Shall Under Your Charm
Chapter 51

"Tell me, why would kissing Ryan make this disaster worse?".

Gege sighed and straightened his body to the edge of the bed without diverting his eyes from Farah. "Darling, first I have to teach you a term for a woman who seems to want to, when in fact she doesn't."

"Whatever the word may be, I believe men created it" Timpal Farah said.

"Are I saying that the term is fair? I just wish you could think of it clearly and stop doing stupid things. For your own good." Gege then got out of bed and stepped towards the door of the room to open the door and immediately close it again.

Before long, there was a sudden sound of bells five times, which became a time marker, the headache that Farah had felt back again yesterday in full force. By the time the bells sounded three times, the headache was becoming increasingly unbearable so Farah could barely think. The lights were painful, and the sound of people walking in the corridor was even more painful.

Previously, Farah felt confident that the headache was caused by a pent-up fear of what Ryan would do to her, which made her scalp feel throbbing violently. However, as the pain grew worse, Farah began to think the cause was intense heat, which was as bad as the northern polar winters. The air around Farah was steamy, and she began to sweat, so the sweat droplets running down her temple were also painful. Farah wet the towel with the water in the bucket, and without thinking of squeezing it, she put the wet towel on her face, making her clothes wet and the drops flowing down her arms and table.

The room felt as hot as the fireplace, and the pain in Farah's head grew more and more unbearable, before she started calling Gege in a weak voice. While walking to the door, Farahb whispered Gege's name, and he put his hand on the knob to keep the balance, and strangely, the door opened.

Why didn't they lock the cabin door?

Farah found the stairs and crawled up to the rooftop.where sunlight attacked her like a storm, and familiar voices and faces could barely be recognized.

On the rooftop, Farah sees Ryan with Kevin and Mr. Yanka. Ryan stood like a womanizer in his great outfit. Ryan's tanned eyes instantly found Farah and the man stopped his conversation with the others to approach Farah with a quick and graceful step, then reached out to Farah.

"Flood!"

The sunlight framed Ryan like an admirable aura. To Farahb's chaotic mind, Ryan's arrival and movement felt like a threat. Farahb retreated to the cannon and said, "Don't touch me."

Ryan stopped about two meters away from Farah, his expression looking increasingly anxious. "Is there something wrong with my little cat?"

The use of a nickname created by Ryan made Farah angry. How dare Ryan casually ask if something is wrong. Why doesn't Ryan look as hot as he does? Leaning her hot head against a pole, Farah said, "I want you to let me go."

The atmosphere turned silent, then Ryan said, "No."

"Yes!" farah replied, almost shouting.

Ryan's tanned eyes stared intently. "You've been causing a lot of trouble, do you know? Give me one reason why I should follow your will?"

"It's too late, isn't it, to discuss the value of humanity? Unless you think we can replay time."

Farah held her head in a slow grumble, damn it. because the bells were my head....

Farah turned to Ryan again, her mind suddenly blank and she no longer remembered what they were talking about, unless their conversation was peppered with an argument. For some reason, it felt important for him to cover all of it. "Is that a sign of what happened between us yesterday?" farah said, because of his gut feeling, the comments were relevant to their previous talks.

"No" said Ryan with cold eyes. " Now don't let that stop you if you think there's something we should fight about."

Gege had already warned Farah of this, but Gege's advice was delivered so quickly that Farahb could not remember what it contained.

"I won't stay here to be your mistress" Farah said desperately. Ryan responded so quickly, it felt like a slap. "I think you've said it too often, to be boring. Do you think you can find any other words?".

"Maybe. If you have already understood." Farah's head and body were burning, "Am I a music box you can play and turn it off as you please?"

"Dam. I hope you'll obey me once." There was a stifled anger in Ryan's voice, Ryan's beautiful mouth smiling cynically. "God prevents you and I from doing things in a simple way, my Farah, but it might save us time and prevent us from arguing at length if you could tell me what makes you angry."

Farah fell silent. They look angry, Farah looks cold, Ryan looks cold, until a gust of wind sweeps Farah's shirt and cools her hot skin. Farah's body trembled violently, making her muscles interested. A heat wave swept over him like a gust of wind coming from an oven. All of that only lasted for a few seconds even though for Farah it seemed to continue. During that time, Farah sees Ryan walking up to her. Panicked by their closeness, Farah moved away from Ryan, and clutched the front of his shirt with dry, trembling hands.

"I'm not a pet. I don't want to be taken care of" said Farah.

Ryan did not move again to approach Farah even though everyone who saw Ryan, other than Farah, could see it took a lot of effort for Ryan to do so. As Ryan spoke again, his voice sounded gentle and attentive.

"Darling, I know you're not a pet. No one will touch you if you don't want to, but you have to go down and....."

"And what? Go downstairs and wait to be tortured?" Farah's voice was shaking. "Or go downstairs until you're ready to whip me? Or are you gonna figure out a way to combine the two? Oh, I already know how great you are."

Despite going through a view that seemed to be filled with sparkling stars, Farah saw a black-haired young man approaching her from the top of the tower. The young man ran over, with a worried expression adorning his figure who was still like a teenager. It took a few seconds for Farah to recognize him as Gio, but then the name disappeared from her memory. The young man turned to Ryan, then to Farah, and walked up to him. Between the heat and the pain that struck him, Farah thought that Ryan had deliberately sent the young man to whip him, and he distanced himself from the young man to the point of touching the ropes, Ryan restrained the young man from approaching Farah.
