The Charm of the Pirate

The Charm of the Pirate
Lilbert Village

"Miss..."

"It's morning.."

"It's your breakfast.."

Elie carried a tray with several sandwiches and a glass of warm milk.

Sofia blinked her eyes a few times, and the cold started to feel on her skin. He pulled out another thick blanket that almost fell down.

Fresh air went straight into her lungs, Sofia inhaled it deeply.

There were the tweets of some birds flying outside, and the sound of running water.

Sunlight tried to barge in through the gaps of the curtains covering the windows.

"Elie, open the window." Sofia pointed at the large window in front of her.

Elie rushed to open the curtain and the Jedela.

"A sting??" Sofia was surprised by the sight she saw.

It looks like a river big enough, with clear water flowing. Some animals seem to be enjoying their freshness.

"Yes Miss, we didn't see her last night, because it was so dark outside." Elie explained.

Hungry, Sofia asked nothing more, she immediately devoured all the food Elie had brought.

"Have you eaten?"

"Already Miss, that was with the other waiter."

"All right.." Sofia nodded her head, she instantly finished all her sandwiches.

Elie smiled at the manner of her young Miss who was far from graceful.

After finishing her meal, Sofia went to take a bath and changed her clothes.

Then prepare to continue the journey because Elie continues to say that the journey is still very far, and it will be much better if you leave as early as possible.

The horse carriage started leaving the inn. It turned out that the place was very beautiful, many flowers were blooming in the morning, pink, blue and white. Because it was so dark yesterday, Sofia didn't notice it.

Seen some Deer grazing in the distance. An extremely rare sight, Sofia was unceasingly amazed.

Every now and then she screamed 'Waw' or 'Great!' Elie could not stop laughing at the young lady's behavior.

The back roads were uneven, the stones were quite large and difficult to pass, so some servants pushed the horse-drawn carriage from behind.

The weather was clear that day, there were no clouds. The sky is really light blue.

The trip was fun, although sometimes Sofia was thrown here and there, but she could still laugh. Elie is grateful to be able to accompany Sofia on this long journey.

Time passed by so quickly, the scenery outside was no longer visible. It's so scary, different from daylight.

Elie said that they would stay one more night. But the place was not visible.

Sofia starts to look tired and bored, fortunately the train suddenly slows down, then stops in front of a shop.

Elie went down first to ask.

Not long after, Elie returned with a gloomy face.

"What's wrong?"

"Miss, they said that the inn was closed for a long time, about a few months ago because the owner was very sick."

"Then, how?" Sofia started to feel anxious.

"They said they could provide one bed for you." Elie smile.

"No other choice?"

Elie shook her head.

"All right." Sofia got off the horse carriage reluctantly.

The shop, 'Taverna', is the only teahouse on the trail to Lilbert.

There were some people gathered inside, and they seemed to be talking about something.

Sofia overheard him.

"That's fine, they were there this afternoon."

"Fuckin' thick! He brought 2-3 girls."

Sofia smothered her mouth, she was grateful that there was no place in the same as the Barbarian Pirate.

Elie takes Sofia upstairs, there is a door to a room.

"They're renting out this room specifically for you, Miss.." Elie smiled happily.

"really?" Sofia was confused as to how to express.

Because these rooms are so narrow, they don't even have fentilation, so the door should be opened for air circulation. Elie was willing to sleep by the door to look after her young Miss.

"Elie, are you asleep?" Sofia turned her body towards Elie.

"No, Miss.."

"Why haven't you slept?"

"Elie, did you hear the words of those who were drinking earlier?"

"Ah, Captain Hades?"

"I heard it, Miss.."

"I shudder at the thought of it.."

"Don't worry Miss, we'll be fine.."

"Rest, our journey tomorrow is still quite far away.."

Sofia turned her body back, then tried to fall asleep. However, his eyes were hard to close. He remembered the meeting. Meeting with Captain Hades. I don't know what would have happened to him at that time, if the siren's voice hadn't been heard inside.

Sofia was too tired to fantasize, so she did not realize she had fallen asleep.

Elie who kept staring at Sofia's back couldn't sleep, actually she kept thinking about the thing she had just heard. What would happen if Captain Hades found them? Elie really didn't want to imagine it.

Not felt, the sun had already started to rise. The room was cold and now feels warm. Elie looking for breakfast for Sofia. The store looks empty during the day, as people come to drink only at night.

He makes a peanut butter toast and one glass of orange juice. Then bring her into the room. Sofia was still rolling on the bed. Actually Elie did not have the heart to wake him. However, they had to quickly leave again, in order to arrive at Lilbert at midday.

After breakfast, they quickly left the store. The horse-drawn carriage drove quite fast, because the road was quite good.

Same view as yesterday. The whole place was green, the trees were tall and the river was very clean.

Several times they passed by people who were walking in groups. Looks a variety of equipment for gardening on his shoulders.

Elie said the men were looking for land to grow vegetables. Because the land here belongs to everyone and does not use anyone's name.

After noon, it began to look some houses that are indeed quite far apart. But the longer the houses get closer together. Lilbert Village was getting closer.

Not long after from a distance, a blue sea was seen. Sofia was so excited to see this scene for the first time.

"Jeez, Elie..."

"It's blue! So broad!" Sofia almost jumped out when she saw the sea from the window of the horse-drawn carriage.

"Miss, sit.."

"Or our horse-drawn carriage will be overturned."

EKHMS..

"I'm sorry.." murmured Sofia. He could not hide the smile from his face.

The pace of the horse-drawn carriage slowed, and soon stopped in front of a large house. The house is Victorian in dominating white. The grounds are quite wide, with some fairly large trees in front of it.

Elie goes down first, then helps Sofia down.

"Miss, this is the house you're going to live in.." Elie smiled happily.

Sofia begins to look at the house, surround it and look for something that will make her feel at home there.

The air here is very fresh, not too hot, even though it is close to the sea. The breeze made her hair flutter. Sofia started to like it.

"Miss, let's go in.." Elie ran over to Sofia who was staring at the bright yellow sunflowers in the courtyard.

"I like it, Elie.." Sofia smiled.

"I'm glad you like it, Miss..." Elie replied with a wider smile.
