Chapters 70. Begins

Elaina's screams are full of pain. They looked over as Elaina shouted. David who hugged Elaina tightened his embrace even more. According to his instinct something that went wrong was bound to happen.

Brayan immediately took them away to a safer place. A place that might be a bit hard to find by the Balck Meadow clan.

"Aah" complained Elaina shortly after landing in a house. He held his left arm which felt very sore.

David codes Brayan to help him deal with his father-in-law so he can see Elaina's situation.

David grabbed Elaina's left arm. A fiery red mark was like the shape of a fire etched there. His wife screamed in pain.

"Dave, it's hot." Elaina grimaced in pain.

Bishop did not stay silent. She asks Brayan to help her to get close to Elaina. The shape of the fire was almost extinguished as Bishop approached him. Bishop placed his palm on Elaina's left arm.

"Yeah!" Elaina screams in pain. His shout this time was stronger than the one before.

David is worried about seeing Elaina's condition. He could do nothing but hold Elaina's body. Her tears held the heat and pain in her left arm. Long enough Bishop removed the mark on his daughter's arm until the fire symbol completely disappeared.

Elaina's breathing is interrupted. The pain he felt made David could not bear to see it. Bishop was no less out of steam when helping his daughter.

Brayan grabs his uncle's body and helps him to relax. The other three B sisters could only watch. They don't know what to do.

"What happened to Elaina?" Bree opened his voice.

"Eitherway! I've never seen anything like this." Brigita did not take her eyes off Elaina and Bishop's uncle.

"Uncle Bishop was great. He knows everything and can handle it." Bricia was amazed by the power of her uncle.

Brigita immediately approached her uncle after being laid on the bed. Bree and Bricia didn't miss out.

"Uncle, are you okay?" Brigita looks worried.

"I'm fine."

"What happened to Elaina?" David was worried that the incident was related to Black Meadow.

"Black Meadow is near. They detected Elaina's whereabouts. By signalling to make it easier for them to get to Elaina."

"Uncle, means Elaina's in danger!" exclaim Bree.

"What?" brayan shouted while standing up.

"We're far from ready, especially Elaina," Bricia said.

"Ready or not, we have to face it. In less than five days they'll attack us." Bishop added his explanation.

Elaina and David looked at each other. Five days, a very short time for them while they were being friendly. Elaina just walked into a household life. And so did David. In the end he found a soulmate that was ideal for him.

"Use your time well!" bishop's orders to his son and son-in-law. "Elaina better stay in your mansion. Balck Meadow wouldn't dare to openly attack Elaina there."

"Why uncle?" ask Bree curiously.

"Although they were a clan with black magic, they would not risk their reputation. Attacking in a public place is like doing self-buy."

"If so, just let Elaina stay in the mansion or anywhere else. He must be close to another human being." Brayan's words have a point. David seemed to agree with the boy's proposal.

"It's not that easy. If you think so, why would Black Meadow enter this country. They cannot attack in public places. But, they could take Elaina to another dimension while being off guard. When they get Elaina, we won't be able to save her again" Bishop said.

The mood was silent again. No one dared to speak. The situation they are facing right now is very difficult.

"Well, we'd better get back to the mansion!" David first broke the silence.

"You're right" Bree said. "The sooner you guys get back to the mansion, Elaina's the safer the while."

Just as they were safe, the protective membrane of the four B house began to shake.
