Me And The Rich Man's
Chapter 37's

In the afternoon, Evan took his two children for a walk in a small garden not far from home. As if to pay for the seven years that passed, he gave everything Star and Sky wanted.

Star sat in Evan's driven wheelchair, staring in awe at the beautiful streets they walked through, occasionally Evan explained to satisfy his curiosity. Star was always asking for things she had just seen.

While Sky and Hanna were already in the distance there, enjoying the beauty of the expanse of green lake. Long enough they did not enjoy this air of freedom. Sky vented his happiness by running around here and there.

“What is your next plan, Mister?” Osman opens his voice.

“Now I'll just focus on the kids. Star had to undergo therapy in order to walk back. Yes, Dear.”

“Will I recover and be able to walk again, Daddy?” tanya Star looked up her head looking at her daddy.

Evan sat down crouching in front of Star. He smiles. “Of course, Son. You'll be able to walk back, running freely like your brother.” Star glanced at Sky who was running around the park. Her mommy looked to be watching from a safe distance.

“I want to heal, Daddy. Mommy will not cry again if I recover later,” he said plainly with eyes sparkling happy.

“Mommy always cries?”

Star nodded slowly. He remembered the neighbors who always insulted them and his mommy would fight with anyone who dared to insult Sky and Star and sometimes it made him cry at night when thinking about the fate of his two children.

“Mommy always cries at night, Daddy,” sheds with teary eyes. “Mrs Ursula always scolds mommy and sister. He also always said our daddy wasn't clear. Mrs Gulsha also often expel mommy if it comes for money,” said Star complained of the behavior of his neighbors.

Evan hugged Star and rubbed her back to relieve her daughter's grief. “But now your daddy is clear right? Daddy is back, so no one will insult mommy, you and your sister again.”

Star nodded her head with a smile. Wrap her hands tightly around the back of her daddy's neck.

“You know the reason why I left Indonesia and stayed in Istanbul for a long time, right?”

Osman nodded with a nod of his head. “I know, Sir. But you can already forget Miss Kanaya. There is no reason not to go back. Mr. Zian and Mr. Fahri will definitely be happy if you go home.”

“I still need time. At least until I can take Hanna Cabrera down and force her to marry me. He's very stubborn and annoying.”

Osman chuckles. At least, Evan has returned to what he used to be. No longer quiet and dreamy. A few years ago Evan was just a pathetic young man who fell in love with his own brother-in-law. Unable to forget, he chose to leave because he wanted to continue his education in Istanbul.

Unexpectedly fate leads him to an encounter with Hanna Cabrera, a figure who can shift his world, hypnotizing him with blind love.

“Again I am not ready to face Kak Zian and Kak Fahri. They'll pull my ears until they're completely cut off if they find out I was drunk and slept with a girl until I had two kids.”

Evan suddenly remembered the other two older brothers and family who had not met for a long time. The last time was on New Year's Eve two years ago, where his extended family visited Germany because Evan never came home.

“Yes, I can imagine it. What else Mr. Zian. I don't know what his reaction will be like. It will definitely be very exciting.”

“Not imagine it. All you have to think about is how to help me out of them later.”

You are not the only one who needs help. I need it too. If they find out, I will too.
