The Adventure Of Lord Lausius

The Adventure Of Lord Lausius
Episode 83

Driyad awoke from his sleep, shortly after seeing a sweaty panting Sean flooding into the body.

His eyes were open, though heavy for him. These few days he was seen sleeping a lot, no matter what was going on around him.

"Sean, what happened to you?" Driyad asked, she began to be curious when she saw Sean was weak.

"It's okay, we're just doing yoga practice" Sean replied briefly.

Driyad was a little confused, he had just heard the word yoga for the first time. "What is yoga?" Driyad asked again, he really did not know what yoga was said by Sean.

"Six yoga is gymnastics that relies on a long sleep instinct. Usually done by lazy people," Jessica said, a little insinuating.

"Ehm... Like that apparently," Driyad felt beginning to understand.

"Yes, that's the explanation" Sean confirmed Jessica's words.

They just said booze. Driyad understood the meaning of the two children.

Driyad looked at the hexodus, the woman looked uncharacteristic.

"What's the matter, temple lady?" he asked hexodus. "You look lethargic, are you unwell?"

"It's not unhealthy, but we're almost dead."

"What's? dead?" Dryyad. Instantly, he forced himself to wake up, looking around and acting ready to protect the three. "Who tried to do that to you, say it!"

"Luckily!" hexodus said ketus. "They've just been spilled out by Sean and Jessica the brave, unlike the big-bodied Driyad, can only sleep all the time" Hexodus told Driyad truthfully that he quipped.

"You mean, the ones that Sean and Jessica took out, are......."

"Yes, that, you managed to answer it correctly," hexodus snatched the talk. He cut off Driyad's guess.

"You sure it's them? how apparently? do they look bad!" Driyad's a little frantic hunting. Like the disaster that will hit, Driyad slightly shakes.

"Virtually bad," Jessica replied. "Sounds like you're lazy" led Jessica without hesitation.

"That bill," Hexodus agreed with Jessica's words. "After all, my eyes are not blind. I can still tell which sort of gort, which Driyad, which nymph," the hexodus grumbled, he scolded the Driyad who underestimated him. "You're the worst wolf I've ever met" said hexodus, harassing Driyad.

At least I've been good, Driyad dodged. No one even sided with me when I was cornered. Like this apparently when he was hostile by others, Driyad was impassioned. They look to corner her poor self.

"But by the way, you guys managed to crush Gort, how did you do?" Driyad. "And you, can't the hexodus fight. How he will fight. Even a beautiful hexodus like this was more suitable to be a servant of Osirus than a fight," Driyad demanded an explanation, while mocking the woman.

Hexodus raised his eyes, he glared at Driyad who said sarcasm to him. "Hexodus is far better than Driyad the lazy," hexodus was indifferent.

"okay! I'm sorry," Driyad relented. Hexodus had rebuked him harshly. "Forget over the matter, tell me who defeated those gorts, I need to know which one of you three is acting bravely like this."

Hexodus, who was sitting right in front of Sean, glanced at the boy. He hints to Driyad that Sean did it.

Sean, Driyad understands the meaning of the hexodus signal although a little incredulous and difficult to accept the reality, but the hexodus tells the truth, that Sean did it. Driyad approaches Sean, knowing that Sean can indeed be relied upon. "You're not hurt?" Driyad.

Driyad was a little like...... Like a mother. "If you have a complaint, just tell me. I'll help find a solution" said Driyad, rather attentive to Sean.

Sean brushed it off, he's fine. "I have no complaints, just a little tired and have to be patient when I see you fall asleep."

"Me?" Driyad. "How could I make you tired."

"Come" Sean replied. "You slow wolf." This time, Sean rebuffs from Driyad's joke. "Forget this problem. The important thing is, you're hexodus."

"Me?!" hexodus confused. She was a little overwhelmed and shocked as Sean pointed at her. "Why me?" hexodus wants.

"Of course you are" Sean looked at her suspiciously. Moreover, Hexodus looked a little different this time. "You must know where that thing came from. You're the temple's guardian, and they're coming from behind that hill. They must know the way back and forth to this temple."

Hexodus looked up his head at the ceiling of the temple which was covered with stones. He began to remember, actually the creature named gort had a strong instinct in finding its prey. Different from other creatures, he could detect the passion of someone he hunted.

"hum.... So," the hexodus' eyes turned slightly, he tried to recall what he had once known. "Actually, the gorts could find out that they could even enter the temple through the road behind the hill, probably because of you," he said of Sean.

Sean highlights hexodus style of speech. Not knowing why, Sean felt that the hexodus was linking the arrival of the gorts in his temple with the presence of him in this hidden place.

Sean gulped an unpleasant spit in the throat. He trembled slightly as the hexodus alluded to him. "Do you want to say that the presence of these demons is mine?" Sean begins to understand hexodus's suspicions.

Hexodus, however, rejected him. He acted quickly to refute Sean's logging arguments. "No," sneers hexodus. "You're wrong to think that I'm suspecting you, Sean."

"What do you mean! I don't understand!"

"Actually, it may be hard to believe that you are the target of the gorts," the hexodus reveals the reality. "To be honest, you've been the target of the gorts ever since you got into this town."

Jessica grinned, she interjected and stopped talking hexodus for a moment. "Sorry I interrupted your conversation" Jessica said softly. "Did the goddess Hexodus want to say that Sean actually had something strange."

