Chapter 48: The Unusual Pain

The car Ngarsinah was driving started to move slowly. Rangga who had been dumbfounded suddenly realized and ran small trying to reach his car that began to pass.

Bruk!

Bruk!

"Arsi behenti!" Shouted Rangga with a dull breath.

Ciitt!

The black sedan stopped, and Rangga caught up with him. Quickly the man opened the front door beside the steering wheel, Arsi who knew the movement, immediately opened the lock so that Rangga could easily get inside.

Brak!

Rangga closed the door a little hard, then threw his butt into the passenger seat beside the steering wheel. The handsome widower who had recently lost his smile, took a deep breath and took it out violently.

There was no talk between Rangga and Ngarsinah who were focusing on driving, the crowded highway made the girl choose to stay focused on the expensive iron horse, so that nothing happened.

"Grandmother, papa why the hell now often bengong that?" Bisik Arista to his grandmother. Arya who did not really hear his sister's words just turned her head and nudged the sister and moved her head upwards as if asking what the sister said to their grandmother.

"Grandmother also does not understand dear, why and anything with your papa, pray your papa is fine." The grandmother replied in a whispering voice. Rangga looked at the road, his vision looked straight but empty. Ngarsinah occasionally looked at the handsome man who had made her heart put that hope.

“I did not expect it turns out you can drive a car, Arsi.” said Rangga suddenly broke the silence. Ngarsinah turned her head for a moment towards Rangga, the girl commented a momentary smile, and again threw her gaze towards the highway.

"Yes quite mas, although not as shrewd as Rangga," he replied down. Ngarsinah commented a faint smile on her lips. Suddenly the delicate feathers of the woman stood up, seemingly giving a sign that an astral creature was approaching her.

"Not stopping Ngarsinah read the verse of the chair in her heart, occasionally glancing towards Rangga, somehow Ngarsinah saw Rangga like everyone else. The dark day and the sound of adzan magrib reverberating made the atmosphere even more horror, Ngarsinah could not wait to get to her house.

'What's wrong with you, Mom? Why are you like I don't know?' ngarsinah murmured in his heart.

The car was parked neatly and the two boys poured into Ngarsinah's house which was like his own home.

Bram and Yuni are ready to welcome their arrival. Yuni who had started to get along with the twins greeted him with hugs and an anxious kiss to the cheeks of the cute boys. Bram kissed the back of Ningsih's hand politely, Ningsih gently patted the handsome, burly man's shoulder.

"Have you forgotten your aunt, Bram? The busier the more you don't remember visiting your parents," Ningsih grumbled at her question, insinuating Bram. Yuni greeted Ningsih and kissed the back of her hand with reverence.

"Sorry Bram aunt, yes the last few months is very busy, if already loose Bram will play at the house of aunty, kangen the same vegetable asem and fried sambel made aunt." Bram replied jokingly and did not forget the man praised Ningsih's cuisine which was very liked by Bram, Rangga and Pras.

"Curse me to be a frog ma, nephew does not know the origin of this," said Rangga who somehow could immediately turn cheerful again when entering the yard of Ngarsinah house. The men were busy pulling things out of the trunk while throwing longing relief jokes between two best friends.

Ngarsinah, Ningsih, Arya and Arista throw each other a look with the same confusion, earlier they saw Rangga enough to make the feathers goosebumps, but now as if Rangga had never experienced something creepy like that.

"Let's go, let's go in, want to pray together or alone mom?" Tanya Ngarsinah to Ningsih who seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere of the girl's house.

The congregational magrib prayer took place solemnly, after praying Rangga suddenly held his chest in pain, and quickly the man stood up and ran towards the sink.

"Hhoooo!"

Rangga spewed fresh blood from his mouth and some clotted blood. Ngarsinah who was following Rangga from behind was shocked to see blood splattered in the sink, she swiftly gave warm water.

"Mas Bram, Yuni, help me!" Shouted Ngarsinah towards the family room, they seemed to perform congregational prayers earlier.

Bram darted towards the kitchen and immediately caught Rangga's body that started to limp because several times vomiting blood.

"Mother, please take the kids to the room!" Shout Ngarsinah again so that children do not see what is happening at this time. Ngarsinah doesn't want them to get scared and ends up making things even more chaotic.

"What is the meaning of Mr. Rangga was already sick?" Yuni asked with a lowered voice. Bram pushed Rangga towards the dining chair. Ngarsinah cleans the blood that is still scattered. Yuni cooks ginger water and turmeric.

"Ga, we're going to the hospital right now, yeah" persuaded Bram who was worried about his best friend's condition. Rangga rubbed the cold sweat that had soaked his forehead.

"Why can I suddenly gini Bram, sakiit, hhhssss .." shouts Rangga who was confused and hissed with the pain that suddenly came back to hit his chest.

"Aakaakkkhh! Sssaakiiiittt!" Shouted Rangga again, and suddenly made Ngarsinah run towards Rangga. The handsome man's face was now pale and sweat just kept coming out from his forehead as big as corn.

“Mas Bram, we take it to the hospital now yes, let Yuni, mother and children here.” Ngarsinah's proposal to Bram that the man immediately approved with a nod of the head.

“Yun, you help me at home yes, I will take Rangga first. Please convey to mother, later if I come into the room to say goodbye even make the children fussy.” pinta Ngarsinah to her best friend. The beautiful woman was very understanding with the twins who always whined and even cried when they knew Arsi left.

“Oya Yun please make dinner yes and you guys just eat first, we are easy later in the hospital can eat, you do not have to worry.” said Arsi continued his sentence before he left.

“Ok, you are not worried that I will take care of the house, please tell me yes Arsi, and you also need to take care of your health,” replied Yuni briefly, Bram has brought Rangga to his car. Arsi chose not to change clothes, with a home-made robe and a rubber hood she grabbed her bag still in the nightstand near the living room.

The car drove at a moderate speed, Rangga began to calm down and seemed to start sleeping. Arsi was sitting on the back bench, while Rangga was sitting on the bench next to Bram. They left in bram's car.

“What was Rangga there complaining of pain, Arsi?” bram asked to break the silence. Ngarsinah who was busy dhikr, stopped her activities. The woman paused for a moment to remember what had happened.

“It looks like Rangga mas is not an ordinary pain, does mas Bram believe in magic?” ask Ngarsinah with a little doubt, because this discussion is not everyone can accept it.

“The magic since the days of the prophets already exists, that is the promise of the devil who will tempt Adam's posterity, and one of them is this temptation.”

❤️❤️❤️

Oh my God, is this what causes Rangga can not be assertive with Betty? 🤔
