MY LOVELY AUTHOR'S

MY LOVELY AUTHOR'S
UNEXPECTED AND UNEXPECTED PART 3

            Narrator’s POV

Pursued by time, the Admiral along with his partner and his assistant attempt to find information on where Sena is going by taking Asha. Leo along with several people attempted to find Sena's trail through CCTV camera footage. While the Admiral searched by gathering information from everyone who had come into contact with Sena.

“How are you guys related to Sena? Have you all known Sena well?”

I don't know how many times the Admiral asked that question to some of Sena's colleagues at his place working at the publisher's office, but none of them provided important information about a place Sena might always visit. Most of them put on a surprised face when they found out that Sena had kidnapped Asha, burned the Asha family home and just killed actress Bora just to make a mess in order to bring Asha.

“Do Sena really do that? Are you sure Sena did that? I guess Sena is just a good boy/youth/man. He is friendly to everyone despite not talking much.”

I don't know how many times the Admiral heard that answer. But the more Lakshmana heard the answer, the more the Admiral was convinced that all this time Sena was really an expert in hiding everything about him and this was something that was actually dangerous for Asha.

“We found the last trace of the vehicle that Sena used to bring Miss Asha out of the building, Sir.”

            “Where did it go, Leo?”

Leo showed CCTV footage showing Sena's car driving towards the outskirts of the city and entering a mountainous area.

“Unfortunately ... just this, sir. In that area there are no CCTV cameras so our trail ends here.”

Whether it was coincidence or fate, the Admiral had no idea. But when Leo showed the tape, the Admiral was asking questions to Warda who was both Asha's partner and Sena's partner.

“Wait, Sir!” Warda opened his mouth and made the Admiral and Leo together directly stare towards Warda.

“Do Mrs Warda recognize anything about places around this area?” The admiral tried to ask without a hint of hope that might actually make him disappointed later.

“Yes, Sir. I remember Sena telling me something. Sena was an orphan but her family, who had died, left a legacy to her. In addition to enough savings to support her until her age ended, her family gave her a suburban villa near the lake. Sena said if she felt bad, she would spend time there fishing because the fish there are quite easy to fishing.”

Hearing the explanation from Warda, the Admiral immediately looked towards Leo and Leo also realized the meaning of the Admiral's gaze.

“I will check whether around the place there is a lake or not, Sir.”

“Faster, better, Leo. We're chased for time, Leo.” The admiral gave a warning to his Leo-assistant.

            “I understand, Sir .”

Gaining a bit of enlightenment regarding the current location of Asha and Sena, The admiral completed his question and answer session to Warda and was about to rush towards the room where Leo was currently in. Just before entering the room where Leo was, one of the Admiral's subordinates came and gave some files regarding Sena's information. The subordinate of the Admiral was a subordinate who only a few months ago was transferred to his team.

“What is this?” The admiral asked with a frown upon his face accepting the dossier.

The admiral heard the explanation of the new kid on his team and as soon as he heard that explanation, the Admiral immediately felt a little scared. After hearing the explanation, the Admiral rushed into Leo's room and asked him about the work he had requested.

“How, Leo? Did you find it?”

“Yes, Sir. Near the last camera that captured the car driven by Sena, about five kilometers from the last camera there is a lake with villa buildings there.”

“Then what are you waiting for?? We hurry now there, Leo!!!”

            “Good, Sir.”

            On the other side ...

Arata, who is still not calm, remains waiting in his car along with his Rama-manager. Was ... The admiral-detective in charge of Asha's case asks Arata to stay at his residence with his family and wait for news from the Admiral. But Arata could not carry out the order and remained waiting in the parking area of the police station to wait for the movement of the Admiral and his team.

“You sure you don't want to wait at home alone, Arata?” Rama asked Arata with an anxious face.

“Can't, Brother. Waiting at home will only make the head assume a no-no about the Author. This issue concerns the safety of Author and I can't just sit around waiting for the results.” Arata is stubborn, choosing to keep waiting for the movement of Laksmana and his team.

Arata's view, which had never escaped from the main door of the police station, saw the Admiral and his team out, got into the car and rushed away.

“Follow them, Brother! Mr. Admiral may have found the whereabouts of Author1” Arata pointed towards the front and made Rama turn on his car engine to follow the Admiral along with his team who left.

“ .... Never lose them, Brother!!” Arata who was in the back seat gave directions to Rama

“Alright .. I understand if you admire me, you feel like I'm watching you and you feel like I like you. If you admire me and like me, why did you kill my family? Why did you do that, Sena??” At a time like this ..in this dangerous situation, I can only buy time by continuing to talk to Sena. I don't know what the purpose of bringing me here is, but I do know that his intentions aren't good. He even made that horrible plan just to make a big mess of letting go of all the eyes that were guarding me and taking me away.

“Don't your family throw you away, Asha? You should be happy when they are gone. They didn't want you all this time and didn't even look for you, why did you cry over their departure? Just as Bora-the evil woman who tormented you, your family did the same to you, Asha. So I killed them as proof of my love for you, Asha. Just so you know if I'm better than Arata-si the actor who always sticks to you.”

I looked at Sena with a surprised and incredulous look. Although I wrote several times the antagonist character in my novel that was obsessed with the main character, I still could not understand the way their minds were so obsessed with something or someone. Killing out of love, I don't think that's right. From Arata .. I learned how to love someone really and what Sena means right now, is not love! It was just an obsession in his own mind.

And that obsession is a terrible thing, I think.
