Epilogues

It had been over a month since Andre opened his eyes but Reza was still unconscious. Gisel visited her every day and every day while they were alone in the hospital room, she would tell her story to the sleeping man. When the story ends, Gisel will beg the man to wake up and open his eyes before the next day he repeats the same story.

He did not expect Reza to hear or remember everything that happened. Gisel was too afraid to expect anything other than the man opening his eyes once again. He was afraid that he would have only one prayer left and spend it on something else. Every time she prayed and hoped, she always asked Reza to wake up.

A month later, Reza still hasn't opened her eyes. Imel and Andre were more diligent in reminding Gisel to rest. They worry their best friend is obsessed with Reza and goes crazy. They were so worried because they did not know how Gisel's story so faithfully waited for his enemy to wake up from a coma. Their best friend never told me why.

All they know is that Gisel came home early from his schedule and did not return to the island. He didn't want to tell me anything about the island anymore. He also did not say why he had returned.

The woman suddenly returned to Jakarta and immediately visited her enemy's room, Reza. Not the room of his best friend and first love.

And even more confused Andre and Imel, Gisel apologized to Andre once his first love was conscious and said that he loved Reza. Although they support Gisel, seeing their friend who goes to the hospital every day and sits by Reza's side makes them sad.

Gisel waited for Andre for years and now the woman has to wait for his love again for some time.

After three months of Reza's coma, Gisel hastily goes to the hospital with Imel and Andre. Aunt Vero, Reza's mother, just called and informed her that Reza had just regained consciousness. Gisel could not wait to see it and forced Imel to gas.

But arriving in front of Reza's room, Gisel just pecked. He didn't know what to say to the man. If he forgets everything, Gisel doesn't know what to do. During these few months he only wished the man had opened his eyes and forgotten to think about what he should do if Reza woke up from his long slumber.

Andre was confused by Gisel's attitude but fortunately there was Imel who forced the three of them in. Aunt Vero welcomed Gisel with great joy. She thanked him for always visiting her son and never missing a day. He even supports Gisel and Reza deciding to get married, though he knows the decision is still too soon. But no one knows what will happen and it never hurts to hope.

“Gisel every day always come to visit and take care of you for a few hours when mama leaves. You should thank him.”

Reza was surprised to see Gisel coming and was even more surprised to hear his mother's words. He knew his mother couldn't possibly lie but he didn't believe Gisel cared so much about him. All he knew was that Gisel had always regarded him as an enemy.

“Finally you wake up too. If you don't wake up soon, I don't know what to do with Gisel,” Imel who is standing next to Gisel immediately speaks as soon as he sees Reza and Gisel just looking at each other.

Seeing Imel, Reza thought she had told Gisel everything. But that's still not Gisel's reason for being so nice. He doesn't owe Reza anything.

While all occupied with each other's thoughts, Gisel just silently stared at the black eyeballs that made him fall in love. There is still a screen that hides the figure of the man he loves but Gisel believes the man is in Reza who just woke up.

The prestige, shame, ego, and also confusion of the man still covered his true self. But Gisel was willing to give him time. Gisel was already very happy to see the man looking at him with those two beautiful eyes once again.

He will be patient waiting for the man to see it with eyes that can always hypnotize him. They have more time now.

“It looks like there's a lot for you to talk about. Aunt, how about we go for a meal?” Andre who always understood Gisel offered a solution that everyone in the room immediately accepted. Anxiety and jealousy soon pervaded Reza upon seeing Andre, but no one noticed it except for Gisel who was smiling widely.

Aunt Vero, Andre, and Imel leave Gisel and Reza alone. Gisel sat on the chair next to Reza's bed. The chair she always sat in told her story. But that day was different.

“Are you okay now?”

Reza nodded. He still did not believe Gisel was in front of him and they did not fight.

“What are you doing here?” Reza asked softly.

“I'm waiting for you to wake up to tell you one story,” replied Gisel briefly and mysteriously.

Reza decided to hear it. He believed that whatever Gisel would say would not hurt him because if all he did was for revenge, Gisel would not accompany him every day. And Reza knows it's not Gisel's nature.

“I forgot about it until a few months ago. But when High School, while waiting for Imel, I once fell asleep in the library.” Reza scrunched his forehead. He remembered a similar incident he had experienced. He will never forget that.

