Chapter 27's

Evan, along with Osman and two other men, boarded the large bus and scrutinized each passenger. Some of the bus passengers were curious as to what was going on. 

“Sorry, we interrupted your trip. Is there anyone here on behalf of Hanna Cabrera who carries a pair of twins roughly six years old?” asked Osman to the conductor. 

“Sorry, Sir. I don't see. Might ride on another bus.” 

“You sure this is the bus?” While researching some passengers, Evan looked at Osman as if demanding an answer. 

“I'm sure, Sir. Bus number and departure time according to information from travel.” 

“But why isn't Hanna on this bus?” 

“I'll check other buses, Mr.” 

“Quick do and find Hanna and my kids!”

The scheduled departure of several buses that night had to be delayed due to Evan's request. They check all the buses leaving the city, but signs of Hanna remain unseen. Bad thoughts begin to fill his mind. 

They just left the bus station. The car is traveling at medium speed. “Osman, how many hours drive from Amasya to Ankara?” 

“Five hours by bus, Mr.” 

Evan glanced at the watch circling his wrist. Counting second after second was wasted without a hint of Sky and Star's whereabouts. “Prepare helicopter, we to Ankara right now,” command without a second thought. 

“Helicopter, Mister?” 

“Iya. We will arrive first to Ankara and check every bus that arrives.” 

“Ba-baik.” Osman grabbed the phone inside the dashboard drawer, then contacted someone to set the departure schedule. 

Meanwhile on a dark path ... 

Nearly thirty minutes Hanna sits with Sky at a bus stop after successfully escaping from the station without the suspicion of Evan and his men. He chose to cancel his departure to Ankara and planned to go to another city tonight. Hanna started to look tired from carrying Star. 

“Mommy ... Is it still a long time?” lirih Sky raised his head. His feet are starting to feel sore. 

“A minute, Son. Soon the bus will pass.” 

Sky nodded his head, making Hanna look at his son pity. The guilt was growing in his heart. How he gave a life full of struggle to his two children. 

“Are you tired?” 

“No, Mommy,” replied Sky trying to comfort her mommy after reading Hanna's sad face. 

“If you're tired of lying down, son. Mommy will wake you when the bus comes.” 

Forgive mommy, Sky ... Star ... Only a life like this can I give you. 

Rain drops began to fall soaking the earth and the longer the more swift. Hanna opened the knit sweater and bandaged Star's body to protect her from the cold. Luckily the bus stops have a roof so they are safe from rain.

“The rain is quite heavy,” said Osman staring at Evan through the rearview mirror. “Master, do you want me to prepare something before leaving? We may have to wait until the rain is not too heavy.” 

“No, Osman. I don't want anything.” 

“Good.” 

Osman reduces the speed of the car. The rain reduced visibility. While Evan was silent, staring at the streets in front of him. Until his gaze led to a figure who was sitting waiting at a dark bus stop. 

What if Hanna's cold out there?

Evan. That moment also her tears fell.

"Stop the car!" peekik Evan made Osman step on the brake pedal so that the car stopped. Evan looked back.

"What's up, Mister?" ask Osman.

Evan opens the car door and grabs an umbrella that is always available under the car seat. He immediately ran towards the bus stop. His steps were faster when he believed the figure sitting there.

From a distance of several meters, he could see a small child lying on a long chair and a woman with one child on her lap.

"Hanna Cabrera!" call him.

Hanna's eyes widened upon hearing the call. His head reflexes. Tears rolled back when she realized who was standing there.

Slowly the man approached. Hanna lowered her head and tightened her embrace at Star, then glanced at Sky who was already asleep by her side.

Evan crouched down when he was in front of Hanna. Swiping Sky's head to wake him up. Then it grabbed Star's body which was in Hanna's lap and hugged her in tears.

"Why have you been hiding them all this time from me?" lirih Evan buried a kiss on Star's face. "And now without my permission you want to take them away?"

"You wouldn't want a child of a cheap woman like me. That's why I hid them."

"But this time I won't let you hide anymore."
