CHAPTER 128 ~ Promise ~

Zacko protected Allena from the ball drifting towards him. Zacko's reflex hugged Allena until Zacko's back was hit by the ball of the foot. Allena raised her face as Zacko asked, making their faces become so close. Zefran who saw the incident immediately approached.

"WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?" Zefran.

The man immediately pulled Allena's hand and took her away. Allena could only follow without saying a word. Gone a glance at Zacko with a gloomy face. Following Zefran's steps with great difficulty due to Zefran's longer legs.

Zacko could only look at Allena who resignedly pulled her hand by Zefran.

The man finally told baby sitter Zifara that his employer had come home. The baby sitter took Zefano home.

Meanwhile Allena and Zefran had reached their room.

"What are you guys doing there? Did you not think? Cuddling in the open like that?" zefran asked with a snapping and a sharp eye.

"Who hugged?" ask Allena.

"You think I didn't see you? Obviously I saw you guys hugging, I even pulled your hand while the guy was still holding you!" snapped Zefran again.

"He was just protecting me from a ball that suddenly floated towards me, that's all" Allena explained.

"LIED!" snapped Zefran with a sharp eye gaze and chest that went uphill as it held back emotions.

Allena no longer spoke in self-defense, she looked her husband in the eye. Getting a look like Zefran's distraught. Allena lowered her head and walked towards the door.

"Where are you going?" asked Zefran in a voice that was quite loud but not as loud as before.

"Go! Are you tired of having a lying wife? Are you not tired of living with a wife who always wants to cheat?" ask Allena.

"Allen …"

"I'm tired, after hearing Zacko's story I'm getting tired. He and his wife dated for more than eleven years but ended in separation. Eleven years .. eleven years of dating, his wife decided to separate because she felt tired of being suspected. We are nothing compared to them. We are not dating, married because we have to, separated?… it's just a matter of time" said Allena steadfastly without a single tear.

"Allena .." said Zefran stopped without knowing what to say next.

"I have proved enough of my love. I will not defend myself anymore. Whether I was judged to be lying or honest, whatever .. I'm tired, I don't want to be suspected anymore, I don't want to be judged a liar anymore. The only way I'm not under suspicion is .. I don't live with you anymore" Allena said.

Zefran grabbed Allena's hand, but the woman brushed him off. Allena continued her steps. Zefran tried to block.

"Where are you going? You want to go with him? YENYA!" call Zefran.

Allena doesn't care.

"If you leave I will kill myself" cried Zefran.

Allena's steps stopped for a moment. "Get boyish," said the woman then continued her steps. Zefran panicked, not expecting Allena to choose the way to go.

"Allena don't go! I'm sorry!" zefran shouted at last.

But Allena continued her steps. Zefran was blocking at the door, the man grabbed his wife's hand. Begging the woman to abandon her intention to leave.

"I'm sorry Allena, don't go. Please don't leave me" Zefran pleaded.

"I've heard many apologies from my brother. Sorry .. sorry .. sorry .. sorry .. so many sorry words have been thrown out of Big Brother's mouth, I'm bored. And all this time I've always forgiven but now I know what sorry means to Brother. I'm sorry it was supposed to admit wrongdoing, did you admit wrongdoing for accusing me? Sorry to be sorry, did you regret accusing me? Nah! Big Brother apologized just to prevent me from leaving, only to stop my anger but Big Brother never admitted brother's mistake, never regretted accusing me. Allena took a quick step down the stairs, until she arrived in the living room. There Allena saw her children who had just come home. Allena was about to catch up with them but Zefran got in the way. The man knelt before Allena. The woman was shocked, seeing her husband humble himself in order to prevent her from leaving.

"Allena, please don't go Allena, I can't live without you, I don't want to lose you. I promise I will change, I regret my attitude I regret Allena. I will not repeat it again" said Zefran pleading as he grabbed Allena's hand and tears flowing down.

Allena sat down before Zefran and asked the man to stand up.

"But stand! Don't be like this" Allena said in a soft voice.

Zefran immediately hugged Allena tightly until the woman was difficult to break away.

"I won't stand until you decide to call off from here" Zefran said with tears still flowing.

Allena realized, Zefran's attitude is not kidding. But he also wants Zefran to know that he doesn't want to be treated like that anymore.

"Maybe it's best, brother, so we're both happy."

"No! Nah! I don't want to. I wouldn't be happy living without you. No Allena, please don't go. Zeno told me not to go, not to leave Papa," Zefran said asking Zefano for help.

"Sister, shame on Santi" said Allena again.

Zefran shook his head, completely indifferent to what their baby sitter was thinking. Zefano approached them, seeing the boy's worried face, Allena finally relented. The woman finally decided not to leave.

"Please promise in front of Zeno that you will never leave me" Zefran said.

"It's not fair, I have to endure being treated like this again?" ask Allena.

"I won't do it again. I'll believe you" said Zefran, finally stretching his arms.

"I want Big Brother to promise, if Big Brother does this, to doubt me, to be blindly jealous and to hurt my heart. If I wanted to leave, Brother would not stand in my way again" Allena said.

"What?"

"Yes, if it happens like this again you have to let me go" Allena finally said.

Zefran lowered his head, Zefano sat on Allena's lap between them. Zefran seemed very reluctant to make that promise. Zefano looked at him as if he also wanted to listen to Zefran's decision. Finally Zefran nodded, then let out a long sigh.

"Well if I hurt you and suspect your loyalty, if you want to leave, I'll let you go" Zefran said.

Allena nodded, for him it was not easy to ask for such a promise to Zefran. Allena herself was also afraid that something like this would happen again and she was forced to leave. But Allena did that not to get away from Zefran's side, but to make the man more cautious about acting on Allena.

The woman wanted Zefran to know, from now on their togetherness depended on Zefran's attitude towards her. Zefran let out a heavy sigh after saying that promise. Then lifted Zefano from his wife's lap. Zefano wiped away the tears still remaining on Zefran's face.

The boy smiled, Zefran turned to his wife who was still sitting before him. Then grabbed Allena's nape and kissed the woman he loved on the forehead.

"Thank you for staying with me" Zefran said.

Zefano smiled looking at his father.

"It's late in the afternoon, let's take a bath together" Zefran told Zefano.

Zefano.

"We take Zara and Mama, yes" Zefano asked.

Zefran nodded with a smile and turned to Allena. The woman returned her husband's smile. They also bathed together in a whirlpool bath jacuzzi, of course this time Zefran and Allena did not take off all his clothes.

They played with water, they looked so happy. Zifara looks funny while patting the water in front of her but is as dark as the water splashes across her face. Zefano also patted the water in front of him firmly, until finally hit Zifara's face. The baby returned to the scene and turned to Allena to ask to be carried.

Allena, Zefran and Zefano laughed. They play and laugh to their fullest. After Zefano and Zifara finished their baths, Zefran and Allena stayed inside the Jacuzzi whirlpool bath. Slowly the man took off his wife's shirt, leaving nothing on his body, as well as the man.

Zefran proved that he always wanted and needed Allena.
