades repeatedly rubbed with his handkerchief.

"Calm down, man."

"Nobody's gonna get in the way of your marriage."

"I hope so." Richi replied coldly.

"Gosh.."

"You look like a robot." Hades shook his head.

As the bride took only a few steps, Hades came down and asked Jasper for Sofia's hand, and Jasper gave it with a restrained smile.

"Hello sweetie.."

"You are so stunning, dear.."

"Thank you Hades.."

Hades walked slowly, Sofia followed him carefully.

Then, we arrived in front of the Altar with Richi waiting.

Hades gives Sofia's hand to Richi, then He comes down and sits next to Her Majesty the Queen.

"Hello Honey.."

"My wife.." Richi kisses the back of Sofia's hand lovingly.

"Not yet.." Sofia could not help but laugh.

The ruler walked to the front of the altar.

"Good morning everyone."

"Today will be a very historic moment."

"Because His Royal Highness the Duke Of Roseland Mr. Richard Dexter will marry the Princess Marquess Jasper Lady Sofia Esmeralda."

"His father, Mr. Richard, please make a wedding vow."

Sofia and Richi looked at each other. Richi clasped Sofia's hand tightly.

"Sofia Esmeralda, are you willing to have and care for one another from now on and on, in times of trouble and pleasure, in times of abundance and lack, in times of health and illness, to love and cherish one another, until death do us part, in accordance with the law of God and my faithful promise to sincerely love you until death do us part."

Richi opens the veil that covers Sofia's face, smiling at her beautiful bride.

Sofia smiled.

Their two faces were close to each other, no one was hindering.
