The man took us to a small room with a mat made of dried grass.
All the furniture and the house are taken from nature.
"My name is Leo, I am the village chief in this elf village. First I apologize for my daughter's treatment, she still has to control her emotions."
Mia immediately took her eyes off the two of us who could only smile wryly.
"I'm a little interested in you, your clothes and appearance are a bit different from most other humans, are you from a faraway land?" Leo sent me that question.
"You could say so" I hesitated.
"And this lady?"
"My name is Rolia a servant who once lived in a masion of nobility."
"Servant."
"I was accused of being a witch and Jason saved me."
"Your life must be hard enough, thank God you can get through it. Right, you can stay here as long as you want I let you."
"Dad?"
"Nothing."
Rolia and I thanked him and one of the guard elves took us to a place where we could live.
"Father seriously let the humans stay in our land, they might do evil."
"Mia, do you know about the legend of the hero?"
"I mean the hero father who once saved this world."
"True, once everyone was free to use magic without fear of being considered criminals, in order to defeat the devil we also helped humans face them... I feel like I know Jason very well as if I've been friends with him for a long time."
"Don't you?"
Silence was felt between the two.
Rolia and I were given a topmost place that could be called a tree house. We had no clothes even so when I opened the closet it was filled with the same clothes that the elves wore.
For the furniture itself there are only two chairs, one table, two beds and a bathroom inside.
Rolia took some clothes and then took a shower, somehow we look like a married couple now. No, I can't think of anything weird.
"Ehem."
I turned my eyes towards the back where Mia was leaning while looking at me.
"Don't get me wrong, my father did allow you to stay here but I haven't been able to accept humans completely.Everyone here has to work, you look weak so I trained you myself. Don't be late humph."
I just sighed softly, actually he's a good person.
The next morning, Rolia and I received special training from Mia, and I initially thought that Mia would teach me skills like planting or caring for trees, but instead we were trained to play wooden swords.
"Your horses are not yet strong Jason, and Rolia swings even more vigorously."
"Well," Rolia and I went through a lot of training every day.
When the two of us returned to the tree house each of my body felt very sore even just to stand up was difficult.
"Jason I want to take a shower please take me to the bathroom."
"Just do it yourself I'm tired too."
"You guys are really weak," the voice came from Mia who barged in, she placed various fruits that we could enjoy together.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm just picking the fruits from the forest if they're thrown away, baby, so I'm giving them to you."
"Miss Mia is very good," just by saying Rolia Mia's face immediately flushed red.
He's not good at hiding his feelings but we prefer to pretend not to know.
