Manun village is beautiful and magnificent
"Come on the buy! Barus fragrances and various other fragrances are here."
"Let's buy, buy, buy. Fragrances from camphor, Magnolia flowers and black roses from Ararat hill are all available in our shop."
"The best sheep from the North! Stop by the ladies and gentlemen at my place!"
"The statue of Goddess Rhodes from the west, we have her replica. Made of perfect gold and sculpted by the expert of the ardon. You all must love it."
People were screaming at his merchandise. Sean, Jessica and Driyad traverse the bustling village market. Just like in the village of the previous city, this place hypnotized them due to the more advanced building styles.
"Sean!" While walking Jessica whispered. "I wonder at this place. Why all the buildings here are so beautiful and culturally-filled architecture. Do you know anything?" Jessica hopes that Sean with his genius can get a good story in the imagination.
"Maybe because they are people who are experts at pouring their ideas into art. So then... The grandeur of these buildings was their form of expression." Sean answered that. "And they could be Professor of architecture." Sean added his joke.
"Not funny" Jessica replied to him.
Driyad walked one step ahead of them. In the market it is rather narrow the road they go through because of the many people who pass.
Driyad's huge body became a spectacle, everyone could see it. Seeing the fur walk down like a puppy. He was familiar with the majestic-style surroundings and the crowd of people. No one was afraid of him, as it was indeed a natural thing in this place. There was not even a change like the city village they had been through before, everyone had little respect for the creature.
"Where are we going after this," Jessica asked Driyad. With his eyes touching the merchandise he encountered. He walked harmonizing Driyad's footsteps.
"To sadon." Driyad shortened his answer.
"Saddon?" Jessica was confused by this word. "What is sadon!" He asked because he did not understand and this was the first time he had heard that name.
"It's a palace built as a stopover for merchants!" Sean answered it in place of Driyad who spoke.
"Yes, he's right." Said Driyad agreed with Sean.
Jessica did not understand. He wondered why Sean could get to know this 'sadon. "Wait on! How do I know about this sadon? You're not covering anything up from me, are you?" He looked at Sean with curious eyes.
"I didn't cover it. But you're the ones who don't want to read a mystery!" Sean said relax. Her mood had improved from before she cried.
"Mystery?" Jessica repeated. They paused for a moment in the middle of this narrow road. Jessica did not care about the people who were passing the same path as her, bumping into the girl's back.
Sean nodded. "Yes, mystery!" He slightly sweetened his language and lip style. Like being in an adorable style. "Last time before we came to the manun, I saw on the walls of the nymph manor there was a painting engraved on the walls of the manor. I saw the writing in the form of a script and I easily read the word shadon or shadow which means shadow. Don't know if what I'm saying is right or wrong, only the interpreter understands!" He explained in detail.
"Wait!" Jessica stopped talking to Sean to stop telling him anymore. "Where can you read a manuscript in the language of letters? Sanskrit or do you have the skills to be a researcher!" Jessica was confused. Especially Sean, who is full of mystery.
"You think I'm too stupid!" Sean grinned. "I don't even know how I can read the heliograph!"
"I didn't say that. You said it first," Jessica shied away from the statement. "Then? A heliograph? What do you mean Sean." Jessica demanded an explanation.
"I don't know where I can read it either. At least I myself do not understand how I can understand the old manuscript. To be sure, before leaving, that ancient manuscript made me interested in reading it." Sean was reminded of the events in the manor nymph. His mouth spoke with the mind still left in that golden manor.
From behind Sean came a couple of guys in little clothes okay not looking like a puffer. He said in a polite word. "Oh! What sweet kids!" He greets. In Sean's eyes, this half-old woman was a woman with large earrings hanging from her ears. The middle-aged woman carried a wooden stick and was followed by two beautiful servants.
Jessica whispered in Sean's ear. "Didn't she remind someone" Jessica said, doubting the woman had covered her entire head. Jessica stared at the entire body, and it was seen that the woman was black but not too dark. More identical to dark brown skin.
"Who?" Sean replied to Jessica's whisper that was wriggling in her earlobe.
Sean is a little. He remembered the incident over the face of the blind man. A creepy old face scan overshadowed his memory. "Not very similar, much different even he is better than the blind!" Sean pointed at the woman standing in front of him while comparing him to the blind one to Jessica.
"I thought you'd recognize her as the blind one," Jessica still whispered. This time he chuckled at having managed to brag about an obscure joke.
"You didn't answer my greeting!" The woman rebuked those who talked.
Sean had almost forgotten that he was gossiping in front of the person he was gossiping about.
Sean's mumbling. He was flat and realized he had to return the woman's greeting. "Oh yes sorry. I thought you were praising us. I didn't think you were saying hello to us." Sean said plain and innocent.
The old woman shook her head. He climbed both of his eyebrows because of this funny Sean talk. "You must be Sean and Jessica, right?"
Jessica glanced at Sean and Sean also glanced at Jessica. They looked at each other because the woman knew their names. "How could he know our names" he whispered.
"Come away!" Sean replied he didn't understand.
"You don't have to whisper where I know where your name is." The old woman snuck in to interrupt the whispers of the two.
"I'm Medika, sadon's palace guard." This woman told me who she was. Old medic wants to speed up the conversation.
"Yes... I know it. You're Medika!" Sean recalled that time when Dewi Handita whispered about the sadon palace and its guard, the Medika who was obedient to the guardianship of the manuscript.
"You already know me. Surely that Goddess Marmaida has told you that I am the guardian of sadon."
Sean blushed a little, it turns out that the woman told by Dewi Handita is an authoritative old woman. "A little bit!" Sean said very briefly. He doesn't know what to say.
"Jessica, you look more beautiful than I expected" Medika praised. "And you look good!" Said Medika bragging.
"Joking only." Jessica chimed. "Not good at a young age struggling in romantic stories," Jessica pretentiously matures.
Medika pursed her lips while touching Jessica's shoulder. "You're a brave girl." Medika then looked at Driyad and the others. "People go back and forth. It's not good to talk in a noisy market like this" maybe Medika said to code them.
"really. This place from year to year is getting crowded," Driyad recalled the old story. "Last time in the nymph manor you looked young." Driyad noticed the look on Medika's face. He remembered the old face. "There's no plan to leave this job to the sadon waiter?"
"Mr Driyad highly praised me!" Medika slightly blushed. "My burden is not too heavy. It's just people who say I'm a little older than I was last year." Medika was slightly humbled in front of Sean, Jessica and Driyad.
Jessica for some reason she laughed a little out loud as the woman humbled herself. "Mrs Medika looks beautiful at this age. It's not good if it's too low," Jessica said as if she was insinuating.
"That's it. Forget this beauty thing." Medica shifted their topic. "We should go to Sadon's palace. People come back and forth here. Not good to hear gossip in the middle of the market," he invited and wanted to lead them to sadon.
"How's Sean? You agreed to go to sadon's palace?" Driyad asked the boy's opinion. At least need his approval to go to sadon.
Sean shrugged both of his shoulders, as if the code replaced his voice. "No problem."
Finally they decided to go to Sadon with Medika. And along the way he was blabbering incoherently. Sometimes Sean didn't understand what the old woman was saying.
Jessica often nudges Sean, asking if she understands what Medika is saying.
Just like Jessica, Sean gave an unannounced answer.
