Chapter 13: The Tent

In the evening Seira and Bryan eat ramyon together outside the tent. The rain started to drip and they decided to stop fishing.

"It seems like the atmosphere is not supportive for fishing" Bryan said.

"Yes, how can it rain today when the sky is very bright" replied Seira.

"You got a beer?" ask Seira.

"So, you want to?" ask Bryan.

Seira nodded and picked up the Beer Bryan had given her. After eating ramyon they both drank beer because the weather was also supportive. After running out of three cans of beer, Seira began to get drunk and speak as she pleased.

"Haaah, why is life so boring" Seira said with red cheeks.

"You're drunk, just go in the tent and get some sleep" Bryan said.

"I'll keep watch outside" Bryan continued.

"Am I not that attractive that I used to be cheated on?" ask Seira again.

"No, it's a stupid guy, you said he prefers rich women, he doesn't know that you're richer" Bryan said, saying that because he knew Seira was drunk.

"Haha you're right, you son of a bitch, he and his mistress can I buy" Seira said angrily.

"Yes you're right, why did you choose this life?" bryan asked for a chance because Seira would not remember their conversation.

"I? haha this is more comfortable, I hate men who are too busy working like my father" Seira answered almost uprooted.

"Oh yes, but your father must have done it for the good of your family" Bryan said.

"I don't need money, we have too much money, I need genuine affection" Seira replied as she held Bryan's cheeks with both palms.

Bryan's heart was beating faster, Seira's touch of a hand seemed to speed up his blood flow. Bryan looked at Seira's tiny lips and touched them.

"Can I kiss you?" bryan whispered.

Seira only smiled because she was already heavily drunk. Not waiting any longer Bryan kissed Seira's lips full of passion. Seira returned a sweet kiss from Bryan and closed her eyes. Seira hugged Bryan tightly and the woman fell into a deep sleep with a smile.

In the morning Seira woke up and her head was a little dizzy. He looked around and realized he was still inside the tent. Seira saw that her body was still complete with her clothes yesterday. Seira heaved a sigh of relief thinking the events that once happened to her were repeated again.

"I didn't do anything weird to you" said Bryan from the outside who saw Seira was confused.

"Let's eat first" Bryan continued.

Seira who was still staggering moved out of the tent. Bryan cooks a hangover soup and gives it Seira pepper. The woman smiled shyly at Bryan who treated her like a child.

"We didn't do anything yesterday, did we? asked Seira stammered and embarrassed.

"No, I'm still aware, I'm not going to take a chance on a drunk woman" Bryan said.

"Thank God" Seira replied in relief.

Bryan smiled at Seira's childish behavior. It's a weekend and they're not coming to work. After finishing eating Seira and Bryan packed up to go home.

"We clean up first" Bryan said.

"Yes, after this we go home" replied Seira.

"Yes we go home to take a shower and date again, this is the weekend we have to maximize the holiday" said Bryan as if not split quickly.

"Aren't you tired?" ask Seira.

"No, I'm even so excited for our next date" Bryan said.

Freddin promised to have lunch with Laura. He picked up Laura at the Andreans' house. The house has been the same since the death of Laura and Kevin's mother.

"Hey" Laura said as she got into Freddin's car.

"You're so beautiful" Freddin said, seeing Laura look perfect.

"Today I have a blind date, so it must be the maximum" said Laura.

"When?" ask Freddin.

"After we have lunch, you take me to Cafe Luxury" Laura said, mentioning the name of the cafe where she will go on a blind date.

"It's still time for blind dates?" ledek Freddin's.

"My father didn't stop setting me up, he wanted me to have a girlfriend soon" Laura replied.

"Again the man who this time is not bad, he is handsome and comes from a good family as well" continued Laura.

"Are you sure he's a good guy?" ask Freddin.

"Of course" Laura replied.

Freddin and Laura had lunch together with a less pleasant atmosphere. Freddin could not focus on thinking about Laura going on a blind date. He stared at the woman constantly.

"Is there something strange on my face?" ask Laura.

"You don't have to go on that blind date, I'm the one who's looking for the guy who suits you" Freddin said.

"I guess you'd say I'm dating you haha" Laura said.

"So is fine" Freddin replied again.

"Haha I'm just kidding, there's no need to force myself like that" Laura said.

"I'm not kidding" Freddin replied.

"I know you just think I'm your sister, let's take me to the cafe, I'm ready to eat" Laura asked.

"I don't want to" Freddin said.

"Then I'll take a taxi" Laura threatened again.

Freddin eventually drove Laura to his destination. Throughout the journey his heart continued to break. He doesn't know what he's feeling. She had never seen Laura as a woman. Maybe her heart has changed because Laura is a grown woman.

Arriving at the Cafe Laura got off Freddin's car. He thanked Freddin and went to the cafe. Freddin did not leave right away, he waited outside the Cafe to see what kind of man Laura was going to date.

Seen from outside Cafe Laura was talking to the man. Freddin watched the man closely. His face was handsome and dignified, he also wore neat and fashionable clothes. A typical man today and understands fashion.

"Maybe, but anyway it's still cooler for me" Freddin muttered.

"How could Laura refuse me for the sake of that man" Freddin said.

Laura and her boyfriend are talking about their daily lives. Unexpectedly with such fashionable clothes the man was a Specialist Doctor. Laura was surprised to see her appearance was not like a Doctor.

"Are you really a doctor?" laura asked in disbelief.

"Yes, it doesn't look like that, outside of work hours I like to choose clothes like this" said the Doctor.

"Why?" ask Laura again.

"Because I can be myself when I'm not working" said the Doctor.

Laura was impressed to see the personality of the Doctor as it is. He did not even boast of himself from the start. His family even has its own hospital and is well-known philanthropists. Like the dream man Laura had been waiting for.
