The Adventure Of Lord Lausius

The Adventure Of Lord Lausius
Episode 81

"Take it easy, I am the Goddess hexodus, the owner of this temple," the old woman explained.

Sean seemed to be in doubt, he was lacking in trust for the woman.

"Don't be afraid, I'm not a criminal."

His voice sounded a little soft, although it looked old.

Sean brandished his sword, he was still on guard. "You must not evade. Tell me who you really are!" snapped Sean. "Don't act plain behind your old body. Tell me the truth, who you are and what you're doing in a place like this," Sean still doesn't trust the old man.

"I think he's that blind witch, Sean!" Jessica whispered softly, she was just like Sean, equally in doubt. "Strike him, and spill. Don't hesitate," Jessica seduced.

Driyad realized that he really was the old hexodus. The owner of an old temple that has disappeared thousands of years from the legend. "Wait on! If you're really hexodus, how could you not recognize me?" Driyad also doubted him, also worried between believing he was hexodus or not.

The old hexodus grinned. He slightly chuckled under that wrinkled old skin of his. "How could I not recognize Driyad, the faithful guard of Lausius," said Hexodus. "Even I will never forget your unchangeable form for thousands of years."

Driyad reminisced a little, but he still remembered himself.

The old hexodus was real, and Driyad was convinced that he was indeed hexodus.

"You recognize her?" whispered Jessica.

"Yes, he owns this temple. Goddess hexodus," replied Driyad.

"That means she's not the blind witch of that fish-class villain?" Jessica bragging. "You're sure he's not the same as the blind-eyed date, you don't cheat!"

"No. How could I have cheated," Driyad said reassuring Jessica. This boy was always suspicious of the things around him. "I know the goddess Hexodus very well, she's better than the stinking puffer fish" said Driyad.

Mercifully. Jessica was relieved, who was met not a blind witch anymore, but a weak old woman who was almost the same as a blind witch.

"She's not that blind witch, Sean," Jessica told. He whispered in Sean's ear just in case he brandished his sword.

"You sure about that?" ask Sean to make sure. He stole a glance when he saw Jessica. He was afraid that the old lady before him would attack without notice. "Are you not saying the wrong thing?"

Jessica nodded. "She said the truth, Driyad told me," Jessica replied. "He is the owner of this temple, the goddess hexodus."

Sean dropped his gun, he began to believe despite doubts. His face was a little tense earlier, because they were similar but not the same.

Both of them are both old with slouching bodies.

"Hexodus? You sure you're the owner of this temple?" sean asked to make sure. "You sure you're not that dry-eyed date witch?"

The old hexodus laughed as Sean likened himself to a noble witch. He shuddered in horror when juxtaposed with the damned ugly. "Do you see my eyes?" he explains. "Are my eyes like dried dates scented with puffer fish? how does the owner of the temple of hexodus look like with muli?"

"You're not only similar, you're almost identical" Sean said. "Again, what are you doing in an old place like this all by yourself," Sean muttered, he looked even more chatty than before.

"You're too innocent" The goddess Hexodus befell him. "I am the owner of this temple, of course I will stay here. Basic suck."

At least Sean felt stupid for the question. Ask the hexodus why he was in this worn out temple, and the answer is very appropriate.

Sean forgot to say that he was too smart to make small talk. I was too friendly as a man, of course he would say that I actually suck. Sean cursed himself.

The hexodus goddess looked at Sean's entire face in detail. All in one look, he looked at her a little intrigue.

The old hexodus took a deep breath of freshness and exhaled him once. "You," he began to say.

"What's wrong with me?" Sean responded quickly. While looking at the face of the old hexodus was confused.

He was breathing fresh air like a psychic. "You're so unique. I smell there's a scent that you were born from some sio. You are luck...." Hexodus said something Sean didn't understand.

He said it was as if he had seen Sean's childhood. "You were born of all twelve sio combined."

Sean looked at his speech and manner of speaking. He looks like an expert at divination. What does this old lady mean. Maybe Sean would ask like that in his mind.

"You are the source of luck. You are the son of Edna and Heyyden who will bring glory. You will inherit half of the genius of people similar to you, but you are certainly different from them. You're......" Old Hexodus stopped his speech for a moment. After that he took a deep breath back, like he was inhaling the fresh scent of a perfume. "You.... Born and destined to be a knight under a cloud of metis."

What this old man said Sean didn't understand. He scrunched his forehead, staring at the puzzled old face. Yeah, he's right. I am a knight under a cloud of metis. He was talking about a story that only he knew. I'm gonna curse his brain so I can't think anymore. Sean was small talk, he was a bit cynical looking at hexodus.

