Chapter 15: Leaving the City

In that prison, I just sat down to think about everything that happened, according to our guards accused of being criminals after hearing the testimony of the perpetrators who were arrested.

"Don't joke," with the sound of an iron blow, Mia punched out with a feeling of emotion on her face.

It was clear he did not accept, on the other hand Rolia seemed worried, however we were sentenced to death tomorrow. They are really moving fast.one thing I can conclude is that the two ministers were involved in all of this.

Even so I'm sure they're still planning something.

Shortly after, Laura showed up to meet us.

"Laura?"

"I'm sure you're definitely not the criminals."

"Keep that aside, how's Queen Catrine doing?"

"Because of the incident he was asked not to come out of the room."

"Jason?" call Mia.

"Well, he's in danger.If Queen Catrine is murdered in a confined space no one will notice."

"Wait for what you said?" while Laura was confused by what I said, Mia immediately cut the bars of our cell with her sword.

"Rolia took Laura to safety, let me and Mia take care of her."

"I understand."

From here we would fight with time, regardless of the fallen soldiers, Mia and I began to climb up the stairs to the top floor where the queen's room was, many guards were standing in the way.. that is how we beat them easily.

In quick succession we opened each door, especially breaking down the locked door, right there I saw a figure in black clothes carrying Queen Catrine through the window.

We followed the man by running around on the tile.

"Wait you?"

He threw a dagger at the two of us who swiftly avoided him.

I jumped down while Mia continued chasing him from behind, it would be best if we cornered from both directions. While running I kept an eye on the movement above me until we finally managed to corner it.

I pulled the cloth over his face and saw that he was the servant I met at the palace.

"So he's the one."

"No, worse than I thought."

"What do you mean?" ask Mia.

"The mastermind is Laura, he's setting us up again," along with that the soldiers have surrounded us including Laura inside who is holding Rolia hostage.

Laura shrugged her shoulders as she said triumphantly.

"They ran away and tried to kill the queen, quickly finish them off."

"How's Jason now?"

"We can only fight."

"The royal rush is really troublesome," after saying that Mia and I stormed them.

The sound of the sword colliding was heard echoing each other in the desolate air, we could have left Catrine but if so he would have been killed.

I can't let someone I know just die, the longer the soldiers multiply. Rolia began to give resistance, she managed to step on Laura's feet until she retreated backwards.

"You?"

I immediately pulled Rolia's hand and shouted towards Mia.

"We're leaving."

"Good."

After dropping a few soldiers with her sword, Mia carried the still unconscious Catrine before running after us from behind.

I don't know what the kingdom will be like? We obviously need to step back first. We all got into the merchant's carriage and out of the city coinciding with the post gate

examination's closed.
