This morning, I was getting ready to go back to our house. After everything was done, we paid our respects to my brothers and the closest family. I don't know, there's a hunch that this is the last time I'm here.
"Bang Sifa, take care of your health?"
"Who knows Anna can't come here anymore, brother," I said.
"Why are you talking like that, Dek?"
"You'll be healthy and fine,"
"Already, brother does not want to hear those words again," rebutted bang Sifa.
"Kan Anna wants Bang's birth."
"If there are four children, how will Anna take them again?" candaku.
We boarded an inter-city bus that would take us to our destination. Our half-day trip was a joke. The children were very happy with his father's presence. Hopefully it won't change again.
My pregnancy has entered the age of 8 months and my estimated birth after Eid al-Adha next month. "I can still eat typical Lebaran foods," my father said. Bang Adi kept working as usual and went home once a week. Right now, Ita is already sitting in 3rd grade and I can already rely on it to help me in small matters. Although small, it is quite a restriction to care for his sisters as well as Fitri.
Lately, my health has been declining. Either because of my pregnancy or because of my pain.
Eid al-Adha is waiting for the day. The kids started asking what to make? "Bang, big pregnant adek gini can not make cakes, tired of sitting for long."
"Can't we just buy it?"
"The love of children really keen to eat cake Lebaran," I said.
"Yes, Deck."
"Don't think so either."
"We buy ajalah."
"Buy it to Rama****just right?" ask husband.
"Where are you, come along" I replied.
Lebaran tomorrow the day after tomorrow, here Eid al-Adha is not as lively as Eid al-Fitr. Usually we only make dishes such as opor or rendang at accompanied lontong and ketupat.
The next day my husband leaves for the city. It was a two-hour drive using a small oplet. During the day my husband had brought back some cake. From cakes, cookies, sweets and drinks. "A lot of bang buy it?" much
"Nothing is Deck, Once pleasing to the children," replied my husband smiling.
Children choose which cakes they enjoy the most. The happy faces emanated "Dad, mother, thank you for the cake?"
"Can we eat one?" askthem.
My husband and I nodded. "Well, choose what you like" their father replied.
The kids cheered cheerfully. Ah. happy to see their smile and the baby in my womb also seemed to be happy with moving his limbs.
Lebaran this time felt very lively, many relatives who came to visit us. Thank goodness there was a dish we could serve to accompany their chat. Many brothers-in-law also came.
5 Days after Eid, my stomach was in a deep heartburn. It was so hearty that I couldn't get up. My mother and husband heard my screams. This birth was completely different from her sisters.
My mother helped me in my birth. However, I don't know what happened felt so long ago. Until my mother asked my husband to call Minah mbo to help her. During that time I kept moaning, feeling very long. Finally, Mbo Minah came with a rush into the room. He guided me deftly and finally the sound of crying was heard.
"Oekkkkb...Ooekkkk..." Praise be to Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala. My son was born a healthy male and nothing less.
