Chapter 21: Sleep Medicine

Seira was choosing the clothes she would wear at dinner with Larissa. He does not tell Bryan that he will go with William after dinner with Larissa. Seira is afraid Bryan will misunderstand because William is a man. Wiliam promised to go for a while to buy jewelry and then go home. Seira also asks Bryan to just drop her off and not pick her up on the grounds that he is going home with his officemate.

Seira is very beautiful with long hair. She looks elegant and amazing tonight. Bryan's eyes didn't stop looking at him when he picked up Seira. The man was very grateful to have an angel by his side.

Bryan smiled at Seira and whispered something to her. Seira smiled listening to the sentence that Bryan whispered.

"I just realized you're as pretty as an angel" Bryan whispered.

Seira just pinched Bryan's small arm and gave a kiss on the man's cheek. After a long journey they finally arrive at the restaurant where Seira and Larissa will meet.

"I'll go first" said Seira.

"I'll go with you" Bryan asked worriedly.

"My office buddy's a woman, still wanna come?" ledek Seira did not tell the name of his office friend.

"Judah, but I'll pick you up" Bryan asked again.

"No need, I've made a promise to go home with him" Seira replied lying because she had to accompany William to buy a gift for William's mother for a while.

"All rejected, well then take good care of yourself" Bryan said pouting.

"Yes yes, really nice" ledek Seira.

Bryan eventually leaves the restaurant and Seira waits for her car to disappear from view. After that Seira went inside the restaurant that looked very quiet.

On the other hand William can't just wait for a call from Seira. He is very unsettled and convinced that Larissa has evil intentions for Seira. The man immediately took his car keys and rushed to the restaurant called by Seira.

On the way William contacted his family's bodyguard to catch up with him immediately to the restaurant in case anything happened. The man is actually the son of the largest mafia in the city who is disguised as an office employee because reportedly in the branch company there is a large group of drug dealers who in the name of his family.

William is figuring out who dares to make his extended family a scapegoat. He who is the young master of the largest mafia family ordered his father to jump into the field. Unwittingly she falls in love with a new child who she does not see her true identity further. William did not know that the new boy was the daughter of the Wilson family who was one of the great men who had asked for the bodyguard of choice for his family.

William's family also engaged in providing bodyguard services among high officials and top officials. In addition they have the largest and widest horse ranch which opened as a place of equestrian sports for the upper class as well. Not to forget they are also one of the mafia families who invest a lot in other big companies.

"Okay, my Master will immediately go to the location you ordered" said the bodyguard of choice.

After sitting for a few minutes, a waiter came up to Seira and said that Miss Larissa was in the bathroom. The woman simply nodded at the maid with a faint smile on her lips. Before long Larissa came and sat down next to Seira.

"No, I just arrived" Seira replied.

"So I came out of the toilet" Larissa said.

"It's okay Larissa, let's eat" Seira said.

They had dinner with prepared dishes. Larissa did not speak at all, this made Seira a little awkward. After finishing eating Larissa asked for the wine she had prepared and two beautiful glasses as the place.

"We're drinking a little bit" Larissa asked.

"No effort Sa, I still have an appointment" replied Seira refused, he still has an appointment to accompany William.

"It's okay in the least" forced Larissa to fear her plan would fail.

"But I have to go Sa" Seira refused again.

"A little wine won't make you drunk, I'm sad when I've prepared everything" Larissa said using a sneaky way so Seira hesitated to refuse her request.

"Alright just a little yes, I still have a promise" replied Seira powerless to reject Larissa's slightly pushy invitation.

Without Seira realizing that the wine has been mixed with high doses of sleeping pills, although only a little taken will make the drinkers fall asleep. Sure enough Seira had just drank the drink for a while, she fell asleep. In order not to be suspicious, Larissa also pretended to be drunk and called her accomplice to take them out.

The waiter of the restaurant thought they were just plain drunk as a friend who was not suspicious at all. They were both women who were drunk. Larissa's subordinate immediately took the two of them out of the restaurant.

Without Larissa noticing William was already waiting for Seira below with some bodyguards of his choice. He didn't want anything to happen to the woman he liked. The brand waited for Seira to come out of the restaurant earlier.

"Master looks like they're going down, the woman in the picture is unconscious" the bodyguard told the Master.

"Well you guys get ready, we'll make it as planned" William told his bodyguards.

After they came out of the restaurant the bodyguards attacked Larissa's subordinates and were instantly helpless. Larissa and Owen were frightened to see that his subordinates had fallen in a moment. Those who were tapping Seira's body that was fainting rushed to speed up the steps to the car. However it was too late, the bodyguards chased after the two of them.

They are forced to leave Seira and rush to the car in a hurry. William ordered not to pursue them because the man already knew them well. William just told the bodyguards to bring Seira to him.

William takes Seira to his residence and waits for her to wake up. Seira who had been exposed to sleeping pills fell asleep and did not wake up at all. William asks the waiter to prepare a therapeutic scent that makes it easier for Seira to wake up immediately.

It's 23:00 but Seira hasn't told Bryan yet. The man was very worried about the safety of the woman he loved. Bryan had contacted Seira repeatedly but there was no answer. Seira's phone is not active at all. William accidentally turned off Seira's phone for fear that there was an incoming call that he did not recognize.

Bryan immediately took his car keys and rushed to the restaurant where he was dropping off Seira. Arriving there the place was empty and only separated the security guard.
