The Charm of the Pirate

Prologues

Ocean, December 1499.

The sunlight was so hot this afternoon. Some dead birds hit a fairly high pile. The sea water that hit the reef was clearly visible from a distance, and its brownish-colored froths began to melt and disappear just like that. The wind blows very fast in a very wide ocean.

"Do you still want to sail Hades?" Richi asked the Captain.

"I have to go where else besides sailing. Reportedly you should go home." Hades got up from his seat and started walking towards the door.

"Someone asked me to come back."

"Ah, the old woman is indeed indisputable."

"You know him best."

"Are you going to take it?"

"I will only accept someone worthy of me."

"Is that so?" Hades shrugged both his shoulders at the same time.

They were talking on a large ship decorated with black flags with skulls flying in the top.

The strong wind helped them get to their destination quickly.

Several crewmen ran on deck carrying large mines and other essential equipment.

Some of the younger crew mopped up the wet floor by splashing seawater.

"Hurry up, old man, someone wants to dock quickly." Captain Hades arrives on board.

"Ready Captain!!"

The entire crew cheered to see the Captain come out of the cabin and join them.

"Are you going to constantly terrorize other islands?" Richie asked casually.

"I have to take taxes for the old woman."

"Still continuing to this day?"

"That's why you've been free on my ship up until now."

"Ah, you know I have enough money to pay you."

HAHA

"I'm sure it'll satisfy you with all my money."

Captain Hades just shook his head, without answering Richi's offer.

"Let him accompany you when you land."

Captain Hades appoints one of his young crew members, who looks very happy when the Captain entrusts the important matter to him.

"I'll be fine on my own."

"He'll lead you back later."

"Ah, okay.."

"Don't forget to give my regards to the old woman."

"You have to say it yourself."

As the ship got closer to the mainland, some of the crew were busy lowering very heavy anchors. Everyone was busy running around, lowering sails, tying poles with mines and other difficult jobs.

Hades only paid attention from above the deck and occasionally gave orders. Richi had changed her clothes, she brought some sheets of paper and cloth that had been ordered.

Though the old woman can get it easily, but she prefers Richi who takes her.

Ben didn't bring anything, he just carried a pouch containing some gold coins. Not forgetting he had a bottle of drink with him and put it in his pants pocket before Captain Hades noticed it and told him to put the bottle back in his place.

However, Captain Hades is someone who cannot be fooled, he stops Ben's suspicious-looking steps and rushes.

"What's with those bulging pants pockets?" All the crew laughed at Captain Hades' warning.

Ben just smiled and immediately pulled out the bottle of drink, not forgetting he knelt down to beg for mercy to remain left to accompany Richi.

"Go away, don't make trouble." Ben had no doubt, he smeared the Captain Boots' boots to the point of being soaked with saliva.

"Snubrate." All of you laugh back at Ben's behavior that looks like a dog.

Richi just laughed watching the behavior of the entire crew. He'll be back on the ship in a few weeks, having to settle some land affairs.

The pace of the ship slows down, everyone stops working and says goodbye to Richi. Ben smiled happily as he set foot on the ground.

Captain Hades kept an eye on Ben's behavior, fearing that his crew would make a scene.