"It's not strange," the hexodus returned. "Sean has an aura of its own that makes the evil beings interested in visiting this temple."

The aura? Sean didn't understand hexodus. He had not been able to study well the words of the temple woman. "What kind of aura do you mean?"

"aura...... A kind of alluring aura," the hexodus said a little hesitantly. "Ehm... I mean, there's something in your body. It's only natural why they have the instinct to find where you are" Hexodus explained.

Sean was getting clueless about the hexodus story. How hard he thought, but still a hexodus story with what he thought had no connection whatsoever.

Sean prefers the best path by stopping this extravagant talk or he will be glued to this unrelated story.

He glanced at the vast natural surroundings, the atmosphere starting to twilight. "It's almost night time, we'd better resume this conversation" Sean quibbled. "Other times."

Hexodus and Jessica follow Sean's will. Indeed the atmosphere is getting dark, Sean must continue his journey to downtown Saranjana tomorrow.

Sean ended their discussion by asking nothing more. He felt increasingly confused not to understand, it was difficult to digest every utterance of all the Goddesses in this city.

Finally a long night passed by Sean inside this rather dark temple. When he spent the night at the hexodus temple, Sean knew at least a few things about the old woman who transformed into the young girl.

Hexodus tells his story thousands of years ago, along with the events he has been through. Poor Hexodus said that he was one of the guards of the sadon palace.

At least the woman was familiar with the outside world before ending it behind this old, worn-out temple.

The next morning, as the sun came in, it burst into this dark temple through the gap of the temple window bars. Sean opened his eyes, thinking of continuing his journey.

Before leaving the temple, Sean was told by the temple owners that they were going through some more dangerous routes.

Hexodus reminded Sean to always be careful and vigilant. Because gort will keep finding them. But Sean did not bother, he did not pay much attention to his words.

Hexodus then tells Sean that they are going through a vast desert perhaps even without end.

He told me at length about the place. Sean recalled, the hexodus said that, in order to pass through the endless desert, he had to find the temple that stood in the middle of the Desert.

If Sean managed to find him, then he was able to pass through that barren wasteland. But if not, of course what is expected by the desert is death.anyone who passes over the desert, and if not find the temple as a guide door, the way, they will never be free from the desert.

Behind the legend there must be a secret hidden. As he walked, Sean thought about every word the hexodus had told him.

Sean recalled every detail of the words spoken by the mouth of the temple guard.

Now Sean, Jessica and Driyad have re-entered the flower forest. The forest that only plants a variety of beautiful flowers, fresh fragrant and bright colors. Jessica and Sean forgot their admiration for a moment.

Flower plants are various shapes and fascinating, grow like a towering Pine and Fir trees.

Stalks and petals of flowers are so large that they can be a shelter from the rain, the stinging sunlight.

They walked through this forest of flowers as Sean paused for a moment, introgating Driyad who walked the same way as his steps.

"Driyad, do you know?" Sean asked. "How far is the desert."

"It took him up to eight days to get there" Driyad replied, he seemed to know little about the place. "It also does not include crossing the desert. And if accumulated, then the total journey will take up to one and a half months Janus" Driyad explained.

"Half a month Janus?" Jessica says.

"Yes," Driyad replied once again at a small nod. They paused for a moment under a flower that resembled the petals of a beautiful purple-colored shoe flower. Flowers that directly grow from the ground as if the flowers in this forest are the result of crossing genetics.

"Actually, there is no need to think too much about the journey to get there, only what will make it difficult is to find a way out of the endless desert," Driyad this time said in a little detail.

He tried to remember everything he had been through on the way to that place. "But I remember," Driyad with his mind jolted the children.

"What do you remember?" sean's Response. "Say!"

Driyad sat down like a dog waiting to be fed, and he said, "Actually, as I passed through the endless desert, we were led by a herd of Driyad, who was the leader of the Driyad, the head of the weirdest wolf, Herren." Driyad told the two, he tried to remember what he could tell.

The two children were faithfully waiting for him to tell a story. This time Sean and Jessica were a bit patient as Driyad tried to retrieve memories in the past.

"But only Herren knew the temple. The temple will only appear along with a magic or find a secret. I don't know how to see the temple door."

"Confidential?" Sean felt foreign.

Driyad. "Yes, secrets. The temple will appear if the secrets in the Desert are revealed. But I don't know how to find it, I'm too lousy."

Sean began to think, from the story of Driyad he began to be interested in tracing the place. He slightly imagined what the temple was like along with the secrets behind the endless desert.

Jessica rebuked Sean, she wanted to know what he was thinking. "You've got a brilliant idea, Sean?" ask Jessica curiously.

"While I was thinking," replied Sean simply. "How to find a temple in the middle of the desert." Sean seemed desperate to find the temple.

Driyad could only shake his head. He was stuck thinking, especially he was not as capable as Sean who could know a secret.

Driyad could only say he did not know.

"Kids," Driyad reprimanded. "From the lingering in this forest, we should continue the journey. As long as it's morning, and the energy is still strong."

Jessica was in tune with Driyad, she confirmed it. "It's true Sean said what the wolf master said. We better think of this idea while continuing the journey," Jessica suggested.

Sean also could not refuse it, he just agreed on the advice of the two. "Well, let's get back on our way" Sean said.

Sean stepped in front, he was like a tour guide, following the path as it has been prepared and has been passed by various people.
