Marmaida & Holy Lake

The exhausting journey through the four pedestrians finally arrived at the destination. Although the sky has darkened, but the atmosphere of the forest is very bright soothing to the eyes.

As if they were in an amusement ride, Sean and Jessica could not believe what they were seeing. It was just that their mouths had been silenced unable to speak due to this astonishment.

Right on the lake they were heading to, Driyad dropped the children off. Even the lake in front of the children was no less beautiful.

The water is also glowing. Even every moment changes when a butterfly touches that water. Green, blue, red and so on complement the beauty of this fresh water.

Seeing all this Jessica pulled her face as hard as she could. He hoped that this was a dream. This was just a mere fantasy, where perhaps he existed in a world more akin to a piece of heaven.

"It's dreaming. Dreamlike. Dreamlike. Be aware, Jessica, you're being played with by an optical illusion." Jessica asked herself to be conscious.

For the umpteenth time Sean stopped Jessica's behavior. He roused the boy from his behavior.

"It's real." Sean said he knows Jessica's nature.

"Am I sure this is a real lake? I don't trust any of this, Sean. I feel a little weird."

"No! You don't have to feel weird. Of course it's all real. Although I'm not sure, but this is the reality we see. We're in a fantasy world right now." Sean said he convinced Jessica.

I don't know what to say when I see this place. Because of her astonishment, Jessica was involuntarily lulled in the drift of her wild imagination.

As if she did not fully believe Sean who spoke in control of her speech, Jessica slowly inserted her body into this glowing lake. And miraculously, Jessica felt like she was on the verge of another world.

"Oh Sean! This place is real!" Jessica is excited.

In this beautiful water Jessica's shabby clothes suddenly changed.

And now this girl's face looked like a night fairy in a dress that suddenly changed her ugly clothes earlier.

While Sean was just staring at the two from the ground. True if their distance is not far, it's just that Sean has not dared to put his feet into the water. Because there is still some doubt in him.

Driyad started talking. He understood that Sean must be wondering about this magical lake.

Driyad's confession left Sean a little shocked. Again the creature said things that he could not understand. "Marmaida? A treaty? What do you mean, Mr. Driyad."

"Yes. Of course I saw it. What was? Why are you asking like that?" Sean replied to Driyad in confusion.

"This is my purpose in bringing you to this lake. Because I'm sure you're the one who's been waiting for his arrival. You can see this lake, while the only ones who can see it are us Asgarts and a few chosen ones. It's a miracle when you can see this lake." As if he was talking about Sean being special, Driyad told Sean a little secret.

"Then? What about Yudhar and Jessica? Can't they see this lake!" Sean denied. It was as if he did not want to acknowledge the truth of what Driyad had said.

"Of course they can see it. As long as you're by their side, those two kids can see anything you can see. So, you're actually special. You're not an ordinary man. But you're a man of choice. Don't know what, I'm sure it's hard to tell the truth."

Until his entire body disappeared even to the crown, Sean dived for a long time.

Sure enough, Sean sensed something strange when his body was completely handed over to this sacred lake.

The shabby clothes he was wearing earlier even the dried tomatoes on his body had now disappeared in the blink of an eye. Although Sean closed his eyes as tightly as possible in the puddle of water but a flash of light emanated from his body.

Sean felt that he had changed. Jessica and Yudhar did not see this incident, only Sean felt it.
