The 61 Day Chapter Looking Forward

I fixed a tie that was coiled around my shirt collar. Not to forget also I hooked the watch on the wrist, and glanced at a glance at the numbers listed on the watch. The wedding will start soon.

From the reflection in the mirror, I saw Kirana coming in. She wears a white dress with lace motif that looks very beautiful on her small body. One hand Kirana clasped a bando from an imitation flower.

“Papa cool,” praise Kirana staring with sparkling eyes.

I twisted my body, aligned my gaze with Kirana and gave a smile.

“You are also very beautiful, Kirana son of Papa.”

“Papa... Please put!” kirana said giving a flower bando.

I pinned the bando over Kirana's head, smoothed out a bit of her bangs, and then kissed Kirana's forehead.

I and Alexa have been through for two months. Today was the most anticipated day for both of us.

It's not easy, but we can go through it together. For two months I was busy working, though my mind was divided thinking about Harsa who was never found by the police and thinking about Kirana's safety as well.

But luckily, Alexa was always there to help me take care of Kirana. In the last two months, Alexa has been taking care of Kirana at her parents' house.

“At the end of the day Aunt Alexa will be Kirana's mother,” I said smiling at Kirana.

“Yeay, I have mama.”

“Balin, are you ready? The show is about to start,” said Mother who suddenly entered the room.

I nodded, extending a hand to Kirana.

“Kirana is also ready, right?”

Kirana immediately greeted my hand with a carefree laugh.

I stood with all eyes on me, but before long the guests' gaze was defeated by the arrival of Alexa who walked slowly into the wedding hall.

Alexa is very beautiful wearing a white wedding dress that fits on the slim body. Her hair was tightly curled, leaving only one strand left to unravel beside her right cheek.

Alexa wrapped her hands around Alan's arms and walked alongside him. One more hand holds a bouquet of flowers. Behind them, Alexa's nieces lined up sprinkling flowers along their stepped feet.

And my eyes caught the figure of Kirana among the line of bridesmaids. He walked quickly to compensate for the steps of the children who were more mature than him.

“You are so beautiful,” I whispered when Alexa was right in front of me.

The girl smiled in embarrassment.

“You are also very handsome.”

“Jaga my sister in earnest. You understand?” hiss Brother Alan glared at me before he finally sat down on the chair next to his wife.

Our wedding was so fast. All my attention is focused on Alexa. The MC's voice sounded like a bee's humming by me, and the invited guests I thought were mere statues. The world seems to belong to both of us.

I pinned the wedding ring on Alexa's ring finger, and then she did the same to me.

In that instant, we officially became a couple.

“I love you,” says Alexa.

“I love you more,” my mouth who immediately stepped forward kissing her.

Everyone gaped at us on the lap, some muttering in praise of how romantic a love-love couple who had just made a sacred promise before them was.

But before long, a loud deheman's voice blew me and Alexa away. We looked at the source of the voice. It turned out that Alan's brother was beating hard. His eyes glared at me like they were about to fall off.

Lily's sister, Alan's sister, elbowed her husband who didn't accept me kissing Alexa.

“Leave it, Honey. They are officially husband and wife.”

“But they are not polite kissing in front of a lot of people,” protest Kak Alan does not want to lose.

“You used to be like Balin. Even your kiss is fiercer.”

“Honey, already! Don't discuss it again.”

“Congratulations on your marriage, may it last until death separates,” said Cindy who hugged Alexa tightly.

While Frans was not far from him elbowing and greeting me, then re-embraced Cindy.

“Do not forget to come to our engagement event later, okay?” said Frans.

Alexa shut up in surprise, “So you guys will..”.

Cindy and Frans nodded before Alexa finished her words.

After them, Rama came with a smile as a congratulatory.

“Kak Alexa, don't forget later tonight! Torn bread that I once said,” said Rama while winking one eye.

Alexa sighs, “I've seen, kok.”

Rama cheered loudly, his eyes wide staring at me and Alexa alternately. It must be in his brain thinking of something perverted.

I couldn't stay silent seeing my sister acting silly in front of so many people, so I smothered her before that mouth was a no-no speech.

“When did you see it?” ask me on Alexa after Rama fell silent.

“You forgot? When I treated a gunshot wound on your shoulder.”

“Oh yes, I forgot.”

“Once again congratulations, Brother Balin, Sister Alexa. Don't forget to open my gift before the fight tonight!”

Without warning and without mercy, I immediately stepped on the foot of Rama who was suddenly grimacing in pain. He walked away from us with a staggering step.

Then, Brother Alan and Sister Lily they hugged Alexa tightly. I saw Kak Alan's eye patch about the water, but he didn't cry. Or maybe try not to cry in front of his sister.

I understand how Alan feels now. If Alexa's parents and second brother are still alive, they may be very happy to see Alexa married.

Brother Alan suddenly gripped my shoulder very strongly. His voice trembled and his eyes reddened, and the teardrops could no longer be contained.

We turned to Nick who was standing in front of us, smiling and extending a hand. I received his hand. However, Alexa appears to be tilting the face of researching Nick.

I looked at my watch, and sighed in frustration at wanting the show to finish quickly.