"What did Sean say? Youunderstand?" ask Jessica.

"You're too good at manipulating Sean's words" Jessica chuckled. "I like it."

Sean simply shrugged both of his shoulders while glancing in disdain. A child of Sean's age wouldn't understand what this old hexodus was saying.

Seeing the awkwardness of the two children who did not understand it, hexodus diverted the conversation. "Here you go, forget what I just said" Hexodus said. "Again, I want to say that I am the hexodus, the old owner of this temple. Proudly welcoming my honored guest," the hexodus said very little reluctantly and politely.

"Yes, you're always proud of your guests. To the extent that you forgot to allow us to take shelter in my magnificent residence or not" Driyad alluded. Hexodus almost forgot that they were in shade.

"Ooh... Don't worry Driyad and the two adorable kids. I will not forget at your arrival," the old hexodus grinned. He looks happy by welcoming guests from outside.

The fingers moved as his mouth spoke.

"She's acting like a servant who's welcoming Duke's nobles," Jessica whispered in Sean's ear. He asked her to gossip. "Do you think that?"

"About" Sean responded. "But it's too bad for the Duke's noble court to have an old servant like him," Sean added slightly mocked.

Jessica chuckled again. She couldn't help but laugh as Sean said funny. "You're an expert at getting me to the bottom of my head" Jessica said. "She's too pretty as a waitress" Jessica added a hint of apathy.

"Ehm...." Goddess Hexodus. He stopped the whispers of the two children.

"Oh. I'm sorry Mrs Hexodus," Sean said. "I almost forgot about your beauty and elegance" Sean said figurative words in order to attract the woman's sympathy.

It's too bad for Sean if the woman knows what they're saying.

Hexodus was slightly unnerved as Sean told a lie. He's holding Sean's cheek. The old hexodus looked familiar in the eyes with his old smile. "No problem, honey, you're too concerned about me."

Although she is fairly old, her speech style almost resembles the style of a woman in her twenties. He is very energetic in speaking. Even gently, Sean liked the old man's style of language.

"Follow me kids. I'll host you all the good food that's been in this temple before" he walked over slightly bowing.

However Sean noticed, the hunchback body slowly walked upright as it passed a few steps. Initially his body looks very thin and old, the more he walks into the temple, his body is more upright and a little filled.

"Did you see that old woman changing?" Sean whispered to Jessica.

Jessica nodded, she also saw the same thing with the woman. "True Sean, I saw it. He looks a little fat with a wide waist." Jessica's eyes could not escape paying attention to the old man's body shape. He changed as he walked into the temple.

"Strange," Sean skipped through the confusion. "Don't you see, wasn't she white-haired. Why does his hair look black, now" Sean glazed over.

"I feel the same way as you Sean" Jessica said. "He changed as he entered the temple. There might be a secret in the temple room that she was heading to," Jessica guessed.

"He does have many secrets" Driyad said. "Later you will know who the hexodus really is" Driyad explained.

The old body of the hexodus was now completely transformed into a half-old woman in her fifty years. With her stocky body and large waist, she no longer looked to be the old woman Sean was about to beat up earlier.

Behind the dark temple walls, the hexodus looked at the children and said, "What are you waiting for there, let's go inside, I'll prepare you a delicious meal," he speaks very class. Unlike the old woman earlier, the white-grayed one even spoke not too excitedly.

"Oh yeah, we'll be there soon," Sean said.

Sean elbowed Jessica to follow him, heading inside the temple, more precisely behind the doorless wall.

Maybe Sean's whole life wouldn't believe what he saw. The old woman who was previously thought to be a criminal, has now turned out to be very beautiful. Even she was much prettier than that one-eyed villain. Sean admires.

The old Hexodus led the children to his secret place. Like his hidden abode but can be seen with open eyes.

"You," Sean gasped in surprise when he saw the old woman was no longer a stooped hexodus. But a beautiful young lady. "You're the hexodus temple owner, aren't you?" Sean was stunned, he could not say anything, other than admit the woman was magical.

Hexodus smiled, he looked at Sean. "This is the eternal secret of the hexodus," he spoke casually.

Jessica and Sean could only shake their heads, not believing what they saw.

While the hexodus does not concern the appearance of old or young. He was just busy with tools, preparing the two children for food like a mother who was taking care of her two children unfortunately.

"How can it be like this," Jessica muttered in amazement. She felt rivaled by the beauty of the women in this fantasy land.

"Everything can happen, because what you see here is different from what you see in your world" the hexodus explains. He could not silence the children with the secret of his facial transformation alone.
