Chapter 36's

Happiness is in the possession of Sky and Star twins. Waking up in a room that was to them like a palace was a dream come true. And like a gift from God, their daddy came back. Star's condition has improved, the infusion needle has been removed. 

Star sat on a chair, eagerly showing a beautiful dress wrapped around her body, no longer the shabby clothes she used to be. 

“Mommy, this dress is good yes ..”

“Iya, darling. You look like a princess in fairyland.” 

The little girl rubbed her dress with a happy smile. “Do daddy have a lot of money, Mommy? Daddy bought a lot of dolls and nice clothes.”

Hanna replied with a smile, then hugged her daughter. 

"Star, don't look at Daddy as a person who has a lot of money. Love Daddy because he's your daddy. Not because he has a lot of money."

"Yes, Mommy."

A waiter then entered the room. Nodding your head a sign of respect and smiling.

"Miss, breakfast is ready. Everyone's waiting downstairs."

"Okay, thank you."

This morning they were sitting at the dinner table. It was not only the rooms and the entire house that astonished them, but also the number of delicious meals that had been served at the dining table. Sky and Star may have just guessed how rich his daddy is. 

Hanna glanced one by one at some women in navy uniforms who were serving them, putting food on the table. Truly, she felt uncomfortable and unworthy of being served like a queen she is today. 

“Please, Miss.” The waiter placed the breakfast menu again in front of him. “Which one you want, let me get you.” 

“No need, thank you,” he said condolently. “I can do it myself.” 

hanna's gaze moved on her two children who looked so excited. Seeing the varied menu on the dining table, it felt like a dream. Only a few days ago they were living in a miserable state. 

“That's what, Daddy?” tanya Star pointed at one of the flatbread-shaped menus. 

Star glanced at another menu that looked interesting. “Then what is it?” 

“It was like a porridge made of red lentils, chicken broth and carrots. There's paprika powder too.” 

“If that one?” Star pointed to another menu. Evan answered immediately. 

“That flatbread stuffing minced beef with cheese and egg topping.” 

“Then it's ap—” 

“Star ..” Not done yet Star asked the question again, Hanna had already cut in. “Dragon your attitude, Son. Don't be like that.” 

Evan looked at Hanna and smiled. Through the look on Hanna's face, Evan was able to read the woman's uncomfortable expression. Hanna was not used to getting good treatment from the people around her, because since childhood her life was full of struggles and injustice from her own family. 

“It's okay, Hanna. I'm glad Star asked so much.” Evan rubbed Star's head-down hair after getting a reprimand from her Mommy. “It's okay, Honey. Mommy is not angry. How about you try this one first. It's very tasty.” He put the toast into Star's plate. 

The beautiful little girl nodded. Evan then fed him. Hanna could see the happiness of her two children who were so thirsty for a father's affection. And seeing Evan's affection for Star and Sky, he slowly realizes his mistake of judging Evan—'s figure - who thinks the man is just a rich man who has no feelings and will reject the presence of his two children. That's what made Hanna choose to hide Sky and Star all this time. 

“Why are you sad? Don't you like the menu?” Evan looked directly at some of the servants. He was just about to ask for another menu. 

“I like,” he answered flatly, glancing at Evan and a few servants standing not far from them. 

“What are you going to hospital, Mr?” asked a waiter who poured milk into a glass and placed it in front of Sky. “I'll have the driver prepare the car.” 

“No. Today is the weekend. I'll spend time with the kids.” 

And of course with his mommy too. Hufft doesn't know what to do now. Even the all-knowing Google would not know how to melt the iceberg, Evan screamed at how cold Hanna's attitude was.
