Landing on an Island

On board the Pirate Ship Blanc, January 1500.

The storm had already passed, but heavy rain was still pouring down on the Blanc Pirate Ship. Years had changed a few hours ago, no one was celebrating, they were all busy wiping the wet floor from the torrential rain.

Some crews are still repairing the front of the damaged Ship as it was hit by the Hades Cannon. Hades' ship's weaponry is no joke.

The trip to 'Le Paradise' is still quite far because the weather is still bad. The wind continues to blow in all directions, making navigation difficult.

Despite the weather like this, none of the crew complained, they all took their jobs seriously.

The sky has changed, but the weather has not changed. The dark clouds seemed to be constantly following the pace of the Blanc Ship everywhere it went.

"Captain, all this is happening is it because we're taking a woman on board?" Rond.

"Geez, do you believe that myth is Rond?" Captain Blanc shook his head.

"What does Captain mean?" Ask Sam.

"Our ship will be cursed if it brings women!" Answer Rond.

"really??" Sam was surprised to hear that.

"That's what I heard from my great-grandfather. It is said that a long time ago there was a pirate who had a very large ship, with dozens of crew members in it. On their way to a faraway island, they find a woman stranded in the sand."

There was a sudden roar of lightning.

"Then.. The captain of the ship took the woman on board."

"And.."

"And, and what is Rond?" Sam was curious and scared.

"And, after a few days of sailing, the ship sank just like that in a very violent storm, and it is unknown where all the crew disappeared."

There was another sound of lightning, the sound of which was deafening the ears.

"Jeez Rond, you're scaring the whole crew!" Captain Blanc hit Rond hard on the head.

"I'm not making this up Captain, this is my great-grandfather's story!" Rond showed seriousness on his face.

"Yeah, I get it. It's just a myth! Don't mention it, it'll bring shit."

"Captain really?" Sam was curious.

Captain Blanc just nodded and laughed out loud.

In Captain Blanc's heart, he also felt scared to death. But he didn't want to scare the whole crew.

"I have to stop all the rumors!" Mumbled.

It was getting late, but the weather was still the same as last night, there were no signs the rain would stop.

"Captain! An island!!!" The binoculars clerk shouted from above the pole.

"Increase speed! Develop screen!" Captain Blanc shouted from the bridge.

Blanc's ship was traveling at full speed, the rain and lightning stopped just like that as they approached the island.

"Captain! 'Le Paradise' !!" The steering wheel shouted loudly.

"Well, I can finally dry my clothes!" Rond from the front deck.

"You're gonna let him go here, Rond!" Captain Blanc laughed out loud with the rest of the crew.

Sam just smiled knotingly looking at the whole behavior of his friends. He's rethinking Miss Sofia's plan.

"How can I help Miss?" Mumbled Sam.

Sam goes around the ship looking for a small boat, he finds a boat hanging on the right side of the boat. Then check his condition.

"I thought, Miss could use this boat." Sam smiled happily at the look on Sofia's face smiling at him.

From a distance the sun has started to sink, its golden light makes anyone who sees it stop doing activities. They enjoyed this wonderful moment with smiles.

"One more day to see the sun set!!!" Shouted the Binoculars on the pole.

Everyone laughed out loud hearing that.

Sofia who heard the noise outside became curious, She brought her ears closer to the wooden wall, but unfortunately, She could not hear anything. He knew the rain had stopped and the sky was dark because some of the crew lit the lanterns.

Anchors were lowered, ships stopped near a fairly large rock. Some of the crew swam to the island, some in small boats.

Captain Blanc and Rond in a small boat. Sam and some of the young crew swim to the beach. Although the sea water was cold, but they were all eagerly swimming to the edge.

Sofia was left alone on board, no one remembers her whereabouts for being too happy to see the island of 'Le Paradise'.

Sam returns aboard in Captain Blanc's small boat. He was looking for an opportunity to sneak off to the ship.

Sofia shouted from inside the cabin, but no one came. He's been bored all day. Sofia stomped her feet violently, kicked at the cabin door and shouted.

"Miss, are you okay?" Sam ran over the deck and got to the front of the cabin.

"Sam? I'm fine."

"Thank God.."

"Hows it? Can I go?"

"Actually, can Miss."

"All right, I'll go now."

"But Miss, I have something to say."

"Say.."

"There are many other ships that are docked. There are government ships as well and other pirates."

"really? Could I ask them for help?" Sofia said expectantly.

"I'm not sure, Miss." Sam answered hesitantly.

"What if you first take me to the mainland?" Sofia's eyes twinkled as she said land.

"You want to land on 'Le Paradise'?"

"Yaaa, take me."

"But, Miss. that's the place.."

"What place?" Sofia was getting curious.

"That's a place you're not worth visiting."

"You're making me want to land Sam."

"It's best not Miss."

"Take me, right away!!" Sofia glared and did not want to budge.

"But, I'm not sure I can guarantee your safety.."

"I will guarantee my own safety!" Sofia is sure.

Inevitably Sam can only obey Sofia's orders. She doesn't know why she's willing to follow Sofia's wishes, but Sam doesn't want to let her down.

Sofia comes out of the cabin, she follows Sam like a duck.

Sam pointed at the small boat below and went down first, then waited for Sofia to come down. Sofia hesitates to get off the boat, but Sam convinces her that Sofia will be fine because Sam will catch her.

