Narrator’s POV
“How was the result?” Rama asks Arata when he sees Arata sitting quietly eating his breakfast in his apartment.
Arata swallowed his toast before answering Rama's question. “Gagal totat's. Even though I told her my family secrets, Author still wouldn't open her mouth to tell her about the bullying she experienced during school. Defense Author is really strong.”
“That secret is all you say??” Rama looked at Arata with a probing gaze and almost made Arata misbehavior to the point of choking on his toast.
“Uhuk. . uhuk.” Arata took his lemon juice and drank it so that the toast stuck in his esophagus could flow into his digestive tract. “Don't look at me like that, Brother!”
“I thought you said telling Miss Asha your secret was your little secret that admired her. But why are you telling me your family secrets?”
Arata drank his lemon juice again because he heard the probing question that Rama had asked him. “I still can't say it and again I feel. . This is not the right time to say it. Later. .. if this problem continues to be, I will use my little secret to save Author.”
“You will reveal it in public later, Arata??”
“Uhuk. . . uhuk. .” Arata who was about to swallow the last piece of his toast choked a second time because of the guess made by Rama for his backup action in order to save Asha. “How can you guess it correctly, Brother?”
Rama takes a seat in front of Arata and sits in front of Arata. “You are the type of artist who is not much different from Rangga. Your minds are a little similar. So it's not strange if I can guess your actions, Arata.”
“Simply Kak Rangga would like to be free from you, Kak Rama.”
Rama took out the information he got with a smile on his lips. “I'll take that as a compliment from you, Arata. Look at this!”
Arata took the information that Rama showed to him. “What is this, Brother?”
“Information about Lusi-schoolmates Miss Asha as well as the perpetrator in the sloping issue that hit Miss Asha.”
Arata looked at the photo of Lusi intently. “I don't sport this face, Brother. His face was similar to that of Bora the snake woman. Usually. . .women who have the same bad thoughts will have the same impression as this woman and Bora.”
“You're absolutely right, Arata. The reason this woman named Lusi opened her mouth and spread the slanted issue about Miss Asha was because of Bora.” Rama took out his tablet and showed Arata some of the images inside. “See this, Arata!! These are some of the photos I found between Bora, Lusi and the reporter who interviewed Lusi. The reporter is the author of an article about Miss Asha.”
“Ehhhhh. . So the problem this time appeared and befell Author because Bora was angry with him and the cause was me??” Arata looked sharply at the image of Bora.
“Unfortunately. . It looks like so, Arata.”
“This woman is my stumbling block. I've been waiting for this old moment to meet the Wallflower Author I idolized and she ruined everything. Can we destroy this serpent woman this time, brother?? To be honest. . . I really feel disgusted to have to play a role with him. Even the kiss scene between me and her, it feels like I really want to vomit when I remember her.” Arata clenched his hands still staring at the image of Bora inside the tablet belonging to Rama.
“You want to destroy it, Arata??”
Arata nodded his head. “Yes, Brother. The victim of this woman is already a lot. I used to be quiet as long as he didn't touch people who were valuable to me, but. . he attacked my idol's Author and I didn't accept that. If I can. . I want him to be completely destroyed and not be able to return to acting. Can you do it?”
“Could certainly. A lot of people want to take him down and that will help a lot. Plus. . . We have a video at the cafe where you saved Miss Asha. The rest. . . we just need to find Miss Asha's old friend to clarify if the bullying was not Miss Asha's fault instead she was the victim of the bullying.”
“Kak put that information because it has read it right??” Rama looked towards Arata with a probing gaze.
“No. I haven't read it because I heard Brother's words since then and I don't think I need to read it because Brother's plan has been very steady.”
Buk. Rama raised his fist and landed it on Arata's head. The punch was strong enough to make Arata grimace in pain.
“Auuuwwwwww. .” Arata held his head that hurt. “Why did Big Brother hit my head?? What if after receiving a blow from my Brain Brother it gets stupid??”
“Didn't you consider yourself a fool for not being a doctor like your two brothers??” Rama put on his flat face after hitting Arata's head as if not feeling guilty in the slightest. “I only added one punch and it won't make your IQ drop Arata.”
“Finally. . I know why Kak Rangga would love to be free from you, Brother. Sister is really cruel as a manager.” Arata stroked his head gently and hoped that his already stupid brain would not become even more stupid due to the blow from Rama.
“I take that as a compliment from you, Arata.” Rama looked towards the information sheets he had brought to Arata. “Now read it first, Arata!!”
Arata took the sheet again and took a quick look at it. “What is written in it, Brother?”
“The two bullying that Miss Asha received didn't seem like ordinary bullying. At first I thought the reason behind the bullying Miss Asha received was pure envy from the people around her. But in fact. . . is not that simple.”
“What does that mean??” Arata who did not want to read the information then read it carefully.
*
Two days later the name Author Wallflower again became a hot conversation on social media when an article appeared.
Author Wallflower is not a Contravenor but a Victim of the Contention.
The article, which was released by a reporter familiar with Rama in less than an hour, was read by hundreds of thousands of people and shared over hundreds of thousands of times as well. The group of reporters waiting in front of the Asha apartment building again made a noise because of the article.
Not only in front of the Asha apartment building as well. The publisher's office where Asha worked together also received hundreds of calls asking about the truth of the article just as it was when the previous article circulated. This time.. . some reporters even attempted to make an appointment with Asha for an exclusive interview with Author Wallflower who was none other than Asha.
“Good work, Brother.” Arata praised Rama who was driving a car and took Arata to the set.
“Don't be happy first, Arata. We're just throwing one bait. If Bora eats our bait and takes off the lan article to take down Miss Asha, we can do a crushing attack back then.”
“I was looking forward to that time, Brother.”
