MY LOVELY AUTHOR'S

MY LOVELY AUTHOR'S
NEW CHAPTER OF LIFE PART 1

“Authorrrrrrrr!!!”

I heard that voice again. In the deep darkness, I wish I could see the person who always calls me with that call. I hope this time I'm not too late to make any hopes of meeting the owner of the voice. I remember I had a promise I hadn't told him.

“This time I mean it, Author. It's just ... This is an unofficial application from me and the official application I will do if the Author approves this unofficial application. How?”

“I'll give you that answer, later after the show ends. Now sit where you are!!”

            “Authorrrrrrrr!! Please wake up, Authorrrr!!!!”

Suddenly I saw Arata's hand outstretched to me. This time ... I unhesitatingly received that helping hand and in an instant all the dense darkness surrounding me disappeared and changed with a bright light.

            “Uhuk ... uhuk.”

My chest felt tight and it felt so painful. I opened my eyes and kept coughing with water coming out of my mouth.

“Author, finally you wake up too.”

I haven't seen her yet, Arata hugged me tightly. I, who was still in a state of confusion, looked around and found some men standing around me and Arata. Of the few men only a few people I know: Brother Rama, Mr. Admiral and one more person I know as an assistant to Mr. Admiral. I saw him when I visited the police station to meet with Mr. Admiral.

“Thank God Miss congratulations.” The Admiral looked at me with a smile on his lips. Although his mustache was thick and usually made him look a little scary, but his smile this time was able to eliminate all the first impressions I saw on Admiral Sir.

“Thank God you're okay, Asha.” This time it was Kak Rama's turn to say the words with his face that was very relieved to see me in Arata's arms. “If there's anything with you, I don't know how Arata's future will be, Asha.”

I looked at everyone who was now looking at me with the same look of a face: a sense of relief. I looked at everyone in turn and tried to process the situation before me at the moment.

After trying to process all the information I received, I realized something I had forgotten for a moment: Sena. I remember Sena taking me to plunge into the lake before I finally lost my consciousness because I could not swim and was out of breath in the water.

“How about Sena??”

The Admiral shook his head at my question. His eyes stared at the lake as if beckoning me about Sena and her whereabouts.

After that the police assistance car came along with the ambulance that would take me to the hospital.

“Please take it to Wiyarta hospital!” Arata immediately gave the instructions as soon as the ambulance arrived and was about to take me to undergo treatment for drowning for a long time.

Two days later ...

For two days I was admitted to the hospital of the Arata family. Father, Mother and two older brothers Arata even took care of me alternately with Arata and made me feel a little sad and felt this was a little excessive.

“Can I go home now, Arata?” I asked Arata that question after a day's stay in the hospital. Since I felt that my body was fine, I wanted to return to my apartment to rest.

“No, Author.” Arata refused my request outright. “Author will be in this hospital for three days and will be home after all checks show if Author is fine.”

“Three days?” my ul.

“Ya, three days. Can't be less.” Arata asserted as if his words could not be bargained anymore.

Arata's mother who overheard my conversation and Arata came towards me. Arata's mother held both of my hands slightly cold. “Mother please Asha not bid again and be nice for these few days.  I've heard Arata's story about you drowning and not waking up even after Arata gave you first aid over and over again. If I were in Arata's position, I would do the same with Arata, Asha. Losing someone we love in front of our eyes is quite painful and that is what Arata feels when you do not open your eyes, Asha.”

Hearing Arata's mother's explanation, I finally relented and chose to follow Arata's wishes: stay in the hospital until Arata allowed me to go home.

After going through a series of examinations at Wiyarta's hospital, I began to receive various visits on the second day, from Warda and her husband, she said, the film staff of Love Like Ectasy and some colleagues at Warda's work in the publishing house where I worked together to publish my novel. Not to forget also Mr. Admiral and his assistant also visited me and asked for some information from me.

The Admiral asked me a lot of things, from whatever happened between me and Sena and why Sena was obsessed with me. The Admiral couldn't ask Sena that, because Sena had lost her life in the middle of the lake because her legs were connected to a ballast iron circle that kept her at the bottom of the lake for a long time until the police sent help.

I told her everything I remembered about the dark and tragic life of Sena and her family. I also told you that my family is not the first victim of the Sena murders. I told Sena's murder to her own mother and her lover who killed her real father.

Not stopping there, I also told about the fact that Sena used her mother's pen name as a writer to write her life story, the death of his father and the death of his birth mother in the last novel of The Lady.

“It looks like that's what happened ... “ After I finished my story, the Admiral opened his mouth and took turns explaining to me. “When lifting Sena's body in the middle of the lake, not far from her location we found human bones. We tested the skeleton and found that it belonged to a woman in her thirties nearing forties.”

“Yes, Sir. From the story of Sena, I saw that Sena loved her mother very much. But the man she loved betrayed her, destroyed the happiness of her life and plotted to kill her father. Then when Sena finally loses her memory, her Grandmother who did not accept the death of her only son then asks Sena to avenge for her turn that died unjustly.”

The Admiral nodded his head in response to my words. “Maybe that's what happened to Sena and her life. But please Miss Asha know, killing is wrong no matter the reason. Sena may live unjustly, but killing shouldn't be the path she chooses.”

I agree with Mr. Laksmana. A miserable life and a painful life, not an excuse to kill others. Despite feeling sorry for the dark story of Sena's life in the past, I still cannot forgive her for killing my family and killing others including Bora.