Sofia descends very slowly, Sam helps her as a ladder, Sofia steps on Sam's back as she descends from the ship. His legs almost slipped, but Sam swiftly caught him.

"Thank you, Sam.." Sofia smiled sincerely.

Sam just nodded his head and looked down. She did not want Sofia to know her face had turned red like a tomato.

Sam started rowing the boat, Sofia sitting in the back. His eyes continued to look at the Blanc Ship which was slowly moving away.

It was her turn in this situation, Sofia kept thinking about Richi and the Hades Ship.

"Why do I always remember that?" Sofia Murmured.

"What Miss?" Sam turned to look towards Sofia.

"No, there's nothing."

The sand is beginning to show. Although it is not clear what color, but Sofia believes the sand is white. Sofia saw a lot of lights on the island. He looked out at the ocean, sure enough. Many ships landed not far from the Blanc. He looked around, hoping to find the Ship of Hades, but the Ship of Hades was nowhere.

"What I really expected." Sofia Murmured.

The little boat stops by the beach, Sam petrifies Sofia down. The boat swayed left and right, so Sofia's body was out of balance and almost fell down again.

"Let's relax, Miss. You won't fall."

"Sure Sam, I believe you." Sofia blinked one eye.

Somehow a Lady seemed to be able to wink at a man, especially a Pirate. No one knows how much Sofia changed, she changed because of the circumstances that forced her. He has to adapt and live his life now.

The small boat stopped at the shore. Sam dragged him to the edge so as not to be swept away by the waves. Sofia was on her tiptoes in the sand, because she was not wearing footwear.

"Brrrr, dingiiin once Sam."

"You're barefoot Miss." Sam laughs.

Sofia again follows Sam who walks quickly in front of her.

"Be careful, Miss. Lots of sharp pebbles around here."

"Walk slower, Sam. I've had a hard time following you."

"Ah, of course. I'm sorry.." Sam laughed again.

Traveling far enough, the light is getting brighter. There are a lot of beautiful buildings out there. Lights surrounded the building. There was loud music, and it was heard outside.

"What is this place Sam?" Sofie scrunched her forehead.

"Ah, this is Miss 'Le Paradise', a place to have fun."

"You mean?"

"You'll find out later." Sam no longer said anything.

The air outside was quite cold, Sofia hugging her own body. His feet were already hurting, I don't know how many pebbles he stepped on. The bright moonlight barged in through the cracks of the leaves. Pretty beautiful atmosphere. If only he had been in Roseland, where he was safest.

"Miss! Miss!"

"Ah, yes Sam.."

"Don't daydream..." Sam rubbed Sofia's head.

"I'm sorry.."

"Miss, wait here. I'll look inside. Hide, Ok?"

"Don't take too long Sam!" Sofia starts to get scared in the middle of nowhere.

Sam ran away from Sofia. His back disappeared in the dark of the night.

Sofia squatted near the lush trees. He was hiding so that no one would see him.

Not long after, there was the sound of footsteps and the sound of people talking.

"How is this?"

"Nothing He likes."

"We have to find another one."

Sofia closed her mouth and walked backwards. Unfortunately, his feet stepped on a sharp pebble.

"Ohhh..."

He closed his mouth again tightly.

"Who is that?"

"Find Him!"

They walked over the bushes, rummaged through all the places and found them easily.

The man raised Sofia's hand up.

"I found it!"

"Take me off!!"

Sofia tried to fight back, she kicked her leg several times and bit the man's hand. But whatever the power of a woman who is exhausted, eating irregularly and resting not in a comfortable place, the man easily carried Sofia like a corpse.

"Be quiet, wild cat! Or I'll lock you up forever!"

Sofia was too tired to resist, she was silent and held back her tears from dripping.

"Take him back!"

The man was very big, like Captain Hades. He walked deeper and deeper, then stopped at a warehouse.

He took Sofia down, and put her in the cage.

"Wait around." The man walked out.

"Geez, what is this place?" Sofia looked around, she covered her mouth.

"Oh my God.." There are dozens of women locked up like her.

They were dressed unworthy, some were unconscious, some were eating leftovers and some were looking at them.

"Hello..." Sofia said awkwardly.

They just kept quiet and didn't answer.

"Hello, does anyone know where this is??"

A young woman approached despite being blocked by bars.

"Are you the new kid?"

Sofia did not understand and just nodded.

"It's 'Le Paradise' where women sell." Said the woman.

"What's? Sales lady?" Sofia shrieked in horror at the thought.

"Yes, selling women like us. Didn't anyone tell you before they took you?"

"No, no. Who brought you guys?" Sofia is uncomfortable being here. And he's also worried about the other women in here.

"Mr G. who sold us."

"Mr G? Who is this G-master?"

"Nobody knows, you'd better be prepared. They'll take you in a minute."

"Where?"

"Of course it's in that place."

"Can I refuse?"

"If we could, maybe we wouldn't be locked up here, Miss." The woman laughed.

Sofia asked nothing more. He recalled his conversation with Elie that afternoon in Roseland. That the Pirate Ship Hades kidnapped a young woman and never returned.

"Did the ship of Hades bring them here? But, the woman mentioned Mr. G. Who is mr G? could it? Nope, Nope. I can't think badly." Sofia Murmured.