“And when I woke up, there was a man sleeping in front of me. Although his hands covered part of his face, his face was so close to mine that for a while I was stunned. I couldn't look away and I felt something strange in my heart. I don't know love and I don't understand what's going on. All I knew was that I was embarrassed and ran away without noticing who that man was. I just thought I was too surprised back then.”

Reza gulped as soon as he heard Gisel's story. He remembered the events of that day so clearly.

“Do you know who he is? I think he was the first man to make my heart pound,” Gisel ended his words with a big smile.

Reza hesitates. He knew the story was true and not a prank to trap or play with it. But he didn't want to expect too much.

“What would you do if you knew who that man was?”

“I want him to make me feel that again. I want him to make my heart beat again. I want her to make me fall in love again,” Gisel looks at Reza clingy and no one dares to turn their eyes away.

Reza heard Gisel's melodious laughter before she answered him. “We are now just friends.”

Hearing his reply, Reza smiled with relief. He believes he has a chance now and will not waste it.

“If I say the man in the library is me, do you believe me?”

Gisel nodded. “Of course.” The woman defiantly, “Then, what will you do?”

Reza was surprised to hear Gisel so confident and confident in his words. The woman did not hesitate and was not afraid that Reza was playing with her. Reza remembered all his attitude and was not sure he deserved such a golden opportunity.

“Gis, forgive me all this time. If you give me a chance, I will do anything for you,” Reza ventured to grab Gisel's hand and he breathed a sigh of relief because the woman did not avoid him.

“I've forgiven you for a long time. But instead, I want you to make me fall in love with you every day.” Reza did not understand but Gisel's eyes began to glaze over at him.

“Of course. I won't let you go.” Gisel was shocked to hear Reza's reply. The man in his memory also said he would not let go if he came back again and that made him wish for more.

“You should also be the first to sing a song every birthday,” pinta Gisel the second.

Reza nodded increasingly excitedly. “Of course. I'll play guitar and sing to you every birthday and every day of our celebration.”

Gisel smiled wider. They had not even officially dated but the man had already intended to play on their day of celebration.

“I will always be by your side and make you happy,” Reza said with confidence. “Because of that, will you be my girlfriend?”

Gisel didn't expect Reza to be that brave. But Reza in his memory also always said such sweet things easily.

Seeing that Gisel did not reply immediately, Reza felt a bit afraid that he was too fast. He had just come to his senses and did not yet know the reason Gisel was guarding him every day. But in her heart, for some reason, she knew that being with Gisel was the most appropriate thing and would make her happy. I don't know why he felt that question was what the woman was waiting for.

“If it's too soon, we can start getting to know each other first. But I have no plans to be your friend.”

Gisel laughed out loud and hugged Reza tightly. The man never wanted to be his friend. And although Reza has no memories of the island, Gisel believes they are the same soul and that's all he needs.

“Of course I want to be your girlfriend. So, don't leave me again.”

Although surprised, Reza calmed herself down and hugged the woman who had always been in her heart. If all that was a dream, he would not mind to sleep forever and continue that happy dream.

“I promise, even if I have to leave, I will always come back to you. I'll always be by your side and make sure you're happy,” he says the words that suddenly pop into his head. And after he heard his own words, he actually promised to do that.

Gisel smiled widely and cried at Reza's words. Feeling her clothes wet, Reza noticed Gisel's crying and became panicked, “Gis, are you okay? What because of me?”

Gisel hugged Reza tighter and tighter. “This happy tears. Now everything is fine because you have returned.”

Despite not understanding what happened to Gisel, in his heart Reza promised not to make the woman cry again.

“Gis, I still don't understand why you're suddenly like this. Why did you suddenly give me a chance,” Reza stroked Gisel's hair gently. “But believe me, I won't make you regret it. I will make you fall in love with me so that in your heart there is only me a.”

Gisel looked at Reza's face and wiped away her tears so that only a smile remained on her face.

“Sorry I made you wait too long,” continued Reza.

Gisel felt that the word had many meanings. He had been waiting for Reza to regain consciousness from the coma. He had long waited for Reza to mature. He had been waiting for Reza to express his feelings. He has long waited for the love of his life.

He realized, ever since that day in the library, his heart had long awaited this moment. The moment when their love is united. The magic of rainbow clouds made his heart more honest. But in the little heart of Gisel, he was sure, with or without the rainbow clouds, Reza would enter and settle in his heart.

The man will always come back to her because their own love is the greatest miracle of their lives. Rainbow clouds only help them to realize it.
