Perhaps her pent-up feelings in the past for Naya no longer mattered to Evan. All the flavors that have ever existed have died and been buried as time went on. Hanna's presence in her life was able to replace all the memories of Naya. Fill his ever-wounded heart with new love.
Even until now Evan did not understand what made it so easy to give his whole heart to the figure of a foreign girl he knew at a masquerade party seven years ago.
It wasn't her husband's past love that made Hanna so hurt. But it was Evan's dishonesty that scratched the deep wound.
It was late afternoon, but Hanna was still alone in the room. He pondered, considering in his heart whether the disappointment now lodged in his heart was excessive or not. Hanna glanced at the nightstand on the side of the bed, out of nowhere she put her phone. His heart missed Evan very much.
“You feel better?” Elma enters the room with juice for Hanna. Hanna hasn't eaten anything all day. The effect of pregnancy makes her nauseous when dealing with food.
“I'm fine, Brother. Just a little dizzy,” wafting Hanna looked at her sister-in-law.
Elma put the juice on the table, then sat down on the edge of the bed. Although Hanna tried to smile, but Elma could read the sadness that was painted on Hanna's face. Elma grabbed Hanna's fingers, grasped them. Then rubbed the top of his sister-in-law's head.
“Hanna, we are one family. If you have a problem ... you can share it with me.”
Hanna was silent, but her eyeballs were filled with clear liquid. Then in a matter of seconds he has laid his body on a woman who has a difference of 20 years from that age. Like a mother and sister, Elma tries to calm Hanna down.
“Why did he snub all this from me? Why isn't he being honest, brother? I know everyone has a past. But why would he hide it from me?”
“Maybe he did it to keep your feelings ... Believe me Evan loves you so much, Naya is just his past and you are his future. Only with you will he spend the rest of his life.” Elma still hugged him. “About the book, he has already forgotten it and does not know if the book is still in this house.”
Hanna wiped away the tears that soaked her pale face.
“I'm sorry, Brother. Maybe I was overreacting. I shouldn't be like this.”
“It's okay, Hanna. This is very natural for pregnant women. Sometimes emotions change. Calm down, everything's gonna be okay."
Hanna nodded slowly.
“Talk about everything with a cool head. Evan must have had a reason why he chose to hide all this from you.”
"Thank you, Brother Elma. Ii'm sorry. Please don't tell Naya. I don't want Naya to feel guilty."
Unbeknownst to Hanna and Elma, Naya was standing at the doorway hearing her brother-in-law's conversation. The 33-year-old woman looked down while wiping away the tears that ran down her cheeks.

Slowly the sun began to hide below the horizon line to the west, leaving a reddish glow in the sky. The earth began to be covered in darkness. Only lights with a glowing light illuminate.
Evan leaned back with a frustrated look. Nearly thirty minutes he was stuck in a long traffic jam. He glanced at the circular watch on his wrist, time had pointed at the number seven.
“And I promised Hanna to come back early. How's this?” he murmured while glancing at the dense queue of vehicles.
Long enough the Middle Eastern-faced man waited, until finally able to be free from congestion. Evan stepped on the deep gas pedal as it passed through a traffic light that had just changed color. He had to quickly arrive home to explain the misunderstanding between them.
“Hanna must be angry. He won't answer the phone and opens the message.” Evan put the phone into the passenger seat and stepped on the gas pedal deeper.
The sooner he arrives home the better, so as to immediately resolve the misunderstanding with his wife.
Passing a sharp bend, Evan slammed the steering wheel to the left. Suddenly he lost his balance when a truck tried to overtake him.
The car Evan was driving hit the sidewalk and rolled over, dragging for ten meters, until it finally came to a halt by hitting a tree.
White smoke fused with the air. Weak moans rang out several times, before finally silence.
Evan was unconscious again with a body drenched in blood.
