Chapter 137's

Hanna opened her eyes. The first thing that appeared in his view was the worried look on his brothers-in-law's face.

Finding a letter left by her husband made Hanna unable to stem the grief, until she finally fainted. Luckily, Elma entered the room and found Hanna lying on the floor. Panic dyed the morning in the Azkara family mansion.

"You awake?" said Elma. Through a smile as if he wanted to affirm that everything was fine.

“Sister Elma, Sister Naya ..” 

Hanna looked around once more. With the hope in my heart that this was just a nightmare. However, Evan's absence in the room has confirmed that her husband has actually left. 

Sobs began to sound, causing Elma, Naya and Elsa to approach. Hugging and trying to strengthen his sister-in-law. 

“Why should he go alone? Why not take me with him? Though I won't bother him, his pure” buried a face in the arms of his sister-in-law. “He didn't even tell and say goodbye to me before leaving.” 

There was nothing the women could do but embrace Hanna.

“Calm, Hanna. Evan had reason not to let us all accompany him,” Elma said stroking Hanna's long hair.

“Sister Elma's right, Hanna. Evan is not someone who likes to share his troubles with anyone. But rest assured he will be back soon once his condition improves,” added Elsa. 

"I'll catch up, brother! Please have someone drive me there. I have to accompany him." Hanna pleaded with compassion, but neither Elma, Elsa nor Naya agreed.

Because before leaving, Evan had advised that no one from the Azkara family could follow him. Even if it's Hanna.

"Don't worry, Evan's coming back." Naya sat down by Hanna's side and hugged her back. "Why do our husbands do the same thing every time they are in trouble? Don't you feel like they're all the same?"

"meaning?" Hanna looked at Naya questioningly.

"I've experienced it too. My husband left me for two years. Dennis and I were hidden in a villa in the woods. I think he went to a faraway place, it turns out that he was being held for two years and I didn't know that" recalls Naya who suddenly recalled the incident a few years ago. "She also just left me a letter and asked me not to ask anyone where she went."

"me too. Willy's brother was held for three months. He didn't keep it a secret, but he didn't want me to see him in jail. So for a few months, we didn't meet." Elsa also remembered the difficult times when undergoing early pregnancy without her husband.

"Sister Elma, why do the men in our family have almost the same character. That would be selfish of his name" Naya protested.

"Maybe they don't want us to be sad if they see him in a bad state. Hanna, just like Naya and Elsa had, Evan will definitely come back for you too. So don't be sad, because this breakup is only for a while."

Hearing the stories of the past experienced by her sisters-in-law made Hanna wipe the tears that flowed her face. She still remembers her husband's message not to cry and to be a strong mother to her children.

"Where are my children, brother?" hanna asked after being able to stem her tears. Now it is calmer.

"They were playing in the back garden. I haven't dared to tell you about the departure of his daddy."

Hanna nodded slowly. "I'll explain it to them later."

Elma put the breakfast menu on the table. Ever since she woke up, Hanna had not filled her stomach at all.

"alright. Now let's have breakfast, Evan tells you to take good care of your womb."

Hanna glanced at some of the breakfast menu that Elma had brought for her. There are pieces of fruit, sandwiches and juices.

"Thank you, Brother. I feel so much trouble for you."

"What are you talking about, Hanna. We are brothers. Nothing is here." He hugged his sister-in-law.

Hanna rested her head on the woman's shoulder. At least he should feel lucky, because Evan left him in the middle of a warm family.

"I will wait patiently and punish him once he returns. How dare he leave me."
